The composition of the resistive element is a noble metal imbedded into a glass and covered by a second glass to prevent environment influences. The resistor is laser trimmed to the rated resistance value. The resistor is covered with a protective epoxy coat, finally the two external terminations (matte tin on Ni-barrier) are added. What is ‘Flipchip’ ? Flipchip起源于60年代,由IBM率先研发。倒装芯片之所以被称为‘倒装’,是相对于 传统的金属线键合连接方式(Wire Bonding)而言的。 传统WB工艺,通过金属线键合与基板连接的芯片,电气面朝上(图1),而倒装芯片的 电气面朝下(图2),芯片送入贴片时,先将芯片翻转以进行贴装,也由于这一翻转过程, 而被称为 “倒装芯片”。
