题目:基于PLC的热电厂输煤控制系统设计

一、基本任务及要求:
热电厂输煤系统分卸煤与上煤两大部分,料斗和1#-3#皮带负责把煤由铁路配煤场输送到发电房。煤在配煤场经碾碎去渣和铁硝后,由给煤机给煤经4A#-7A#到0#或4B#-7B#到0#送进锅炉,共12条皮带。
在我的此次设计中,综合考虑设计的实用性和其性价比,我采用了一台PLC控制整个系统,有卸煤部分和上煤部分两个独立的部分;PLC与PC机不通信。PLC控制主要是输煤系统的自动控制和手动控制部分,皮带机和各设备的联机控制由联机控制面板操作。
二、进度安排及完成时间:
(1)2月20 日:指导老师布置任务、下达设计任务书(设计任务书上传到FTP);
(2)2月 20日—3月11 日:查阅资料、撰写文献综述和开题报告并上传到FTP;
(3)3月12 日—3月25 日:毕业实习、撰写实习报告;
(4)3月26 日—4月15 日:整体设计;
(5)4月16日—4月26日:卸煤硬件
(6)4月27日—5月10日:卸煤软件
(7)5月11日—5月20日:给煤硬件
(8)5月21日—5月30日:给煤软件、撰写毕业设计论文;
(9)6月1日—6月16日:指导老师评阅、电子文档上传FTP;
(10)6月17日—6月20日:毕业设计答辩(公开答辩、分组答辩);
(11)6月20日—6月25日:归档
