摘要：
To provide a method for amplifying nucleic acid from a whole blood sample (frozen sample or non-frozen FRESH sample) without purifying the nucleic acid and by which impurities inhibiting the nucleic acid amplifying reaction can simply be neutralized by a chemical treatment to facilitate the nucleic acid amplifying reaction from the blood.
SOLUTION: This method for amplifying the nucleic acid comprises a pretreatment process for mixing the whole blood sample with a pretreatment reagent prepared in prescribed concentration, a dilution mixing process for dilution-mixing the mixture solution obtained from the pretreatment process with a nucleic acid amplifying reaction solution and a nucleic acid amplifying process for performing the nucleic acid amplifying reaction in the dilution mixture solution obtained in the dilution mixing process.
