LCD Monitor 规格项目说明购买者会考率因素不外乎亮暗点数、分辨率、显示颜色、亮度对比、可视角、反应时间、品牌等。
针对这些因素做下列简要说明:分辨率 在分辨率上,是与尺寸有相对关系的,除了少数特殊规格的机种,市面上的15"R液晶显示器可以显示的分辨率为1024x768,17"R、19"R的液晶显示器的分辨率则为1280x1024。
液晶显示器的显示是真实的每一画素点(pixel),对应到软件显示的每一点,因此当它的分辨率是1024x768时,你的操作系统最好也是设定成一样的分辨率,不然变会出现模糊不清或怪异变形的画面,举例来说如果你设成800x600的解析度,显示器便要以1024个点来模拟800个点,你可以看出,在有些地方它便要以二个点来模拟一个点,有些地方却用一个点来显示一会出现变形的画面,有些字甚而会出现变粗的情形。
亮度 在亮度的值上,一个显示器拥有较高的亮度值理论上可以让画面更为亮丽,而一台液晶显示器最好拥有200 cd/m2以上的亮度值,才能显示出合宜的画面,当然若能有更高的亮度值自是更佳。
对比 对比指则是显示黑白之间的亮度层级,拥有高对比度的显示器便可以显示更为丰富的色彩层次,因此在对比值上最好能有200:1会较佳,不然你在看部分同色渐层的图片时可能会出现色块不均的状态,在显示质感上便较差了。
画面反应时间 另外反应时间对于长时间使用电玩软件或观看DVD、VCD等的使用者是最有关系的一环,所谓的反应时间便是指液晶显示器的每一个画素点(pixel)从暗到明或从明到暗的所需时间,一般在规格上标示均为二者的平均值,如果反应时间太长,便容易出现残影的情形,一般而言最好不要大于45ms,如果你对动态画面需求很大,就要追求反应时间更短的机种,如15ms以下的机种。
可视角 由于技术层面的不同,液晶显示器从侧面观看时会出现颜色偏差甚而看不清楚的情形,而在可视角度上又分为水平可视角与垂直可视角,不管是水平或垂直可视角二者最好最好都维持在120°以上,现在以TFT LCD之各机种皆可达此要求更新率 对于传统显示器上,我们为了防止画面闪烁,一定会注重显示器在各种分辨率下的垂直更新率,并让显示适配器与显示器配合,追求稳定的更新率,一般传统显示器至少要在75hz以上方能让人眼无法感觉画面在闪动,这是因为传统显示器是透过电子光束不断更新扫描,不断的在亮暗中切换,其更速度若是不足,人眼便容易感觉闪动。

Monitor用LCD面板背光源技术
Monitor用LCD面板以3D、背光源改善及画质提升为3大主题■林芬卉Display Taiwan 2007展中,Monitor用LCD面板着重3大主题,一是具高度娱乐功能的3D立体显示面板,二是背光源改善,三是逐渐提升画质表现。
3D LCD面板方面,CMO开发出须搭配偏光眼镜观看、方能呈现立体影像的3D面板;CPT则发表利用光栅(Barrier)、以裸视即可看到立体影像的面板。
背光源改善方面,CMO与CPT同时展示采RGB 3色LED背光的22寸Monitor用LCD面板。
另外,高色饱度CCFL背光亦被应用在Monitor用LCD面板,AUO展示一系列相关产品。
此外,过去仅着重在TV用LCD面板的高分辨率技术,此次Display Taiwan 2007已有CMO展示19”W Monitor用高分辨率LCD面板,而CPT则将Motion Blur Free技术导入22寸Monitor用LCD面板。
3D立体显示器用LCD面板发展CMO发表搭配偏光眼镜的22寸3D LCD面板CMO发表22寸宽屏幕3D立体显影LCD面板,主要针对3D游戏族群而设计。
此款3D 显示器需配合偏光眼镜观赏,好处是不需选择特定角度观看,且分辨率不受3D影像影响,CMO预计于2007年第3季开始量产。
CMO 3D显示器面板是以两组液晶面板所组成,其中一组结构与一般LCD面板同,另一组仅上下2片TFT玻璃中间夹一层液晶,主要目的在利用液晶旋光特性,区分垂直振动与水平振动2种偏光。
戴上眼镜后,其中一眼仅看到垂直振动光,另一眼则仅看到水平振动光,当两眼所得到影像在脑中形成双影重迭后,则会产生3D效果。
值得一提的是,此技术前提是在灰阶程度不同的影像部分,才会作垂直与水平偏光处理,故整体LCD面板分辨率下降程度有限。
另外,此款3D显示面板可切换2D与3D模式,在作一般文书处理或上网时,切换至2D 模式即可。
若欲切换至3D模式,影像内容亦须先以3D方式处理,否则播放一般2D影像,无法呈现3D效果。

LCD 监视器程序设计理论VGA (显示卡)现在市面上的显示卡或笔记本 非常多,所以LCD 监视器 的兼容性格外重要,通常客户会做兼容性测试在LCD 监视器 设计研发的阶段,一般大约要测200至300张显示卡。
