Calibration Services OverviewWith National Instruments Calibration Services,you can have confidence in your measurements andkeep your measurement devices operating in peakprecision.NI recommends that you externallycalibrate most of your measurement hardwareannually,or at intervals recommended in theproduct’s specification.What Is Calibration?Calibration determines the error associated witha measurement,and,if possible,reduces that error.This means that calibration is more than just adjusting themeasurement capability of a device.Instead,the calibrationprocess includes three parts:•Verifying that the measurement capability of the measurement device is within specification•Adjusting the device to reduce its measurement error •Verifying the new measurement capability of the deviceto ensure that it is operating within specificationsInternational committees have created calibration guidelines to ensure procedural consistency and calibration acceptance among companies and countries.Benefits of CalibrationCalibration improves your measurement accuracy and ensures that your product meets its required specifications.Calibration also provides a number of other benefits,such as:•Increased production yields•Overall measurement consistency•Standardization of qualityTo maintain your measurement accuracy,you must calibrate your measurement device at set intervals.External Calibration and Self-CalibrationY ou can externally calibrate all National Instruments measurement products and self-calibrate many of them.With external calibration, you can ensure that measurement accuracy is traceable to a known standard.External calibration requires the use of high-precision calibration standards.Metrology laboratories or other facilities maintain traceable standards for this type of calibration.Through self-calibration,you adjust the measurement device for use in environments other than those in which it was externally calibrated. In essence,self-calibration acts as the autocalibration or autozero found on benchtop instruments.System CalibrationEven if all of your measurement components are properly calibrated, your system still can have uncertainties associated with cabling and transducers.You can reduce these uncertainties by performing a system calibration.Also known as end-to-end calibration,system calibration is a software compensation method to remove system errors from measurements.By applying a known source to the input of your measurement system and taking readings,you can quickly determine the correction factor to apply to future measurements. System calibration does not replace the need to externally calibrate each component of your system according to the recommended calibration time interval of each component.You can perform a system calibration on any computer-based system you have. 粘度
粘度(Viscometer)粘度是很多行业产品检验中最基本的一项指标,包括从原材料检验、半成品、成品及产品施工前都需要准确知道其粘度。
测试粘度的方法有许多种,但在涂料油墨行业国际比较通用的是以下系列:粘度杯(流出杯)说明:流出杯可以快速而简便测定样品的粘度,不同产品参照不同标准可能使用不同粘度杯,但原理基本都大致一样:即在一定温度条件下,测量定量试样从规定直径的孔全部流出的时间,以秒(S)表示。
操作步骤:—选择规定的某一标号的流出杯,使其对于受试样品要能得出20S至100S之间的流出时间,而最好在30S至100S之间—将过滤好的样品和流出杯温度调节至(23±0.5℃)或另一商定温度。
—将流出杯放在支架上,用水平仪和调节支架的水平螺丝,确保流出杯的上边缘处于水平位置。
—用一手指堵住流出杯孔,将准备好的无泡试样,慢慢灌入流出杯,以避免产生气泡。
若有气泡形成,则使其浮至表面,然后除去。
—用直边刮刀沿流出杯上边缘平刮,或者用边缘圆滑的平板玻璃板滑过整个边缘除去所形成的半月面。
水平地将玻璃板拉过流出杯边缘,使试样的水平面与流出杯的上边缘处于同一水平位置,即可进行测定。
—将一适宜容器放在流出杯下方,与流出孔距离决不能小于100mm。
迅速移开手指时,同时启动计时器。
待流出孔的流束首次中断时就立即停止计时器,记录流出时间,精确至0.5S。
—立即用适宜的溶剂对其进行清洗。
决不能使用金属清理工具或金属丝。
如果流出孔被干沉积物沾污,应用适宜的溶剂使之变软,再仔细清洗,例如用软布穿过流出孔拉擦清洗。

