1.齿厚偏差(S)
齿厚偏差是指在分度圆上,齿厚的实际值与公称值之差(对于斜齿轮齿厚是指法向齿厚)
注:齿厚偏差,可以在Calypso中编程实现。
因为s只计算和圆⼼有关联,如果和Gear Pro进⾏
数据⽐对,需要考虑两者计算的中⼼以及测量位置是否⼀致
2.公法线长度Wk
公法线长度是指,基圆切线和跨越k个外齿(内齿槽)左右齿⾯交点的长度
V 影响齿轮性能的其他评定参数
1. 跨球距MdK& 跨棒距MdR
Gear Pro软件中,可以通过使⽤特定规格PIN或者测球,结合⾃定⼼功能直接求解获得或者通过
测量齿⾯上同⼀圆周的点,软件计算得到上述数据
注:上述⽅法⼀(通过⾃定⼼求解⽅式),可以在Calypso中编程实现。
如果和Gear Pro进⾏数
据⽐对,注意测量的位置是否⼀致
奇数齿和偶数齿M值计算⽅法不同
针对圆柱斜齿轮,螺旋⾓不⼤,M值可采⽤双量柱测量;但当螺旋⾓β接近45°,采⽤三量柱测量⽅式
2. 齿顶径Da& 齿根径Df
Gear Pro软件中默认计算⽅法:Raidus*2,可以修改为⾼斯,外切,内接等⽅法。
不同⽅法得到的数据是不相同的
注:齿顶径和齿根径可以在Calypso中编程实现。
如果和Gear Pro结果进⾏⽐对,注意计算⽅法
以及测量的位置是否⼀致。

时间设置可以设定如开门到位时间,运行保护时间,自返基站时间等逻辑设置中,逻辑1与逻辑2都可以设置。

前后门布局,用于设定楼层门的开启与关闭布局,有三个选项分别是前门,后门与双门布局。
门区脉冲值,用于设定各楼层门区脉冲值。

比如6楼的液晶面板显示6系统组号,设定电梯在集群电梯里面的编号。

因此,我们希望发动机总是在最好的状态下工作。
但是,汽车在使用的时候需要有不同的速度,这样就产生了矛盾。
这个矛盾要通过变速器来解决。
汽车变速器的作用用一句话概括,就叫做变速变扭,即增速减扭或减速增扭。
为什么减速可以增扭,而增速又要减扭矩呢?设发动机输出的功率不变,功率可以表示为N=wT,其中w是转动的角速度,T是扭矩。
当N固定的时候,w与T是成反比的。
所以增速必减扭矩,减速必增扭矩。
汽车变速器齿轮传动就根据变速变扭的原理,分成各个档位对应不同的传动比,以适应不同的运行状况。
一般的手动变速器内设置输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,又称三轴式,另外还有倒档轴。
三轴式是变速器的主体结构,输入轴的转速也就是发动机的转速,输出轴转速则是中间轴与输出轴之间不同齿轮啮合所产生的转速。
不同的齿轮啮合就有不同的传动比,也就有了不同的转速。
例如郑州日产ZN6481W2G型SUV车手动变速器,它的传动比分别是:1档3.704:1;2档2.202:1;3档1.414:1;4档1:1;5档(超速档)0.802:1。
当汽车启动司机选择1档时,拨叉将1/2档同步器向后接合1档齿轮并将它锁定输出轴上,动力经输入轴、中间轴和输出轴上的1档齿轮,1档齿轮带动输出轴,输出轴将动力传递到传动轴上(红色箭头)。
典型1档变速齿轮传动比是3:1,也就是说输入轴转3圈,输出轴转1圈。
当汽车增速司机选择2档时,拨叉将1/2档同步器与1档分离后接合2档齿轮并锁定输出轴上,动力传递路线相似,所不同的是输出轴上的1档齿轮换成2档齿轮带动输出轴。

2.2 Klingelnberg Palloid method
One development, which did not fall into line with the Gleason and Oerlikon methods, was patented by the engineers Schlicht and Preis in the 1920's. This invention was based on a bevel- worm shaped miller (similar to the spur and helical gear hobber) and created a nearly uniform tooth depth along the face width. The miller shown in Figure 3 swivels tangentially on its axis onto a selectable base circle, and rotates around the plane gear axis during milling. Work begins on the large diameter, and generates an involute tooth trace. The angle of spiral is determined through the selection of the base circle. Because of the tiny slots available for the miller to pass on the small diameter, only very small chip removal magnitudes are achieved.

Klingelnberg adopted this method and built the first machine for the so-called Palloid Method in 1923. Figure 4 shows a full view of the Klingelnberg machine, which also, interestngly enough, shows that construction of the machine is “mirror-backward” as compared with bevel gear machines in use both then and now.
Advantages, which even today occasionally lead to the application of the Palloid method,are to be found in the involute tooth trace (insensibility to displacement) the flaky enveloping lines (smooth rolling and oil-pocket effect) and in the fully rounded root region
(no grooving effect). The low sensitivity to gearbox and shaft distortions and high break-point capabilities predestine this method for use in racing and touring vehicles.