VESA 是支持并且确定PC ,工作站和民用电子工业的工业范围内的界面标准的一个组织。
VESA 促进并且发展及时,相关,公开的标准给那些显示并且展示工业界面,保证互操作性并且鼓励革新和发展市场。
VESA 定义了一些标准的Mode 从显示卡或者是有Graphic IC 的Device 输出,我们称之为Preset timing ,其组成有H freq(水平频率)、V freq(垂直频率)、RGB 数据的讯号。
Figure 1即是VESA Monitor Timing Spec Ver 1.0,定义了VESA Standard 的一些Timing 。
Figure 1.Figure2 为详细的800x600 60 Hz Timing,其中有很多参数定义如Pixel Rate、Htotal、H Display、Vtotal、V Display …等。
Figure 2.简单来说任何一组Timing 皆可看为一个窗口,水平的单位为pixel ,垂直的单位为line ,例如800x600 60Hz 的Timing ,即水平可视的有800个pixels ,垂直的有600个lines ,MST9151B是一种高性能并且整合性高的IC,其中整合了ADC(Analog-Digital Converter)、高质量的缩放技术、OSD (可供使用者操作的界面)、频率产生器…等,透过Firmware软件的控制,可让Scaler IC发挥它最大的性能,所以Firmware在整个研发设计中占有极重要的角色,一旦设计概念错误,不仅性能会不好,兼容性也会很差,Figure 3.即描述了Scaler的特色。
Figure 3.Firmware是烧录在8051架构的MCU里头,其中储存了VEGA Standard的Timing Table,一般又称为Mode Table,程序设计的理论如下:1.设定Scaler及周边IC初始值2.侦测是否有讯号进入Scaler3.查表(Search Mode Table)4.设定Capture window5.设定Display window6.设定使用者界面7.点亮背光模块虽然VESA Standard 定义了一些标准的Timing ,但是因为显示卡的种类非常多,所以程序的设计必须要可以考虑兼容性的问题,如果程序架构不好,可能有一些卡会不能显示。

它将Main Board 上送入12V 直流供电转换成1500~1800V 的高压交流电,频率30~50KHZ ,电流5~9mA 。
(以上数值因PANLE 特性的差异而不同)PANEL 灯管在电源的作用下被点亮,1500~1800V 的交流电持续1~2S 降至400~600V 的稳定电压(设计时环境温度以0℃为准)。
INVERTER 提供的电流大小影响灯管寿命,INVERTER 提供电压变化曲线如图所示: V oltage (V附1:T541 IBM 自制INVERTER 电路图 三、 ADAPTER 部分ADAPTER 即电源适配器,是将90~240V 的交流电转换为12V (或14V )的直流稳定电压供给主板工作。

LCD Monitor结构设计指南一、LCD Monitor 组成图1-1结构部分通常主要分成五大部件:面框后壳主固定板底座与支架,转轴按键有时还会有装饰件。
以及包装设计,ID label设计。
二、整体设计准备首先要根据市场部(或企业划部)提供的产品企划书,完全了解客户的整体要求。
✧确定pane 规格、外型尺寸、锁附位置。
✧power、A/D板尺寸、高位器件尺寸、安全距离、接口位置,锁附孔位置。
✧确定按键板的位置、大小,行程。
✧确定LED灯的位置。
✧检讨外形尺寸:✧整体设计和装配:前框与后壳:通常LCD Monitor 的结构设计前后壳采用卡扣(snap)的连接,底部有时辅助2-4颗螺钉(一般分布在,左下角1颗,右下角1颗,靠近转轴部分1-2颗)增强连接,同时也方便拆卸。
Panel装配:通过后壳或铁盘固定,(前框增加guide ribs定位panel上、下、左、右四个方向,以避免panel与前框的开口有偏差、避免露panel边铁以及倾斜的发生)。
铁盘装配:通过螺钉固定在转轴上,同时在后壳上给铁盘增加定位销或增加上、下、左、右四个方向的guide ribs。
支架与底座装配:通常建议采用卡扣连接(减少包装尺寸,对用户而言可以免工具拆装)。
如果有可能支架也能与底座一起拆装,方便继续减小包装尺寸。
转轴:转轴通常与底座通过螺钉连接,整体装配后锁附到后壳上。
Lips(电源板)与A/D板:固定在铁盘上,铁盘开孔散热。
按键:采用悬臂式结构设计使塑料排键有弹性。
通过螺钉或卡扣固定在前框或者后壳上。
三、3D建模结构设计之前需要将ID 部门(或外部设计公司的)所作的2D 效果图(2D sketch)立体化,实体化。
