一、有关要求说明

可编程控制器应用实训形考任务六实训报告交通信号灯PLC控制系统的实现一、实训目的:掌握PLC在实际生产中的典型应用,并能够独立进行简单控制系统的系统设计(系统配置及输入/输出继电器地址分配、系统的I/O接线图、系统的流程图、控制程序的设计、编程及调试)。

二、实训要求:1.选择社会生活或生产实践中某一种典型的PLC控制系统或产品,,并能够独立进行简单控制系统的系统设计(系统配置及输入/输出继电器地址分配、系统的I/O接线图、系统的流程图、控制程序的设计、编程及调试);2.设计选用西门子S7-200系列PLC,对其I/O口进行分配,列出PLC控制程序(梯形图进行截图,语句表可直接拷贝)并对程序作出解释。

三、实训内容:应用PLC控制交通灯各灯按要求亮灭,并通过七段LED数码管对红灯点亮时间进行倒计时显示,并且可以重复循环。

按下起动按钮交通灯开始工作,南北向红灯亮起并维持10s,南北向红灯工作同时东西向绿灯亮4s,接着以1Hz频率闪烁3s最后熄灭,绿灯熄灭同时东西向黄灯亮并维持3s;黄灯熄灭时东西向红灯开始公主并维持10s,东西向红灯工作同时南北向绿灯亮4s闪3s以1Hz频率最后熄灭,绿灯熄灭同时南北向黄灯亮并维持3s,黄灯熄灭时南北向红灯再次亮起……循环反复。

交通灯工作同时一个七段LED数码管对红灯点亮时间进行倒计时显示,先对南北向红灯倒计时,显示9—8—7—6—5—4—3—2—1—0,然后对东西向红灯倒计时。

The MGate MB3270 has two DB9 connectors for connecting to serial devices.Hardware Installation ProcedureSTEP 1: After removing the MGate MB3170/3270 from the box, connect the MGate MB3170/3270 to a network. Use a standard straight-through Ethernet (fiber) cable to connect the unit to a hub or switch. When setting up or testing the MGate MB3170/3270, you might find it convenient to connect directly to your computer’s Ethernet port. Here, use a crossover Ethernet cable.STEP 2: Connect the serial port(s) of the MGate MB3170/3270 to a serial device.STEP 3: The MGate MB3170/3270 is designed to be attached to a DIN rail or mounted on a wall. The two sliders on the MGate MB3170/3270 rear panel serve a dual purpose. For wall mounting, both sliders should be extended. For DIN-rail mounting, start with one slider pushed in, and the other slider extended. After attaching the MGate MB3170/3270 on the DIN rail, push the extended slider in to lock the device server to the rail. DCS系统成套产品设计规范1.机柜类机柜类成套产品包括:电源柜、网络柜、控制/扩展柜、继电器柜、跳闸柜等。

1.1DCS系统标准机柜尺寸:高×宽×深=2100×800×600(mm),其中柜体高度为2000mm,底座为100mm,尺寸根据业主要求可适当调整。

颜色:卵石灰RAL7032、浅灰RAL7035、冰灰GSB G51001-94 GY09。

形式:德国威图PS柜样式,后附《DCS系统标准机柜的外形尺寸和安装图》。

1.2电源柜定义:电源柜是接受外部提供的电源进行分配并给DCS系统所有的受电设备进行供电的成套设备。

内部主要有入口电源电压指示表、进线断路器(梅兰日兰系列)、微型断路器(梅兰日兰C65N系列)、母线铜排等。

种类:工程上一般根据系统特点分为“单元机组电源柜”和“公用系统电源柜”,“单元机组电源柜”实现单元机组DCS设备的供电分配,“公用系统电源柜”是实现公用系统DCS设备的供电分配。

入口电源要求电压为220V AC(-15~+10%),电源频率为500.5 Hz,波形畸变为小于等于5% (有效值)。

两路电源还要求是同相位的,每路电源只需接入火线和零线,地线不得引入与机柜地连接。

尽管系统内电源是冗余并带有切换的,但出于安全和可靠的要求,不允许长时间外部电源单路供电。

单元机组电源柜入口为两路220VAC电源,一路为UPS电源,另一路为保安电源。

公用系统电源柜入口为四路220VAC电源,分别为两台机组的UPS电源和保安段电源,具体做法是:第一台机组UPS电源(主)和第二台机组保安电源(备)切换后作为第一路电源进入公用系统电源柜;第一台机组保安电源(备)和第二台机组UPS 电源(主)切换后作为第二路电源进入公用系统电源柜。

控制柜内部设备采用直流24/48V供电,外部电源在电源柜分配后直接进入控制柜的两个直流电源模块,转换成直流后并行给控制器、风扇和I/O模块供电,在每个分散设备中进行隔离,在电源柜内不进行交流电源切换。

项目实施方案(高频数字化X射线机(DR)设备安装要求)项目实施方案本公司承诺保证在约定合同日期范围内提交所有货物,最终完成安装、调试、培训、验收等事宜。

做好安装前准备工作及与医院约定好安装的时间、地点、安装条件及其他需要准备和注意事项。

在货物未达到医院之前,由相关部门组织,厂家会提前联系好医院,然后统一安排工程师对每家终端医院进行现场勘查(安排2-3人进行机房勘察,2天内了解所有医院的信息)。

主要了解有关终端医院的放射机房的装修问题,给出最合理的机房装修建议,并且对机房的尺寸进行测量,最终给出最合理的装修方案。

医院的装修进度厂家会及时跟踪,也会及时给予相关技术支持,安排好最终的到货时间、对接到每家终端医院的项目对接人、安排好机器的卸货及摆放问题,如采购人发现所提供设备的品质和技术规范不符合合同要求或有明显损坏,其有权要求及时退换并索赔,到货的时间和到货签收单会统一汇总到卫计委相关部门。

为了确保机器的顺利安装及您日后正常使用本产品,现将本设备的安装条件说明如下:一、机房条件1.安装地基应为水泥地基,要求地面坚实、水平,并能承载500kg/m2;22.两侧承重墙应能承受800kg载荷;23地沟截面宽x深=200mmxl50mm,地沟内做好防潮、防水、防鼠措施(如果条件不允许,也可以不做地沟);24各室内应提前安装空调及除湿设备,并配有适当的照明、交流电源的漏电断路器及电源插座;25防护的要求要符合国家放射卫生防护标准,并且使用方便,不受影响。

本公司可协助提供机房防护设计及相关的防护产品的供应厂家以作选用。

友情提示:设备使用的机房中墙壁建议使用硫酸岸贝与水泥进行混合均匀涂抹3〜6cm(硫酸钢与水泥的比例为4: 1, 1cm 厚度代表1个铅当量),铅门与铅玻璃使用3〜6个铅当量以上即可。
