近几年来，随着城市居民生活水平的提高，在物质追求的满足下，越来越多的人在闲暇之余饲养宠物,来满足精神上的需求。现在很多人认为饲养宠物可以培养人与宠物之间的感情，而且宠物可以给饲养者带来很多快乐，可以为生活增添几份乐趣。

但是也有人认为现在养宠物的人太多，也给其它人的日常生活带来了许多负面影响，比如：宠物伤人、影响卫生、噪音扰民等等。关于饲养宠物的利弊以及规范化管理现已成为大家所关注的话题。

现阶段对于玩伴少的儿童来说，养宠物不仅能培养起责任心，而且也能够激发起他们的爱心跟信心。除了日常的照顾，教育好宠物也是对饲养者的考验。

正确利用好网络已成为当今社会急需解决的问题，我们要高效地运用网络世界里的知识，杜绝不良信息，构建绿色网络世界。