(这一步有可能在设计公司已经做好了)。
这个过程我们称之为PID 建模过程,建成的3D Pro/E 数据称为master。
这个3D 数据包含了所有ID 想要的曲线和曲面,分型线和美工线,甚至外表面的拔模角度,以及所有外观部件的拆分。

Solución de problemas■Diagnóstico del producto (problemas de pantalla)Si se produce un problema con la pantalla del producto, ejecute el Autodiagnóstico para comprobar si el producto funciona correctamente.■Comprobación de la resolución y la frecuenciaSi se selecciona una resolución que no es compatible, puede que aparezca el mensaje Modo no óptimo durante un corto período de tiempo o que la pantalla no se muestre correctamente.–La resolución mostrada puede variar, según la configuración del sistema del PC y los cables empleados.■Compruebe lo siguiente.Precaución•Cuando se escuchan chasquidos (restallidos) en el producto.–Ese sonido podría ser consecuencia de una contracción o expansión derivada del cambio de la temperatura de los componentes externos o el circuito interno del producto.–NO se trata de un error del producto y no afecta a la vida útil del producto.Problema de instalación•Aparecen espacios en blanco a los cuatro lados de la pantalla cuando se conecta un cable HDMI o HDMI-DVI al producto y al PC.–Los espacios en blanco de la pantalla no tienen nada que ver con el producto.–Los espacios en blanco de la pantalla los crea el PC o la tarjeta gráfica. Para solucionar este problema, ajuste el tamaño de la pantalla en la configuración HDMI o DVI de la tarjeta gráfica.–Si el menú de configuración de la tarjeta gráfica no tiene una opción para ajustar el tamaño de la pantalla, actualice el controlador de la tarjeta gráfica con la última versión. (Póngase en contacto con el fabricante de la tarjeta gráfica o del PC para obtener más información sobre cómo ajustar la configuración de la pantalla.)Problema de la pantalla•El LED de encendido está apagado. La pantalla no se encenderá.–Compruebe que el cable de alimentación esté bien conectado.–Si se produce un problema con la pantalla del producto, ejecute el Autodiagnóstico para comprobar si el producto funciona correctamente.