教学目标：

1.能听、说、认读几个描述外貌特征的形容词tall fat thin short。

2.听懂含有形容词的几个指令，并按指令做动。

3.培养学生热爱动物的美好情感，增强保护动物的意识。

教学重点：

听、说、认、读有关描述外貌特征的形容词: tall short fat thin 教学难点：

1、能够在实际情境中运用句子： Look at that ... It’s...

2、thin中的th的发音。

教学用具：

1.点读机

2.本节课PPT

3.重点单词卡片，小动物卡片。

教学过程：

Step1、Warm-up

（1）Greeting.

T：Are you ready?

Ss:Yes.ready!

T:Now,Let’s begin our class.

M:Stand up.

Ss:Good morning, teacher.

T: Good morning,boys and girls ，Sit down please.

Ss: How are you?

Ss: I am fine, thank you. How are you?

T: Very well，thanks.

（2）Warm-up

T:Oh~I feel cold now,let’s warm-up.

T:Look at me ,can you do like me ?

a cat,a cat,a cat,cat,cat.

a dog，a dog，a dog，dog，dog

a monkey,a monkey,a monkey,monkey,monkey

a tiger,a tiger,a tiger, tiger,tiger,tiger.

T:Wow,I am warm now,it’s your show time .Daily free talk.(教师进行小

组评价)

（3）Free talk

教师根据上节课所学句型Look at that...It’s...创设文具店情景，让孩子们再练习的同时，回忆旧知识。

Step2、Presentation

1.Fat

T:Shh~listen, what’s that?

(教师播放喵咪叫声)

Ss:Cat.(cat)

T:Yes，it’s a cat.Look at the cat,it’s...(教师做出胖的动作)fat(f-a-t)自然拼读法教授fat.

T:Who can read it？(look at the cat,it’s fat.)

2.Thin

T:Wow,you are so clever,Look at the letters,What’s this?

SS:Dog.

T:Yes, it’s a dog.The dog is ...look here,in(教师教授in)(th 咬舌头)自然拼读法（th-in）。

T:Read it one by one .

T:Who can read it？（找学生做句子练习）

T:Wow~you’re so clever,let’s encourage ourselves. Just do like me . Be fat,be fat,be fat,fat,fat.Be thin,be thin,be thin thin thin!(师生做动作)

T:Wow,great!

3.Tall

教师找一名学生，作对比T:Look at us,I am ...引出tall. (教师做出高的动作，帮助孩子们理解tall的汉语意思)see here,all,t-all.(自然拼读法) T:Wow,It’s the giraffe,Who can make a science?(过程给予小组评价) 4.Short

T:Guess，what’s this？

SS：...bear.

T:Yeah,yes,it’s a bear.Look at that bear,it’s short(sh)(or)(t)（自然拼读法）

T:Now make a science.

T: Very good,I’m proud of you. Be short,be short ,be short short short .

Step3、Practise

1.Let’s chant.

T:Now,all of you stand up ,let’s do it together..

2.Bomb game.(教师选择两个有难度的词，让孩子们听音跟读，主要练习thin和short)

T:Sit down,please.I am very happy now.So,let’s play a game,OK?

3.magic box

T：Look，I have some gifts to you.It’s a magic box.

T:Who can help me to read the rule ?

石头、剪刀布游戏开始，获胜的小朋友请他们里面盒子里面抽数动物卡片和本节课所学的单词，并让孩子们用它们说整句话，说的好的就将卡片送给他们。(教师适时的进行小组评价)

Step4.Consolidation and Extension.

假设学生你和小伙伴们在动物园相遇了，请孩子们利用今天所学的句子做一个对话。教师给出相应的提示词。（环节过后，教师评分，给出奖励）

Step5．Homework

1.将今天所学的Let’s do 部分表演给父母看。

2.根据今天所学的内容，结合旧知识，扩充今天的对话,并作为明天的free talk ，上课时进行展示。
