摘要
反应罐有加热迅速,耐高温,耐腐蚀,卫生,无环境污染,勿需锅炉自动加温,使用方便等特点,广泛应用于石油,化工,橡胶,农药,染料,医药,食品,用来完成硫化,硝化,氢化,烃化,聚合,缩合等工艺过程,是以参加反应的物质充分混合为前提,对于加热,冷却,和液体萃取及气体吸收等物理变化过程都需要采用搅拌装置才能收到到好的效果,材料用304不锈钢。
反应罐由锅体,锅盖,搅拌器,夹套,支承及传动装置,轴封装置等组成,材质及开孔根据用户的工艺要求制定。加热形式有电加热,油加热,气加热,水加热(或冷却),明火加热等。夹套形式分为:夹套型和外半管型,夹套油加热型都设有导流装置。搅拌形式一般有桨式,锚式,框式,螺条式,刮壁式等。高转速类有分散叶轮式,涡轮式,高剪切式,推进器式,供客户根据工艺选择。传动形式有普通电机,防爆电机,电磁调速电机,变频器等,换热器有摆线针轮式,蜗轮式,行星无极变速式。轴封为普通水冷却填料密封,组合式四氟填料密封,机械密封。出料形式有球阀,下展阀。
搅拌反应器是化学工程和生物工程中最常见也是最重要的单元设备之一,适用于各种物性(如粘度,密度)和各种操作条件(温度,压力)的反应过程,广泛应用于合成塑料,合成纤维,合成橡胶等聚合反应,此外,也大量应用于医药,化工,食品,冶金,采矿,造纸废水处理等行业。一台夹套搅拌反应罐主要由搅拌容器,搅拌装置,传动装置,轴封装置,支座,人孔,工艺接管和一些附件组成。

Abstract
Rapid reaction tank heating , high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance , hygiene , no pollution, Needless automatic heating boilers , easy to use , widely used in petroleum , chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes , pharmaceuticals , food, used to complete vulcanization,nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization and condensation process,the reaction mass is mixed for the participation prerequisite for heating, cooling, and extraction of gas and liquid absorption processes require physical change to get used to the stirring device good results , the material is made of 304 stainless steel.
Reaction tank by the pot , lid, stirrer , jacket , bearing and gear , shaft seal devices and other components , materials and openings can be customized according to process requirements. Heating in the form of electric heating, oil heating , gas heating , water heating ( or cooling ) , open flame heating. Jacket into the form : semi- jacketed tube and the outer jacket has a heated oil deflector . Stir in the form of generally paddle , anchor type, frame type , ribbon type , scraping the wall and so on. High speed class has dispersed impeller , turbine , high shear , propeller type, according to the process for customers to choose from. Transmission in the form of ordinary motor , explosion-proof motor , electromagnetic speed motor, inverter , etc., the heat exchanger has a cycloid wheel , worm -type planets infinitely variable type . Seal packing seal ordinary water cooling , combined PTFE packing , mechanical seal. The material in the form of ball valves , valve under development .
The reaction is stirred for chemical engineering and biological engineering , the most common unit is the most important devices for a variety of physical properties ( such as viscosity , density) and various operating conditions ( temperature, pressure ) of the reaction process , is widely used in the synthesis of plastics, synthetic fibers , synthetic rubber polymerization , in addition, also widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical , food, metallurgical, mining , paper and waste water treatment and other industries.
