Vishay Semiconductor GmbH can certify that our semiconductors are not manufactured with ozone depleting substances and do not contain such substances.We reserve the right to make changes to improve technical design and may do so without further notice. Parameters can vary in different applications. All operating parameters must be validated for each customer application by the customer. 方法计算机检索维普电子期刊全文数据库、中国学术文献出版总库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PuUMeO'Embase 、Cochrane Li/op 。
检索时限为各数据库自建库起至2020年7月30日。
收集贝伐珠单抗联合化学治疗(简称化疗)胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的随机对照试验(RCT ),提取资料,并按Cochrane 系统评价员手册5.3.0评价质量后,进行网状Meta 分析。
结果 共纳入U 项RCT 。
网状Meta 分析结果显示,化疗+贝伐珠单抗每周300 mg 的总有效率并不优于化疗+贝伐珠单抗每周90 mg[ OR = 1.40,95% C/(2. 45,5. 30):及化疗+贝伐珠单抗每3周200 mg[ OR = 9 60,95%0(0. 9,U. 00):;化疗+贝伐珠单抗每3周200 mg 和化疗+贝伐珠单抗每周90 mg 带来的总有效率获益相似且较大[OR = 6 00,95% 0(0. 12,10. 00)];以最接近药品说明书推荐且临床最常用给药方式,即贝伐珠单抗单次剂量300 mg (或5 mg/kg)进行胸腔灌注,在此剂量下的总有效率,化疗+贝伐珠单抗每2周。