The Q5000 IR allowed the analysis test time to be reduced by a factor of at least six (6), while preserving excellent data quantitation. Multiple sample analysis using the integrated 25-position autosampler would be a significant productivity enhancer in analyses of this type. A CCURATE R ESIDUALSA common TGA analysis is the determination of the amount of inorganic filler or pigment in an organic matrix. A key element in the analysis is residue accuracy, which depends on baseline quality and tare reproducibility, two aspects which have been improved by an order of magnitude in the Q5000 IR. The figure below shows the decomposition of a 15 milligram sample of a polyolefin fruit juice package, in which the 0.28% residue has been measured to hundredths of a percent!H IGH S ENSITIVITY V OLATILES A NALYSIS Unwanted water or other volatiles in a formulation are often detrimental during product processing. The improved sensitivity of the Q5000 IR allows even small amounts of these undesirable components to be quantified. The volatiles analysis for a small (2.4 mg) sample of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle stock is shown below. 上海市计量测试技术研究院院长、教授级高工邵力带领的,就是这样一队用责任与诚信驱动世界的勇者。
身先士卒的带头人在经济蓬勃发展的“中国”命题之下,计量测试已经渗透进入国民经济的各行各业。
而在计量学领域,由地球子午线长度变为铂铱合金米原器再到如今的基本物理常数,长度计量一直是计量学研究的重要学科,在线测量则是工业计量的主要领域。
邵力自1985年进入上海计测院工作,就一直致力于长度计量领域和在线测量技术的研究与技术管理等工作。
他在工作中一直秉承朴实与严谨的学风,凭借扎实的数理基础专业知识和专业方向的敏锐洞察力,较早致力于计量测试技术的主要领域——在线测量技术的探索与攻坚。
在科学研究工作中,他把先进的图像传感器(CCD)成功应用于在线检测,试验了多种原理方法,建立了中药制备用玻璃管的控制模型,还设计了消透光信号处理方法,使检测与生产过程参量形成闭环控制系统,进而扩大了测量范围,提高了检测的准确度与稳定性。
研究成果不仅填补了国内空白,也具有国际先进水平,在实际应用中产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
功夫不负苦心人。
经过5年多的艰难攻关和不懈努力,邵教授及其科研团队共完成了五个科研项目,其中的《光电在线测径仪》和《玻璃管在线检测控制》等三项课题先后荣获上海市科技进步奖。

GK-300可計算出黃金的純度與K值和其它金屬的純度;且可藉由量測樣品的比重值直接辨別貴金屬的真偽。
GK-300 使用上注意事項:1、可量測的樣品:z貴金屬如黃金、白金、銀z混合金屬或其它合金金屬z珠寶材料如戒指、項鍊、手鐲、錶帶、硬幣等…2、下列的形情不能達到準確的結果z當樣品有空隙而其空氣不能排除z當樣品表面黏著許多氣泡或許多灰塵和髒物z當樣品表面黏著其樣品的比重幾乎相同於礦物金屬(黃金=鎢=19.32)3、為了測量的精確度,使用時請注意下列的情形z安裝時,是否按照說明手冊正確的安裝附件z請勿在有風和振動的場所量測樣品z主機必需放至於平面的場4、量測媒介請勿使用腐蝕性溶液 ※酒精可以使用。

所谓量值传递就是将国家计量标准所复现的计量单位量值通过检定(或其它传递方式)传递给下一等级的计量标准,并依此逐级传递到工作计量器具,以保证被测对象量值的准确一致。
可见,量值传递是统一计量器具量值,保证计量器具合格的重要手段,是保证量值准确可靠的基础。
量值准确一致还有一个前提,那就是计量结果必须具有“溯源性”。
量值溯源是量值传递的逆过程,即可求被测值必须能与国家计量基准所复现的量值相联系。
要做到这一点,就要求工作计量器具的示值及其测得量值在规定误差范围内,同时要求其量值能够自上而下追溯,直到国家计量基准。
由此可见,没有量值传递量值就无源可溯,更谈不上统一量值了。
可见,量值传递是十分重要的。
1我国目前的量值传递方式主要有下列三种1.1 用实物标准进行逐级传递的方式这是一种传统的量值传递方式,也是我国目前在长度、温度、力学、电学等领域常用的一种传递方式。
根据《计量法》的有关规定由计量检定机构或授权有关部门或企事业单位计量技术机构(以下简称“上级计量检定机构”)进行,其基本步骤是:1.被传递机构将其最高计量标准定期送计量检定机构去检定,对于不便于运输的计量器具,则请上级计量检定机构派人携带计量标准来现场检定。
2.上级计量检定机构依照国家计量检定系统表和检定规程对被传递机构的最高标准或工作计量器具进行检定及修理。
检定结果合格的给出检定合格证书,不合格的给出检定结果通知书。
3.被传递机构接到检定合格证书,并具有计量标准考核合格证时才能进行量值传递或直接使用此计量器具进行量测,被传递机构接到检定结果通知时,可确定本计量器具降级使用或报废。
