DBFP(X)薄型吊装空气处理机组是开利为了满足当前国内外建筑物层高紧凑 的趋势而专门设计生产的一种薄型、低噪声、可变风量的空气处理机组。 其主要部件由高效表冷器、低噪声风机、箱体、水盘、初效过滤器及吊架等 组成: 表冷器采用最新高效传热翅片设计,它的传热效率比第一代翅片提高60%, 表冷器主体采用优质空调铜管和铝箔,并经先进的机械胀管使之成为紧密一 体后经2.8Mpa气压密封测试。性能符合美国ARI标准,保证了产品的优越性 能和可靠质量。 低噪声高效外转子风机(适用DBFP(X)4~15机组)和紧凑型直联风机(适用 DBFP(X)1~3机组)经过精密动平衡校正,保证了机组运行时特别平稳,使之 具有低噪声和较高的机组全压的特点。

全热交换器技术参数1.概述1.1 工作原理XFHQ系列全热交换器采用先进科技及工艺,芯体用特殊纸质经过化学处理加工而成,对温度、湿度、冷热能量回收起到最佳效果。
高效换热芯体,当室内空调排风与室外新风分别呈交叉方式流经换热芯体时,由于平隔板两侧气流存在温度差,产生传热,夏季运行时,新风从空调排风获得冷能,使温度降低;在冬季运行时,新风从空调排风中获得热能,使温度升高,这样通过换热芯体的热交换过程使新风从空调排风中回收了能量。
1.2特点双向换气功能将室外新风空气经过过滤后送入室内的同时,将室内污浊空气排出室外,彻底改善室内空气品质;静音设计内置空调专用低噪音离心风机,机箱内部覆有高效的吸音材料,全静音设计,人性化体现;能量回收机组内置高效的热交换器,将排出去的室内空气与送进来的室外空气进行冷热交换,在提供舒适温度空气的同时回收能量,节约能源;控制方便电气系统采用二次回路设计,使用开关面板,启动停止机组安全快速简单,可选择远程集中控制系统,与多联机室内机联网控制。

但实际上,根据以上两种条件计算的新风量往往不够准确:※由于室内设备的多少、结构建筑、人员多少等条件在不同的机房各不同,因此按总送风量计算的新风量不够准确;※新风的作用除了保证正压之外,往往是保证室内空气的品质,避免发生污染物积聚,空气品质发生霉变,因此人员的多少也不能有效的反映机房合理的新风量;※维持室内正压的需要。
维持室内正压的数值是在工业洁净车间、实验室的设计规范基础上修改而来的,由于机房的密闭性无法像洁净车间那样严格,因此很难准确的计算出机房内的漏风系数,因此对于维持具体数字的正压要求,其风量是很难计算的。

设备风量:1300-35000m3/H(轴流);500-20000m3/H(斜流);作用:专为气体灭火形式的消防系统设计,可在火灾后有效排除灭火气体,及火灾产生的烟气;适用的灭火气体有:七氟丙烷、CO2、混合气体等;应用于IDC机房、通讯机房等各类型机房,及其他气密性封闭环境;产品说明:具有普通轴流风机(适用T35-11系列国家标准)与斜流风机两种形式;采用电机直联结构。
风机由叶片、电机、风机机壳、轮毂、轴、轴承、电机支撑板、集风器等部分组成。
在两端接风管的系统中可将集风器卸下使用。
产品特点:结构上:风道采用筒形轮毂结构,结构上降低了流动损失,使得效率更高、噪音更低;扇叶:扇叶采用先进的翼形设计;使风机效率提高到77%,噪音降低了3.6db;同时轴流风机叶片与轮毂通过螺栓连接,结构上增加了叶根处强度,在排除比重较大的灭火气体时有效防止叶片断裂现象。
电机:采用电机直接驱动方式,特选风冷鼠笼式、全封闭湿热型优质电机,采用全压启动,IP55防护等级,风压大,噪音低,做功效率高,性能稳定,经久耐用;U系列采用的电机绝缘等级为F级;电机的设计寿命超过150000小时,轴承的设计寿命超过30000小时。
可根据需要定制,满足降噪、防爆、防腐、耐湿热、单项、屋顶等要求;选装件:1、T308系列电动密闭阀/防火阀;2、联动控制箱(KZPY1/KZPY3)技术参数:轴流风机轴转速2900转/分(7.1级辆以是这1450转/分;面对进气口看叶轮逆时针转动。
如何安装:1.一般应采用吊顶安装,PY2.0,PY2.5可选择墙洞安装或者地板下安装;2.进出风口应制作帆布软连接,软连接长度应小于20cm;3.吊装前先通电试运行,验证无误后再吊装;4.安装时,4.0以下的轴流风机,可选择减震胶垫作为减震措施;4.0以上的轴流风机,应根据重量及功率选择合适的减震装置和紧固螺栓;5.应按照【通风及空调工程施工及验收规范】GB 50243-2002进行风道施工。

