三、进行具体操作校长亲临因为我校现任校长张兴鼎同志曾是英语教学一线教师，所以英语特色学校的创建方案的实施具体工作，都是他亲自指导和监督下进行的。
教导主任安排，校长把关，在学校领导的充分重视下，广大教师积极献计献策，群策群力，形成了许多切实可行的方法四、开张各项工作扎实有效特色学校的创建事关学校发展，事关英语教学发展。
为了使特色学校的创建真正落实，使学校建设取得质的飞跃，在落实方案时，大家都没有了敷衍应付的态度，而是用自己的才识和全心全意为教育的热情，真正把这项工作扎实的进行。
比如在方案实施前，为了统一思想，达成共识，我们进行了全方位，大规模的宣传和动员。
既有为让广大教师献计献策出工出力的教师动员大会，又有为让学生重视的学生动员大会。
五、教学质量提高有虚有实这里，我所说的虚，是指无形的意识形态方面的进步和提高。

一、学校基本情况
古村小学有六个班,127名学生,7名教师。
二、我校通过全体教师讨论,确定我校的特色项目是英语角,我校英语教师,英语专业本科学历,多次在县市级获奖,多次参加各级英语培训,在英语方面有优势。
三．发挥我校英语教学的优势，选准突破口，以点带面，实行整体优化，逐步形成一种充分发挥师生个性化的、独特的、优质的、稳定的办学风格和模式。
在校园内创设英语文化氛围，让学生在校园内随处可以接触英语，耳熏目染，学生能进行常见的英语口语交际，有较强的英语口语表达能力，开展多项的特色活动，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，提高学生使用英语的能力，同时有一个良好的外语阅读习惯。
使我校形成一个学习英语理想的环境与氛围。
四、我校校长亲自指导校园英语特色建设，效果明显。
五、我校教师都参与特色学校建设，教师都已到位。

措施如下；
1、下大力气营造英语文化氛围，对师生的英语会话能力，不仅仅满足于用英语打招呼，要使说英语成为一种习惯。
2、让学生掌握一定的英语日常口语，能进行简单的口语交际，每学年会唱二十首以上的英语儿歌等。
3、落实考核制度，使学生与教师的英语水平再上一个新台阶。
4、组织多种形式的成果展示活动，如手工制作、诗歌、手抄报、英语课本剧比赛、英语操比赛、英语文娱节目等。
5、课题负责对“快乐英语”课题进行实施和细分。
制定年度工作计划和方案。
领导小组负责在管理、资金、课程、人员等方面的保障工作。
6.根据我校的实际和教师的特长，建立各个特色项目小组，各小组内均由该组组长负责任务的布置和人员的分配。
7.在各年级开展研究课，以“快乐学习英语”为主要内容开展，尝试开发校本课程，制定校本课程开发方案。
8.举办全校性的英语歌曲比赛。