•El mensaje "Compruebe la conexión del cable y la configuración del dispositivo de la fuente." aparecerá.–Compruebe que el cable esté bien conectado al producto.–Compruebe que el dispositivo conectado al producto esté encendido.–Compruebe el estado de Modo PC/AV. ( → Sistema → Modo PC/AV → DisplayPort, HDMI, USB Type-C → PC o AV.)–Establezca la versión de DisplayPort conectada. ( → Sistema → Ver. DisplayPort → 1.1 o 1.2↑)•Modo no óptimo se muestra en la pantalla.–Este mensaje aparece cuando la señal de la tarjeta gráfica supera la resolución o la frecuencia máximas del producto.–Cambie la resolución y la frecuencia máximas a fin de adaptarlas al rendimiento del producto mediante la consulta de la tabla de modos de señal estándar.–Si aparece este mensaje y el dispositivo conectado no admite la función FreeSync, desactive FreeSync en el producto.•Las imágenes de la pantalla aparecen distorsionadas.–Compruebe la conexión del cable al producto.•La pantalla no presenta un aspecto claro. La pantalla está borrosa.–Retire cualquier accesorio (cable de extensión de vídeo, etc.) y pruébelo de nuevo.–Establezca la resolución y la frecuencia en los niveles recomendados.–Compruebe que la resolución y la frecuencia del PC estén establecidas en un intervalo de resolución y frecuencia compatible con el producto. A continuación, si es necesario, cambie la configuración según la tabla de modos de señal estándar de este manual y el menú Información del producto.•La pantalla es demasiado brillante. LCD Monitor结构设计指南一、LCD Monitor 组成图1-1结构部分通常主要分成五大部件:面框后壳主固定板底座与支架,转轴按键有时还会有装饰件。
以及包装设计,ID label设计。
二、整体设计准备首先要根据市场部(或企业划部)提供的产品企划书,完全了解客户的整体要求。
✧确定pane 规格、外型尺寸、锁附位置。
✧power、A/D板尺寸、高位器件尺寸、安全距离、接口位置,锁附孔位置。
✧确定按键板的位置、大小,行程。
✧确定LED灯的位置。
✧检讨外形尺寸:✧整体设计和装配:前框与后壳:通常LCD Monitor 的结构设计前后壳采用卡扣(snap)的连接,底部有时辅助2-4颗螺钉(一般分布在,左下角1颗,右下角1颗,靠近转轴部分1-2颗)增强连接,同时也方便拆卸。
Panel装配:通过后壳或铁盘固定,(前框增加guide ribs定位panel上、下、左、右四个方向,以避免panel与前框的开口有偏差、避免露panel边铁以及倾斜的发生)。
铁盘装配:通过螺钉固定在转轴上,同时在后壳上给铁盘增加定位销或增加上、下、左、右四个方向的guide ribs。
