F (05/08)DescriptionTransducer SystemThe 3300 5mm Proximity Transducer System consists of:• a 3300 5 mm probe 1, 2• a 3300 XL extension cable (ref 141194-01) •a 3300 Proximitor ® Sensor 3, 4, 5 (ref 141194-01)When combined with a 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and XL extension cable, the system provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. The system can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) data. Its primary use is in vibration and position measurement applications on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor ® measurement and speed measurement applications 6. The system provides an accurate, stable signal output over a wide temperature range. All 3300 XL Proximity Transducer Systems achieve this level ofperformance with complete interchangeability of probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor, eliminating the need for individual component matching or bench calibration. Proximity ProbeThe 3300 5 mm probe improves upon previous designs. A patented TipLoc™ molding method provides a more robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body. ConnectorsThe 3300 5mm probe and 3300 XL extension cable have corrosion-resistant, gold-plated brass ClickLoc™ connectors. These connectors require only finger-tight torque (connectors will "click"), and the specially engineered lockingmechanism prevents the connectors from loosening. The 5mm probe does not, however, reduce thesideview clearances or tip-to-tip spacing requirements as compared to an XL 8 mm probe. IYou should use the 5mm probe when physical (not electrical) constraints preclude the use of an 8mm probe, such as mounting between thrust bearing pads or other constrained spaces. When your application requires narrow sideview probes, use the 3300 XL NSv™ probe and extension cable with the 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor (refer to Specifications and Ordering Information p/n 147385-01).2.XL 8 mm probes provide a thicker encapsulation of the probe coil in the molded PPSplastic probe tip to produce a more rugged probe. The larger diameter of the probe body also provides a stronger, more robust case. 本特利3300系列传感器仪表(轴系仪表)一、工作原理及组成1、工作原理:根据法拉第电磁感应原理,块状金属导体置于变化的磁场中或在磁场中作切割磁力线运动时,导体内将产生呈涡旋状的感应电流,此电流叫电涡流,以上现象称为电涡流效应。

而根据电涡流效应制成的传感器称为电涡流式传感器。

前置器中高频振荡电流通过延伸电缆流入探头线圈,在探头头部的线圈中产生交变的磁场。

当被测金属体靠近这一磁场,则在此金属表面产生感应电流,与此同时该电涡流场也产生一个方向与头部线圈方向相反的交变磁场,由于其反作用,使头部线圈高频电流的幅度和相位得到改变(线圈的有效阻抗),这一变化与金属体磁导率、电导率、线圈的几何形状、几何尺寸、电流频率以及头部线圈到金属导体表面的距离等参数有关。

通常假定金属导体材质均匀且性能是线性和各项同性,则线圈和金属导体系统的物理性质可由金属导体的电导率б、磁导率ξ、尺寸因子τ、头部体线圈与金属导体表面的距离D、电流强度I和频率ω参数来描述。

则线圈特征阻抗可用Z=F(τ, ξ, б, D, I, ω)函数来表示。

通常我们能做到控制τ, ξ, б, I, ω这几个参数在一定范围内不变,则线圈的特征阻抗Z就成为距离D的单值函数,虽然它整个函数是一非线性的,其函数特征为“S”型曲线,但可以选取它近似为线性的一段。

于此,通过前置器电子线路的处理,将线圈阻抗Z的变化,即头部体线圈与金属导体的距离D的变化转化成电压或电流的变化。

输出信号的大小随探头到被测体表面之间的间距而变化,电涡流传感器就是根据这一原理实现对金属物体的位移、振动等参数的测量。

电涡流式传感器最大的特点是能对位移、厚度、表面温度、速度、应力、材料损伤等进行非接触式连续测量,另外还具有体积小,灵敏度高,频率响应宽等特点,应用极其广泛。

系统输出正比于探头端部与被测导体表面之间的距离的电压信号。

它既能进行静态(位移)测量又能进行动态(振动)测量,主要用于油膜轴承机械的振动和位移测量,以及键相位和转速测量。

1、EVA胶片:由高分子树脂(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)为主要原料,添加特种助剂,经特种设备材,行业内又称其为改性“EVA夹胶玻璃胶片”;可以分为有色胶片、透明胶片(普透和高透);装饰工程专用E 、写真纸(PP、PVC)、丝绸、金属丝、纸、玻璃纤维、织物等组合使用,20余种颜色可供选择,可生产出多种高装饰玻璃,主要用于娱乐酒店、广场、居家移门、卫浴等装饰装潢。

