7 试验 生产厂按第 3、4、5 和 6 章检验性能并通过第 8 章的标识证实符合有关的条件。
7.1 定性压应力 在按 7.2.1 和 7.2.2 进行抽样和试验之前,应垂直于玻璃边平整的玻璃表面,查看多个明显不

凭裸眼可见的节点、明显条印和流挂条主要只允许在平板玻璃的纵向、不得位于横向。
4.4.3 晶体夹杂
玻璃上可能存在的晶体夹杂的直径不得大于 0.5 mm 且夹杂数量,每块平板玻璃不得多于 3
个。
5 表面特性 − 钢化处理(见 4.1 和附录 A); − 两面必须光亮或经抛光; − 密封面经打磨或抛光; − 边缘光亮和/或经打磨、可由生产厂选择; − 倒边、玻璃倒角或经打磨,可由生产厂选择。 由于加工的原因,玻璃板的倒边 1.5°,这时必须测量最大宽度 b 和最大长度 l,详见图 4.

Refer to our Safety Data Sheets for further toxicological information and comprehensive handling instructions.Surface preparation∙Surfaces coming into direct contact with ALCOLIN CONTRACTORS SILICONE must be clean, dry, free from all loose materials, dust, dirt, oil, rust and any other contaminants.∙Non-porous substrates such as metals, glass and plastics should be degreased with a solvent. Plastics can be lightly abraded with emery paper. On no account should any type of alcohol be used for surface cleaning –alcohols inhibit the cure of silicones.∙Soaps or detergents used to clean the surface must be rinsed away thoroughly with clean water to ensure that all traces of the soaps are removed before sealing.∙Poor surface preparation may result in the delamination of the silicone.Directions for use1.Ensure surfaces are prepared as above.2.Cut tip off cartridge and screw nozzle onto cartridge. Cut the tip of nozzle at an angle to achieve the desiredbead size. Apply silicone with a caulking gun in a continuous bead to the prepared joint.e masking tape to get a clean, even sealant line and to eliminate cleaning difficulties on porous surfaces.Be sure to remove the tape before sealant begins to skin.4.Smooth down after application (within 3-5 minutes) before skin formation occurs, by using a flat or roundedtool or even a finger, dipped in soapy water.5.Sealant will be touch dry within 1 hour and reaches full cure after approximately 24 hours.6. A pungent vinegar-like odour will be noted during application but will disappear as the sealant cures.7.If the area being sealed, needs to be painted, ensure the paint has dried COMPLETELY before sealing.8.The following formula is an approximate guideline in order to calculate yield for a standard 280ml cartridge:L = 280W x DWhere L = Length of sealant in meters per cartridgeW = Width of joint in mmD = Depth of joint in mmCleaning∙Uncured silicone can easily be removed from hands or tools using a clean cloth soaked in solvent such as turpentine or paraffin. If removing uncured silicone from clothing, check fabric colour fastness before using the above mentioned solvents.∙Sealant will be touch dry within 1 hour and reaches full cure after approximately 24 hours.∙When fully cured, sealant can be removed by mechanical means, i.e. using a sharp knife or chemically, usinga Silicone Stripper.Storage stabilityALCOLIN CONTRACTORS SILICONE has a shelf life of at least 18 months if stored in a cool (below 25°C), dry place in its original moisture-tight container. If the material is kept beyond the recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable, but a check should be performed to observe whether the product is still workable, apply-able and uncured. To maximize the shelf life of the opened cartridge, we recommend that the nozzle be removed and a piece of plastic placed over the cartridge tip after which the nozzle must be screwed back on. The ADM705–ADM708 are low cost µP supervisory circuits. They are suitable for monitoring the 5 V power supply/battery and can also monitor microprocessor activity. The ADM705/ADM706 provide the following functions: 1. Power-On Reset output during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. The RESET output remains operational with VCC as low as 1 V. 2. Independent watchdog timeout, WDO, that goes low if the watchdog input has not been toggled within 1.6 seconds. 3. A 1.25 V threshold detector for power-fail warning, low battery detection or to monitor a power supply other than 5 V. 4. An active low debounced manual reset input (MR). The ADM707/ADM708 differ in that: 1. A watchdog timer function is not available. 2. An active high reset output in addition to the active low output is available.

Bourns 708X Series NID is designed to be used as a two-line unit to eliminate the necessity of upgrading kits. The installer
simply needs to add the Station Protector and connect the internal wiring when activating the second line. This model can be installed outside, as a stand-alone unit (Model 7081) or indoors with the outside cover removed (Model 7080). This NID is designed to fit a variety of existing or contractor provided flush mounted utility boxes.
The Model 708X Series two line NID is manufactured of flame retardant, high-impact resistant, ultraviolet-desensitized plastic.
