每个CD4098B 芯片包含两个独立的单稳态触发器,因此成为双单稳态触发器。

该芯片一共有16个引脚,该芯片的外观引脚如图1所示。

其内部结构以及外部典型电路如图2所示。

触发器通过外部的电容(CX1)以及电阻(RX1)的大小,可以调节输出脉冲的宽度。

单稳态触发器的时序图如图5所示,当TR-引脚与R引脚都处于高电平时,在TR+引脚输入一个脉冲,在Q引脚会输出一个正脉冲,在Q̅引脚会输出一个负脉冲。

Q引脚以及Q̅引脚输出的脉冲宽度相同,其宽度受图3所示的电路图中电容值CX以及电阻值RX的影响。
