港口设施保安告知书
一、太平洋码头简介：
二、港口设施保安等级：
目前本码头处于 级保安状态。
三、港口设施保安措施：
按照SOLAS公约和ISPS规则的要求，针对保安风险评估建议，我们采取了一系列港口设施保安措施:
1、加强门卫卡口管理,所有限制区域出入口都设有值勤岗哨，对限制区域内重要设施提供附加保安措施。
2、实施24小时值班巡逻制度，对进出码头的人员、车辆、物品严格按照规定进行全方位检查。
3、配备巡逻汽车和巡逻艇，加大了对码头区域巡查力度，同时在张家港市公安局水警大队指导下，对码头及周围水域实行联防。
4、安装了码头监控系统，并与海关互联，实行24小时监控并视频刻录图象资料。
四、船舶方需要注意的相关事项：
1、严禁在本码头组织偷渡、走私、贩毒等违法犯罪活动。
2、配合港口设施保安员的工作，签署《保安声明》、交换《港口设施保安符合证书》，并提供船舶相关靠港资料，以备本码头记录存档。
3、货物装卸和物料交付的过程中，严格按照规定进行规范操作，确保人身、财产安全，同时自觉履行相关程序，配合港口设施保安员检查货物和记录存档等工作。
4、船舶靠港期间，请不要和周边小货郎船进行任何接触和交易。发现情况，及时与港口设施保安员联系。
5、当船员进出码头时，请主动出示相关证件并积极配合卡口值勤保安检查，并按码头指示的船员通道进出。

II. Security Level
The current security level is the level on our port.

III. Port Facility Security Measures
Our port security facility measures are implemented in accordance with the provision of SOLAS and ISPS:
A. Strengthen the management at gateway, set the entry box in the every restrict area. The point establishment in the restrict area will be supplied additional protective security measures.
B. We carry out the 24 hours’ patrol system to check all the persons, vehicle, articles, etc. strictly that pass in and out our port.
C. We equipped prowl cars and coastguard vessels to go on a tour of inspection around the port areas. Meanwhile, we practise joint defence at our port and surrounding water area under the direction of Zhangjiagang Police Bureau.
D. Port surveillance and monitoring equipment are connected with the customs, which carry out 24 hours’ surveillance and record video information.

IV. Correlative Proceedings of Ships
A. Organizing stowaway、smuggle、dug traffic, ect. are strictly prohibited on our port.
B. Please cooperate with the port fac

ility officer to sign “Declaration of Security”, exchange “Statement of Compliance of A Port Facility Certificate” and supply the ship information on berth. These documents will keep in the archives.
C. During the handling of cargo and delivery of ship’s store, the ship workers must implement the regulations strictly to insure the safe of life and property. And please fulfill the correlative proceedings self-consciously to cooperate port facility officers’ work, such as inspection, keep in the archives, etc..
D. During the berthing period, please do not contact and trade with the surrounding lawless vendors. Contacting with port facility security officer immediately as meet this incident.
E. Crews who pass in and out the port along the appointed passage should produce their identification documents.