2、PVB胶片:是一种以PVB为底的塑化薄膜,具有更高的穿透性能和更好的后断裂性能,更化夹胶玻璃上必须要使用PVB胶片!但价格比EVA胶片贵了每平方7~9元钱。

本特利探头调试要求本工程选用的是本特利3300XL系列探头、延长电缆、前置器(5米系统),它的灵敏度为7.87V/mm,关于探头、延长电缆、前置器的说明见附件。

1.当探头用于测量轴振动时:调试要求:探头与被测轴之间的间隙值为1.27mm (50mil),转换成电压值为-9.75Vdc。

调试过程:将探头、延长电缆和前置放大器连接好后,用万用表测量前置放大器的COM和OUT两个端子之间的电压,通过旋入/出探头将电压调整为-9.75Vdc即调整完毕。

2.当探头用于测量键相时:调试要求:探头与被测轴之间的间隙值为1.27mm (50mil),转换成电压值为-9.75Vdc。

调试过程:将探头、延长电缆和前置放大器连接好后,用万用表测量前置放大器的COM和OUT两个端子之间的电压,通过旋入/出探头将电压调整为-9.75Vdc即调整完毕。

3.当探头用于测量位移时:调试要求:探头与被测轴之间的间隙值为1.27mm (50mil),转换成电压值为-9.75Vdc。

调试过程:把轴打到轴窜量的中间位置,将探头、延长电缆和前置放大器连接好后,用万用表测量前置放大器的COM和OUT两个端子之间的电压,通过旋入/出探头将电压调整为-9.75Vdc即调整完毕,此时在控制室应显示位移值为0,误差不超过0.02mm。

注意事项:●调试时要先试一下探头安装位置的螺纹是否很轻松的旋入,如果旋入不畅,用对应的丝锥重新攻丝。

●调试时要用8/10的开口搬手和4”活搬手,不能使用过大的搬手,防止将探头拧断。

●调试键相时探头不能正对着键相凹槽,要远离键相凹槽。

●调试过程中要一直将万用表接入,保证一直能监测到间隙电压,间隙电压的变化趋势为-24VDC~0 VDC。

●调试位移时要保证转子在整个轴向间隙的中间位置,否则调试出的结果会有很大的误差。

●调试位移时要确认3500系统中组态的中性点电压为-9.75VDC。

●本特利的3300XL探头、延长电缆、前置器不同型号之间可以互换。

Connector protectors are recommended for all installations and provide increased environmental protection7. Notes:1. A 5 mm probe uses smaller physical packaging while providing thesame linear range as a 3300 XL 8 mm probe (ref 141194-01);however, it does not permit reduced sideview clearances or tip-to-tipspacing requirements compared to an XL 8 mm probe. 3300 5mm Probes and XL Extension Cables can be ordered with connector protectors already installed, or the connector protectors supplied separately for installation in the field (such as when the cable must be run through restrictive conduit). Connector protectors are recommended for all installations and provide increased environmental protection7. Notes:1. A 5 mm probe uses smaller physical packaging while providing thesame linear range as a 3300 XL 8 mm probe (ref 141194-01);however, it does not permit reduced sideview clearances or tip-to-tipspacing requirements compared to an XL 8 mm probe. It is used when physical (not electrical) constraints preclude the use of an 8 mm probe, such as mounting between thrust bearing pads or other constrainedspaces. When narrow sideview probes are required, use the 3300 XLNSv™ probe and extension cable with the 3300 XL NSv Proximitor®Sensor (refer to Specifications and Ordering Information p/n 147385-01).2. XL 8 mm probes provide a thicker encapsulation of the probe coil inthe molded PPS plastic probe tip. This results in a more rugged probe.The larger diameter of the probe body also provides a stronger, morerobust case. Bently Nevada recommends the use of XL 8 mm probeswhen possible to provide optimal robustness against physical abuse.3. A 3300 XL Proximitor® Sensor is available and provides manyimprovements over the non-XL version. It is electrically andmechanically interchangeable with the non-XL version. Although thepackaging of the 3300 XL Proximitor® Sensor differs from itspredecessor, its design allows it to fit in the same 4-hole mountingpattern when used with the 4-hole mounting base, and to fit within thesame mounting space specifications (when minimum permissible cable bend radius is observed). Consult Specifications and OrderingInformation (p/n 141194-01) or Bently Nevada Sales and ServiceProfessional for more information.4. Us of XL components with 3300 5mm Probes will limit systemperformance to the specifications for the non-XL 3300 system.5. The factory supplies Proximitor® Sensors calibrated by default to AISI4140 steel. Calibration to other target materials is available uponrequest.6. When considering this transducer system for tachometer or overspeedmeasurements, consult for the application noteregarding the use of eddy current proximity probes for over speedprotection.7. Silicone tape is also provided with each 3300 XL extension cable andcan be used instead of connector protectors.
