1.介绍
本手册用于指导安装和使用 Sintrol 公司的静电粉尘 S304 和 S305。 本公司将不对由于错误使用本手册或产品产生的任何损失或损坏负责。
1.1 安全
设备运行电压为 115VAC,50/60Hz(低压模式)或 230VAC,50/60Hz(高压模式) 。在这 两种模式下,电源都必须被看作是有潜在致命危险的,当表壳前盖处于打开状态时,必须采取 恰当的安全防范措施。 S300 系列粉尘仪实际上是免维护的。用户请勿私自更换元件或主板。如果仪器操作有问 题请联系离您最近的经销商或厂商。
2 安装
2.1 安装地点的选择
S300 系列粉尘仪最好安装在粉尘颗粒均匀分布且呈线性流动的管道区域。这将确保传感 器杆能与典型料流充分接触。 理想安装位置应该是在一段没有弯曲,阀门,节流阀或其它阻碍的管道上,安装点距下 游至少 3 倍管径,距上游 5 倍管径。
实际应用中,往往要折衷选取,以适应以上条件中的大多数为准。若 S300 系列安装在金 属管道上,需提供静电屏蔽措施和确保接地。对于非金属管道,则应该在 5 倍于管径长度的 管道部分加金属网覆盖。 设备避免安装在阳光直射或环境温度超过 45°C 处。如果你需要更多建议请联系代理商 或者 Sintrol 本部。

非调谐补偿滤波应用场合
如果是工业配电系统,一般5次谐波为频率最低且幅值最大的谐波,对于这 样的配电网,选择非调谐补偿滤波回路的调谐频率次数应低于5次谐波。 右侧图示曲线为电抗率7%的非调谐补偿滤波回路阻抗特性,回路的调谐频 率为189Hz。接入非调谐补偿滤波回路后,可以避免5次及以上谐波的放 大,同时,非调谐补偿滤波回路在调谐频率以上的阻抗低于系统阻抗,回 路可以吸收部分调谐频率以上的谐波,起到滤波作用。

No. 009407RF Wireless Systems | 3000 Series ReceiversEM 3532-U Array The EM 3532-U consists of two complete true diversity receivers in a 19” housing.The EM 3532-U has been specially designed for demanding theatre and broadcastapplications; it is fully suitable for multi-channel applications and can be usedwith any UHF transmitter of the 3000, and 5000 series.Each receiver of the EM 3532-U has 32 frequency memories to store up to 32 fre -quencies with their respective channel numbers. The frequencies are tunable in 5 kHzsteps within a switching bandwidth of 24 MHz max. (i.e., each receiver has 4,800freely selectable frequencies), so that, if a frequency has interference or is over-loaded, you can simply switch to a different frequency.The EM 3532-U is very flexible and reliable due to its menu-assisted operation. It isalso extremely easy to use: via the operating menu you can select and store receiv-ing frequencies, select channel numbers and assign them to the receiving frequen-cies, adjust the RF squelch, activate and deactivate the scan function (transmittersearch tuning), and switch on and off the booster supply voltage.The multi-functional LC display shows either the selected receiving frequency or theallocated channel number. On the display, two bargraphs represent the received RFsignal (“RF”) and the deviation of the AF signal (“DEV”). Furthermore – and pro-vided that a Sennheiser transmitter transmitting a battery status signal is used – thetransmitter battery/accupack status is indicated in %. A flashing “LOW BATT” dis-play indicates that there are about 20 to 30 minutes of operation left. In addition,the display shows the currently selected menu and all possible settings.The EM 3532-U features a scan function (transmitter search tuning) for scanningthe frequency range for field strength levels. If a transmitter with a sufficientfield strength (at least 5 µV) is found, this frequency is automatically shown onthe display and can then be stored. For complex multi-channel applications, werecommend controlling the receivers via a PC using the matching S-MCD software.Reading off the LC displayEM 3532 front panel operating controlsYou can use the S-MCD to manage and control up to 126 EM 3532-U and EM 1046 receivers. The EM 3532 receivers are coupled in series by means of data cables and are subsequently connected to the PC via an RS 485 interface — additional inter-face modules are not required. The EM 1046 receivers are connected to the parallel interface of the PC via the EM 1046 DI display interface. For detailed information of the installation of the EM 1046 receivers, please refer to the chapter ”5000 Series Receiver Systems“.Using S-MCD you can program entire sequences of scenes with several actors without having to change the transmitter/receiver unit. Each actor keeps his or her transmitter and can be switched in when necessary. During operation you can monitor battery status, volume level, and transmission frequency. If necessary, you can switch to another frequency.The “Receiver Configuration” window (see fig. 3) offers about the same displays and menus that are also directly available on the receiver. The “RF” and “Dev” bargraphs provide information on RF and AF levels. The “Batt” bargraph indicates the battery status. With the “Squelch” control, you can determine the operating thresh o ld for the RF squelch. The frequency list shows the frequencies and their allocated channel numbers.By clicking the “Scan up” and “Scan down” buttons, the EM 3532‘s scan function is activated. If a frequency is found, it is displayed in the frequency list.The RF recorder menu offers two operating modes. In the “RF Level Recorder” mode you can record measuring values over a certain period of time. A special 5.000Arange utilizes a built-in 0.01Ω shunt to accept the output of 5Acurrent transformers, with no need for a stepdown transformer.The current readings can easily be scaled digitally as needed.True RMS precision circuitry is used to determine the root-mean-square of complex waveforms from DC to 10 kHz. Spikesup to 3.0 times the maximum of each range are accuratelymeasured.Accuracy is 0.03% of full scale* for signals from DC to 15 kHzand signal amplitude down to 0. The crest factor (Vp / Vrms) is3.0 at full scale, increasing to 300 for a signal amplitude of 1% offull scale.True RMS readings in as little as one 50/60 Hz AC line cycleare unmatched in the industry. Such a high read rate allowsanomalies to be detected and alarmed before they becomeexpensive problems. On/off control and alarm can be achieveddual solid state relays, which are standard. Transmitter can alsocapture peak and valley for times as short as one 50/60 Hz ACpower line cycle.AC or DC coupling is jumper selectable. AC coupling accom-modates signals from 10 Hz to 10 kHz for applications such asmeasuring the ripple on a DC power supply. DC coupling accom-modates signals from 0 Hz to 10 kHz. Multiple integral cycles areaveraged for signals above 50/60 Hz. A single cycle is capturedfor signals from 3 Hz to 50/60 Hz. Below 3 Hz and at DC, thecapture rate is every 333 ms.Standard features of Laureate LT transmitters include:•4-20 mA, 0-10V or -10V to +10V analog transmitter output,isolated, jumper-selectable and user scalable. All selectionsprovide 16-bit (0.0015%) resolution of output span and 0.02%output accuracy of a reading from -99,999 to +99,999 countsthat is also transmitted digitally. Output isolation from signaland power grounds eliminates potential ground loop problems.The supply can drive 20 mA into a 500Ω (or lower) load for10V compliance, or 10V into a 5 kΩ (or higher) load for 2 mAcompliance.•Serial communications output, isolated. User selectableRS232 or RS485, half or full duplex. Three protocols are userselectable: Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, or Laurel ASCII.Modbus operation is fully compliant with Modbus Over SerialLine Specification V1.0 (2002). The Laurel ASCII protocolallows up to 31 Laureate devices to be addressed on thesame RS485 data line.
