在这个阶段,人们开始追求贯彻整个系统设计的自动化,可以从繁重的设计工作中彻底解脱出来,把精力集中在创造性的方案与概念构思上,从而可以提高设计效率,缩短产品的研制周期。

整个过程通过EDA工具自动完成,大大减轻了设计人员的工作强度,提高了设计质量,减少了出错的机会。

本论文设计了一个舞台灯系统,它多用于酒吧,舞台的闪烁灯。

系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)做控制,采用工业通用组态软件—“组态王”设计控制界面,并最终完成直观方便的控制效果。

记单词只有一种方法——按照艾宾浩斯周期的不断重复!艾宾浩斯周期的标准速度是一天花3个小时背下3个新的List,每一个list大致有150个单词,因此有些词汇书如果不是这样划分list,我们可以自己来重新划分。

以这样的标准第一遍背一页单词(10个左右)需要5分钟。

这时第一个记忆周期已到,请同学们在背下一页前,立即返回第一个单词,把这10个单词迅速复习一遍。

因为此时对单词的记忆程度在90%以上,所以只需要几十秒钟,但是对于记忆这些单词所起的作用是极大的。

第二页也是如法炮制。

用这种方法背过6页以后,第二个记忆周期(30分钟)已到,立即从第一页开始复习。

由于这些单词刚刚背过两遍,所以这一遍复习也只需要三分钟。

然后用同样的方法背7~12页。

整个List大约一个小时。

小宝老师对艾宾浩斯周期做了一个小的修订,非常适合我们白天还要上课的大学生或者中学生。

也就是每天早上看完3个list之后,在花30分钟左右把三个单元快速的过一遍,不要强求自己记住,不可能,只是为了晚上的复习进行一次预复习状态,因为我经过测试发现,艾宾浩斯周期最理想的操作环境是纯脱产状态,而大学生白天还有大量的课程,实验等等,因此早上的3个单元的全部先快速过一遍非产有利于强化和抗遗忘。

用以上的方法背过的单词一定会记得很牢固。

因为这种方法不但利用及时的复习改造了遗忘曲线,延缓了遗忘速度,而且基本上克服了前摄抑制和后摄抑制的影响。

建议大家选择上午特别是早晨的时间来背新单词,因为此时人的生物节律处于最高峰背单词的记忆力最好,而且也不存在对日常琐事的前摄干扰。

到了晚上,也就是背过单词的12个小时之后,到了第三个记忆周期,一定要复习今天新背过的单词。

复习只需要第一遍背单词的不到三分之一的时间,即每个List小于或等于20分钟,3个List在50~60分钟之间。

整个背单词的过程需要背词者有一个严格的时间表。

下面的时间表就是参照新东方著名教学专家杨鹏老师的《17天搞定GRE单词》的艾宾浩斯周期表计划,因为俞敏洪先生的经典著作《GRE词汇精选》(红宝书)是51个单元,但是艾宾浩斯周期是所有记忆的周期,因此适用于所有阶段的单词记忆,只不过单元数多还是少的问题,因此对于考研词汇,托福词汇,四六级词汇均适用,大家只是自行增减单元个数,来制定一个相应的艾宾浩斯单词记忆和复习周期:晚上6点——9点,3小时内背早上课前7点半到8点,半个小时复习单词背诵周期表一、复习点的确定(根据艾宾浩斯记忆曲线制定):1.第一个记忆周期:5分钟即每隔五分钟检查前5分钟的2.第二个记忆周期:30分钟即每隔30分钟检查前30分钟的3.第三个记忆周期:12小时即每隔12小时检查前12小时的4.第四个记忆周期:1天……5.第五个记忆周期:2天……6.第六个记忆周期:4天……7.第七个记忆周期:7天……8.第八个记忆周期:15天……二、背诵方法:1.初记单词时需要记忆的内容:a) 单词外观b)单词的词形及前两个中文释义c)简单的搭配2.每个list的具体背诵过程(每个list按平均5页,每页按平均15个单词计,即为同学们复习计划每天需要记忆的单词的任务量):a)背完一页(大约5-6分钟),立即返回该页第一个单词开始复习(大约几十秒)b)按上面方法背完一个list(大约30分钟),回到第1页开始复习(两三分钟)3.复习方法a)复习方法:遮住中文释义,尽力回忆该单词的意思,几遍下来都记不住的单词可以做记号重点记忆。

优良食味水稻新品种示范种植比较研究陈英豪1刘德坤1张雅芬1陈留根2刘红江2*(1句容市后白镇农业农村局,江苏句容212444;2江苏省农业科学院农业资源与环境研究所,江苏南京210014)摘要为了筛选适宜镇江地区种植的优良食味水稻新品种,以水稻品种南粳46为对照,对10个优良食味水稻新品种开展了田间示范种植比较试验,对其生育期、产量和米质等进行了系统研究。

结果表明:南粳3908、南粳香糯、南粳L19、南粳L20、南粳晶谷和南粳8911等品种生育期相对适中,适宜在镇江地区种植;南粳8911、南粳香糯、南粳晶谷和南粳3908等品种产量相对较高;南粳46、南粳8911、南粳9058、南粳L20和南粳香糯等品种稻米综合食味值相对较高。

综合考量水稻生育期、产量和稻米品质等性状,粳稻品种南粳8911和糯稻品种南粳香糯这两个新品种示范种植表现较优,较适宜在镇江市及周边类似生态区推广种植。

在大规模推广种植优质水稻品种南粳46[2]的基础上,结合有机培肥[3-4]、施用微量元素肥料[5-6]、合理水分管理[7]、病虫草害绿色生态防控[8]和稻米品种保优[9]等技术的应用,着力提升稻米品质。

为了进一步加大优质水稻新品种的引种力度,于2022年对江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所提供的10个优良食味水稻新品种进行了示范种植,通过对各品种的生育期、产量及其构成因素和稻米品质等指标进行研究,以期能筛选出适合镇江地区种植的优质高产水稻新品种,在保障国家粮食安全前提下,促进镇江地区农业增产、农民增收、企业增效。