支架与底座装配:通常建议采用卡扣连接(减少包装尺寸,对用户而言可以免工具拆装)。
如果有可能支架也能与底座一起拆装,方便继续减小包装尺寸。
转轴:转轴通常与底座通过螺钉连接,整体装配后锁附到后壳上。
Lips(电源板)与A/D板:固定在铁盘上,铁盘开孔散热。
按键:采用悬臂式结构设计使塑料排键有弹性。
通过螺钉或卡扣固定在前框或者后壳上。
三、3D建模结构设计之前需要将ID 部门(或外部设计公司的)所作的2D 效果图(2D sketch)立体化,实体化。
(这一步有可能在设计公司已经做好了)。
这个过程我们称之为PID 建模过程,建成的3D Pro/E 数据称为master。
这个3D 数据包含了所有ID 想要的曲线和曲面,分型线和美工线,甚至外表面的拔模角度,以及所有外观部件的拆分。
PID 建模有很多种方法,这里介绍常用的一种骨架建模法:STEP1:建一个.prt文件,命名为Projectname-master.prt,(一般以项目命名,比如N1982w-master.prt)在该文件中先建几个主要的基准(Datum/Axis),比如说分型基准面,模块安装基准,PCB 装配基准面,铁盘背面基准,端子出口位置基准等;然后把不同外观部件的共有特征以点(Point)、线(Curve)、面(Surface)的方式表达出来。
线可以由草绘,点构成线,投影等方式来做。
建面的方式可以是扫描,混成,边界曲线构成和变倒角等方式来完成;将面合并(Merge),在这里只可进行与共有特征有关的合并命令,不需体现只与单个零件有关的个别特征;STEP2: 建一个总装配文件(Assembly 文件),命名为Projectname.asm。
在总装配文件中首先采用默认装配(Default)装配上Projectname_master.prt 文件;其次建上所需要的各个部件,建议都按标准方式命名各个part,方便文件识别和制作材料说明文件时的效率,分别是前框Front-cover.prt,后壳Rear-cover.prt,底座Base.prt,支架stand.prt,按键button.prt, lens.prt (比如:图3-2),都以默认的方式装配进总装配文件;STEP3:在总装配图中分别激活单个部件,把Projectname_master.prt 文件中所有信息内容以Merge的图3-2方式拷贝到各个文件中(方法1:主菜单中找:Insert/Merge 命令)。
方法2:不用激活单个部件,直接在Menu Manager/Component/Adv utils/Merge 先选择部件名,然后选择Projectname_master.prt);STEP4:打开单个部件的. Prt 文件,首先建立一个master 的层,把所有的点、线、面都放到该层中,目的是使界面简单化;选取该.prt 所需要的面进行Merge,不需要的线和面可以在层里隐藏起来,最终得到自己想要的一个封闭的面,长成实体(Protrusion)。
STEP5:其它.prt 文件同STEP4一样操作,最后得到一个符合ID 外观要求的没有内部结构特征的3D模型装配图。
在3D 建模过程中要注意以下几点:1)在Projectname_master.prt 文件中做好以下工作:整机的外观尺寸、分模线和分模基准面、拔模角度Draft angle、光滑过渡的园角(指与外观有关的大的圆角);2)所有Part 能公用的Curve 也全放在这个骨架模型中:如按键、喇叭,支架,各种端子出口等;3)在Projectname_master.prt文件中,建议在面和面结合的地方尽量不要倒圆角,因为圆角在Pro/E 的重生过程中,很容易造成错误;有时在后面的结构设计中也会对抽壳(Shell)造成困扰。
4)对于点、线、面:尽量用简单的Curve线:顺序如直线>简单圆弧>复杂圆弧>多义线>复杂的点或面;最好不要直接在总装配中生成(Creat)单个Part,单个Part 应该单独生成:这样可以拥有独自的Right、Front、Top 基准面,而不是Datum1、Datum2 等基准的名称。
这样我们在建模和后续的结构设计的过程中,尽量采用这些原始的基准面作为参照;拔模的方式尽量用扫描Sweep 成面的方式,这样便于以后修改;如果ID的外形有变化时,可以直接在Projectname_master.prt 文件中修改,然后重新生成(Regenerate)其它.prt 就行了。
5)当一个部件.prt 在一个文件夹中需要移到其它文件夹中时,一定要采用Back up 的方式,否则Projectname_master.prt 文件不会随之移动,这样.prt 文件就不能重生;6)在建模初期,一般不可能把所有关系到其它零件的共有特征都在Projectname_master.prt 文件中表达出来,其实是没关系的,照样可以继续进行。
