ln变量为输入变量只针对外部输入,out为输出变量只针对输岀运算结果,in一0ut为输入输出变量,即作为输出也可作为输入使用,如一接触器控制首先需要输出信号对线圈通电,这个接触器是否动作吸合,就需要使用接触器的常开点反馈输入判断了.个人使用经验就是创建的变量分不清到底是输入或是输出时就定义为in一0ut变量,就不会出错,temp临时变量使用要先赋值后使用,禁止在上升下降沿使用.。

西门子 PLC程序设计过程中 Temp变量的应用研究摘要:西门子S7-400、S7-300系列PLC的STEP7编程软件在程序设计过程中经常用到STAT变量和TEMP变量,本文通过对这两种变量编制相同控制程序研究,并应用仿真软件对运行结果进行测试和分析,详细阐述了应用TEMP变量进行程序设计时出现错误运行结果的过程和原理。
关键词:西门子PLC;仿真;TEMP变量一、概述PLC即可编程逻辑控制器,是一种专门为在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作电子系统,其中西门子S7-400、S7-300系列PLC在我国的应用范围较广,其使用的编程软件为STEP7软件,在工程程序设计过程中,经常会遇到一个工程项目中同时存在大量同种类型的被控设备的情况。
二、应用分析为实现FB功能块的特定逻辑控制功能,常常需要使用大量的中间变量,中间变量可以选用STAT变量或TEMP变量,很多时候技术人员可能误以为以上两种变量在程序设计过程中可以互换使用,同时考虑到TEMP变量不占据CPU装载存储区的空间,更多时候选择使用TEMP变量,而实际应用过程中,不慎重选择很有可能造成严重后果。
1、PLC程序设计中常用的2个基本功能介绍功能1,实现对上升沿输入信号的检测并输出指令信号持续5秒后自动断开功能。
该功能应用于设备的启动按钮为自复位式,而设备启动需要持续4秒以上指令信号的工况,这时可以通过程序设计,实现当某一输入信号产生一个上升沿时,将输出指令信号置为1保持5秒再复位为0。
功能2,实现对时钟脉冲信号输入信号的累加并输出功能,同时具备累加值清零功能。
该功能常用于对现场物料的流量或重量等数据统计的工况,这时可以通过程序设计,实现当某一输入的脉冲信号产生时,将累加中间变量自加1,并赋值给输出端显示当前累加值,当操作人员给出“清零”信号时,该累加值自动清零。
2、测试程序编制2.1 FB功能块建立在STEP7程序中插入名称为“FB2”的功能块,符号名为“FB_TEST_TEMP”,同时在该功能块中添加相关参数,并编制程序分别运用STAT变量和TEMP变量作为中间变量实现功能1和功能2所述功能,如图一所示。

You will do this by slowly adding ice to water andwatching for condensation to form on the outside of the container. Throughout this process youwill continuously record the temperature of the water. 7软件7.1软件安装在Windows XP、2000或Windows NT 4.0系统个人电脑中安装软件,步骤如下:•将CD放入磁盘驱动器。
•点击“开始”按钮,选定“运行”。
•输入 A:\Setup 并按下返回/回车键。
•按照安装操作说明进行。
•所有必要文件安装在程序组中。
软件也可能在Windows 95/98系统中运行,但并不能完全保证其运行。
7.2启动向导下面解释如何开始和安装软件。
运行程序之前,保证仪器已打开。
首次使用该程序时将运行“启动向导”。
第一次保存设置以后,程序从“主屏幕”开始。
要开始程序,点击〈开始菜单〉并选定〈程序〉,然后选定〈DataTemp Multidrop〉。
如果存在以前的配置文件,将出现下面的屏幕;否则程序将立即进入“启动向导”。

点击〈Create a New Configuration〉按钮将调用“启动向导”,描述如下。

下拉列表可以扫描是单个传感器还是多个传感器。

•<Simulate> 或 <Simulate a loop of x Devices>:如果希望将此软件程序用于培训或演示目的,选择此项(“X”可以是1到15)。
点击<Continue>按钮。
与各仪器建立通讯以后(真实或模拟),显示一个与下面类似的屏幕。
此屏幕显示连接了多少仪器,以及这些仪器的序列号和仪器类型。
PLC子程序及应用
说明:
①在中断程序、子程序中也可调用子程序;主程序 中可以嵌套调用子程序,嵌套深度为8层。中断程 序中,不能嵌套调用子程序。
②子程序被调用时,系统会保存当前的逻辑堆栈。 保存后再置栈顶值为1,堆栈的其他值为零,把控制 权交给被调用的子程序。子程序执行完毕,通过返 回指令自动恢复逻辑堆栈原调用点的值,把控制权 交还给调用程序。
子程序常用于需要多次反复执行相同任务的 地方,只需要写一次子程序,别的程序在需要的时 候调用它,而无需重写该程序。
子程序的调用是有条件的,未调用它时不会 执行子程序中的指令,因此使用子程序可以减少 扫描时间。
S7-200 CPU的控制程序由主程序、子程序和 中断程序组成。STEP7-Micro/WIN在程序编辑器 窗口里为每个POU(程序组织单元)提供一个独 立的页。主程序总是第1页,后面是子程序和中断 程序。
对于主程序与中断程序,局部变量表显示一组 已被预先定义为TEMP变量的行。要在表中增加行, 只需用右键单击表中的某一行,在弹出的菜单中执 行“插入”→“行”命令,在所选行的上部插入新 的行。执行菜单命令“插入”→“下一行” 在所 选行的下部插入新的行。
对于子程序,局部变量表显示数据类型被预先 定义为IN、IN_OUT、OUT和TEMP的一系列行, 不能改变它们的顺序。如果要增加新的局部变量, 必须用鼠标右键单击已有的行,并用弹出菜单在所 击行的上面或下面插入相同类型的另一局部变量。
