度假村警示(1) Please take a moment to read the details of DAE Cancellation Protection Option (CPO). Once your holiday is confirmed without CPO, this is Non-refundable bookings. (2) IMPORTANT INFORMATION LATE CHECK INS - If your arrival date is after the Resort check-in day (Saturday), then you will need to contact the resort directly, prior to arrival to advise which day you will be checking in. Unfortunately if you fail to make contact with the resort and you havent arrived by Sunday evening, they will assume the booking is cancelled.
(3) The reservation confirmation, personal identification or passport is required prior to check-in at this resort. (4) A deposit of US$250 is required by cash or credit card at the time of check-in.

Please note that some resorts charge an additional fee, either at check-in or check-out, which covers State taxes, utility or local service fees etc (NB this is uncommon in regions such as Australia and New Zealand). DAE regrets that additional fees are beyond our control and, where possible and when they are known to us, we will advise guests of any additional fees.
