ISO13849-1:2006新标准介绍

IS013849-1: 2006新标准介绍安全控制系统的最新要求控制系统是机器的中枢,控制和检测着整个机器设备的所有的输入、输出,并确保系统的正常运转,实现既定的任务。

所以,评佔一台机器的功能和安全,控制系统常常是评估的重要对象。

控制系统作为工厂机器设备的重要组成部分,在确保机器的可靠工作和安全运行中起着非常重要的作用。

无论设备大小,功能差异, 其控制系统不外乎分为电气、机械、液压和气动等系统,或山其中儿个部分组成。

然而如何确保一台设备控制系统的安全和可靠工作,确是一个非常复杂的问题。

EN954-1的不足在过去,我们评佔一个控制系统的安全,常常是确定该控制系统的安全控制类别(CONTROL CATEGORY),这是根据EN954-1标准的要求。

但是随着新兴技术的不断涌现,这种设讣方法和要求不能满足技术不断进步的要求,加上该标准本身存在的一些缺陷,使得对新标准要求的呼声越来越高。

首先因为EN954-1标准已经使用了10多年,而没有进行过更新,使得该标准不能适用现在一些新兴技术的要求。

其次,该标准主要适用气动、液压、电气和部分确定的电子产品系统,不能涵盖U前所有控制系统,特别是电子技术的快速发展:第三,使用EX954-1 是建立在一定的经验基础和条件上,对控制系统进行的评估和确定,对于新出现的控制方法则显得力不从心。

第四,EX954-1给大家提供的只是对一个系统定性的评估,没有也无法实现定量化判断系统的安全性。

笫五,过去的标准对于控制系统的组成后的外界因素都假定是一成不变的,而没有考虑到童外因素对系统可靠性和安全性的影响。

歼外该标准在1999年已经升级为IS013849-1标准。

作为国际标准,必须能够协调吸纳最新的普遍使用的技术,有必要时常进行标准更新, 使之能够更完善更科学。

鉴于此种种因素,新的国际标准在2006年出现。

即ISO13849-1: 2006 版。

It allows a compatible control panel to switch discrete contacts by code command. The relay contains two isolated sets of Form-C contacts, which operate as a DPDT switch and are rated in accordance with the table in the manual. Circuit connections to the relay contacts are not su-pervised by the module. The module also has a panel controlled LED indi-cator. 1.先进控制理论的介绍什么是先进控制先进过程控制先进过程控制(Advanced Process Control)是指区别与常规的PID控制,并具有⽐常规PID控制效果控制的控制策略,并不专指某种计算机控制算法。

如预测控制,解耦控制,最优控制,⾃适应控制,鲁棒控制,模糊控制,智能控制,推理控制等。

实施先进控制的最终⽬的是,使装置在接近其约束边界的条件下运⾏,增强装置运⾏的平稳性,减⼩运⾏波动,保证产品质量的均匀性,提⾼⽬标产品的收率,提⾼装置的负荷,降低波动造成的运⾏成本,减少环境污染。

变量分类序号变量分类描述1被控变量(CV)被控变量是装置⽣产要保证在⼯艺范围内的⼀些指标。

被控变量(状态与⼲扰的函数),分为给定点与区域控制等。

2操作变量(MV)操作变量是控制器对装置进⾏调整的途径和⼿段。

3前馈变量(FV)前馈变量是不受控制器控制,但对被控变量有⼲扰的可测量变量,例如来⾃控制器上游的变量。

4状态变量(SV)能够完全描述动态系统时域⾏为的所含变量个数最少的变量组称为系统的状态变量。

先进控制的主要特点1. 以现代理论为基础系统辨识(最⼩⼆乘法为基础)最优控制(极⼤值原理和动态规划⽅法)最优估计(卡尔曼滤波理论)2. 以模型为基础,处理多变量控制问题通常⽤来处理复杂的多变量控制问题,⽐如⼤时滞,强耦合,存在变量约束等是建⽴于常规单回路控制之上的动态协调约束控制对⼯况变化有较好的适应性模型类型:传递函数,状态控件模型建模⽅法:机理建模,预测建模3. 借助于计算机来实现数据处理与传输,模型辨识,控制规律的计算,控制性能的监控,整体系统的监视(包括统计计算,各种图形显⽰)均依赖于计算机来实现。

产⽣背景PID控制系统能解决80%左右的⼯业控制问题,随着现代控制理论的⽇益成熟,⽣产向着⼤型化,复杂化,⽅向发展,尤其是⾯对⾮线性,强耦合,⼤滞后系统。

PID控制难以满⾜苛刻的约束调价年和⾼质量的控制要求。

为了能满⾜这些要求,先进控制应运⽽⽣。
