服务辞典:汽车起动机(starter motor)2005-07-12 11:26:17名词解释:起动机构造众所周知,发动机的起动需要外力的支持,汽车起动机就是在扮演着这个角色。
起动机可以将蓄电池的电能转化为机械能,驱动发动机飞轮旋转实现发动机的起动。
大体上说,起动机用三个部件来实现整个起动过程。
直流电动机引入来自蓄电池的电流并且使起动机的驱动齿轮产生机械运动;传动机构将驱动齿轮啮合入飞轮齿圈,同时能够在发动机起动后自动脱开;起动机电路的通断则由一个电磁开关来控制。
其中,电动机是起动机内部的主要部件,它的工作原理就是我们在初中物理中所接触到的以安培定律为基础的能量的转化过程,即通电导体在磁场中受力的作用。
电动机包括必要的电枢、换向器、磁极、电刷、轴承和外壳等部件。
起动机和发电机总成常见现象:■1. 接通起动开关后,起动机高速旋转而发动机曲轴无反应。
这种现象表明故障发生在起动机的传动机构上,这有可能是传动齿轮或单向离合器磨损造成的。
■2. 起动机无法正常工作,驱动齿轮不转。
引发这种现象的原因很多,例如电源线出现问题、起动开关接触盘烧蚀以及发动机阻力过大等等。
■3. 起动机动力输出不足,无法带动曲轴。
励磁线圈短路和蓄电池亏电均可引发起动机动力不足。
■ 4. 起动机运转声音刺耳。
这有可能是单向离合器卡死或起动机安装不当造成的。
■ 5.起动机开关时有“嗒嗒”的声音,但是不工作。
保持线圈断线或蓄电池严重亏电会导致这种现象。
保养建议:起动机属于汽车中贵重部件,轻易不会损坏,但是为了延长起动机的使用寿命,恰当的使用方法也是必需的。
起动机在起动发动机的过程中,要从蓄电池引入300~400 Ah的电量,因此为了防止蓄电池出现过流或损坏的现象,起动时间不应超过5 s;冬季容易出现起动困难的现象,多次起动时每次起动时间不宜过长,各次起动中也应留有适当间隔。

This resulted in improvements in effi ciency and power/weight ratio.The magnet: permanent power The strong magnetic fi eld needed for cranking the engine is generated by state-of-the-art magnet technology. The starter-motor’s permanent mag-nets are insensitive to demagnetiza-tion infl uences, as well as being vibration-resistant and resistant to high temperatures. The commutator also remains dimensionally stable at high revolu-tions and is practically non-wearing. These two factors contribute to the starter motor’s constant high-power performance.When things get really tough:the RF/CF special range Bosch developed the RF/CF spe-cial range for cross-country vehicles which are forced to operate in ex-tremely wet, dirty, and dusty condi-tions, and for passenger cars with fording abilities. The starter motors in this range are protected against water and dust by sealing off joints and shifting the shaft bearing into the housing. The generation of high torque is based on optmized planetary gearing. This means that small starter motors can crank large engines.Output: up to 2.5 kWFurther development work on the permanent magnets enabled the starter motor to be designed for output powers up to 2.5 kW. This is appropriate for gasoline engines with displacements in excess of 5.0 l and for diesel engines up to 4.0 l. Tested under the most severe conditionsWe simulate severest operating condi-tions using numerous laboratory and fi eld tests. For instance, the starter motors must still operate perfectly at temperatures down to –30°C, and must demonstrate their reliability in extensive test series and duration runs. Furthermore, they must remain corrosion-resistant under extreme environmental conditons, and must successfully complete further special tests. All of these tests must have been passed before Bosch releases the starter motor for operation in the vehicle.