因为在建模的过程中是可以继续在master文件中添加特征的,各零部件只要重新生成一下就行了。
7)Merge 命令与Copy命令的区别:对于将Projectname_master.prt中的信息拷贝到各个子零部件中的方式、Merge 命令优于Copy 命令。
因为Merge 命令只要不进行不同文件夹之间的移动,单个子零件通常是不会与Projectname_master.prt 失去联系的,只要重新生成,Projectname_master.prt文件中所有的特征都能融到单个的子零件中;但对于Copy命令,当在重新装配的过程中,经常会出现子零件与Projectname_master.prt 失去相关关系,子零件会与Projectname_master.prt相互独立。
也就是说在改动Projectname_master.prt零件时,单个的子零件不会随之改动。
而对于Merge 命令,在不同文件夹中移动.prt 时,就可以用上面提到的Back up的方式来避免。
但是Merge命令中只要改动一点Projectname_master.prt 文件,所有的零件都会改动,很可能会产生大的影响,反之Copy命令通常只与Copy 的特征有关。
3D 建模完成后,下一步就可以进入内部结构设计。
以下分别介绍各个part的设计要点:(注:对于各个part相同或相通的特征(比如rib,boss,snap,wallthickness特征等)一般在前面有提到,后面part将不再重复)四、前框、后壳设计一.设计流程:前框对应的部位:S4S2S9S10S11S12二. 可视框(opening)设计:开口设计遵循的原则是:允许塑料在公差许可的范围内(公差标准参考《tolerance_ABS 》,保证Active area 区域全部可见,同时不露出panel 的铁边(bezel ): ◆ 通常开口X 向尺寸=(Bezel opening +Active area)/2 (X 方向) ◆ 通常开口Y 向尺寸=(Bezel opening +Active area)/2 (Y 方向◆ 开口处rib Z 向(厚度)尺寸确定(距离玻璃基板距离0.2mm,距离Bezel 距离0.0mm )。
◆ 开口处rib X 向(水平)尺寸确定(距离bezel openling 0.3mm,距离Bezel 加强筋0.2mm.)。
◆ 开口处rib Y 向(垂直)尺寸确定(距离bezel openling 0.3mm,距离Bezel 加强筋0.2mm.)。
◆ 开口处rib 倒R 角0.5mm◆ Panel 不建议与前框大面接触。
通常在前框做一条环绕的rib :1mm ×0.5mm(高)支撑panel 。
距离开口处6mm 左右。
也可以把这条rib 分解成多条短线。
◆ 开口出四角倒圆R1◆ 设计尺寸参考如(图2-1),对于不同的寸别panel ,bezel opening 与Active Area 的大小是不一样的。
即使是同一寸别的panel ,各个厂家也做的不一样大小,甚至同一个厂家的同一寸别的panel 的bezel opening 与Active Area 不一样,对于这一点,设计师尤其要注意,认真的审阅规格书是每次设计必须要做的,尤其是同一个前框兼容不同厂家的panel 的时候,设计师更需要在proe图4-2-1里做好3D模型,在模型里注明panel的型号,厂家,画出bezel opening与Active Area大小。
三.胶厚设计与拔模角(wall thickness):4.1塑胶材料:3.1.1胶厚(wall thickness)对于已经确定好外形尺寸的PID模型,下一步就是抽壳,确定材料的厚度和拔模角度。
设计遵循基本原则是保证产品的强度需求,最理想的壁厚分布切面在任何一个地方都是均一的厚度。
如实在无法避免,建议从厚向薄方向过度要平滑,另外两壁相连转角要圆滑。

)LCD Monitor塑料件通常采用ABS(常用有奇美PA757,三星SD150),建议设计胶厚为2.2-2.8mm之间,通常高光面取2.5mm,咬花面取2.2mm。
主要考虑是前框是外观A面,前框胶薄容易缩水。
高光材料通常用PMMA+ABS (常用LG XG569C),该材料的表面硬度可达1H ,普通ABS 硬度2B ~1B 左右)。
常用三种材料设计壁厚设计参考如图通常硬度越高,材料越脆。
螺钉硬度要选硬度高的。
如果选用ABS 直接做高光材料的话,建议选择PA757,可以节约成本,通常PMMA+ABS 相比纯ABS 价格高2.5~3倍左右,(LG XG569C 33元/公斤,PA757 13元/公斤)。