If step ladders are used during installation, installers must maintain three points of contact with the ladder at all times when climbing up or down the ladder. Failure to maintain three points of contact with the ladder may result in a fall causing serious or critical injury.WARNING If using step ladders during installation of a Telescopic Chimney, DO NOT climb to a point higher than six feet from the ground, unless tethered to a safety harness. Also, NEVER stand on the top two steps of a step ladder, regardless of the ladder’s overall height. Failure to adhere to this warning may result in a fall causing serious or critical injury.WARNING If using a scissors lift or similar hoisting platform during installation of a Telescopic Chimney, DO NOT raise the platform’s surface to a point higher than six feet from the ground, unless tethered to a safety harness. Failure to adhere to this warning may result in a fall causing serious or critical injury.WARNINGDuring installation, when on a ladder or raised platform, DO NOT hang onto, grab, or attempt to use the Telescopic Chimney to maintain your balance. Failure to adhere to this warning may result in a fall causing serious or critical injury.Tools RequiredThe following tools are required when installing Eaton’s Telescopic Chimney: ∙Cordless power wrench-drill; preferably with an adjustable clutch.∙#2 Phillips head screwdriver or comparable socket/bit to be used with the power wrench/drill. NOTEIf the cordless power wrench-drill and #2 Phillips head socket/bit are to be used, it isrecommended that you also include a short extension for the drill. This will make it easierto achieve the angle needed to secure the Telescopic Chimney Base to the roof of theenclosure.∙If gloves are to be used, it is recommended they be Level 3 Cut Resistant gloves.∙(Recommended) Two Folding Step Ladders (one per installer), of a height appropriate for the job to be performed; (Preferred) Scissor Lift if available and room allows.Best Practices and Important NotesTwo Person Assembly and Installation RequiredDue to the size and weight of individual components, and the height at which a Telescopic Chimney is installed (on top of an enclosure), and most importantly, for safety reasons, assembly and installation of a Telescopic Chimney requires a minimum of two experienced installers.About the Installation ProcedureThe steps outlined in the Installation Procedure, on page 5, were tested and validated during development and are considered to be the BEST PRACTICE to use when installing the Telescopic Chimney product, regardless of the various height and weight variations. As such, the installation steps are written as a TWO INSTALLER operation and instruct both installers to simultaneously lift and place the Telescopic Chimney’s top component on the roof of the enclosure first, followed by the Tel escopic Chimney’s base component. Lifting and placing each component separately minimizes the amount of weight both installers must handle in one hand while climbing a ladder using their free hand. Safety rules require installers to have both feet and one hand on the ladder at all times when climbing up or down the ladder. Once both components are positioned on the roof of the enclosure, assembly and attachment of the Telescopic Chimney can be performed along with the final telescopic adjustments needed to abut the top component to the ceiling and secure it in place.Installation Guide: Telescopic Chimney for S-Series Enclosures - MN160007ENInstallation Guide: Telescopic Chimney for S-Series Enclosures - MN160007EN3Telescopic Chimney (TC) Assembly Kit NumbersThe following table lists each Telescopic Chimney assembly kit, by number, and identifies the heightrange supported by each. 四、如何安装:
1.吊装新风机。
位置应考虑:
●足够的强度;
●进出风口连接的风管、软连接应有充分的安装位置;
●两侧应可以将过滤器方便的抽出;并在相应位置的吊顶板上留出检修口;
2.在墙面适宜位置安装86mm标准墙面控制盒(控制箱);
3.据以下图纸采用绝缘导线进行线路连接;
4.检查电路无误后,便可接电使用了;
五、维护保养:
新风机使用一段时间后(根据大气质量2-6个月),过滤器积尘饱和,送风量明显减弱;此时应对过滤器进行维护。
维护方法如下:
1.确认完全切断电源。
2.拧下新风机侧面过滤器盖板的固定螺钉,摘下盖板。
3.从内取出过滤器与电子净化单元(如有)。
取出电子单元前,应对其进行接地处理,放光剩余静电。
然后拉出拔下高压线接插件。
4.清洗金属粗效过滤器(1CM厚)、电子净化单元(如有)。
晾干后即可再次使用。
每3个月即需要清洗维护。
注意:电子单元装入的方向不得装反。
推入槽道前依下图示意连接电子单元的接插件。
推入时不要让电子单元高压线划伤。
5.7CM厚的中效无纺布过滤器(较厚)一般而言每半年需要维护一次,第一次可用吸尘器吸尘后再次使用,第二次即需要更换处理。
6.11CM厚的亚高效过滤器需要每年更换一次,不可吸尘或者清洗。
选择了DL10010型智能新风控制器的新风机,可通过计算机实现对新风机的控制;安装了过滤器堵塞报警器的新风机,当过滤器报警灯闪亮并发出报警提示音时,请对过滤器进行清洗或更换;
注:更换新过滤器与新风机维护工作可与您的天方新风产品供应商联系提供。
7.将新风机恢复原状后即可上电继续使用。
七、简易故障排除:
特别提示:
使用中如发现过滤器失效报警,或者新风机风量明显降低或噪音异常,请及时维护更换过滤器,否则有烧毁风机的危险;。
