尊敬的领导：
得知贵校有招聘新教师的计划，我非常希望有机会能成为贵校的一员。

在带完2020届毕业生后，我目前在担任高一年级一个实验班和一个平行班的英语教师。

专业上，我不仅通过了TEM-8考试，而且还获得了高中教师证书。

在2018年进入黄冈红安国际育才实验学校之后，担任两个重点班和一个平行班的工作，自感责任重大的我，努力工作，使得所带班级平均分领先其他班6-8分，也赢得了学校领导的认可和学生的喜爱。

同年，代表学校参加黄冈市英语教师技能大赛，取得新课改组一等奖。

在学校的领导的支持下，我调任至高三担任两个平行班的英语科任老师。

在此之前，在英语培训机构中教授新概念和雅思（听力和阅读）的经验，使我拥有扎实的语法基础，并且能以流利的英语与他人进行交流。

同时，良好的英语口语和书面能力也是我的强项之一。

这使我具备了足够的勇气和信心来胜任这份工作。

情感上，我热爱教育事业，渴望成为一名合格和优秀的老师，这赋予了我强烈的责任感和信念感。

为了提高教学能力，我始终坚持手写教案，并且课后反思以求改进。

同时，对待学生严中有爱，注重教学方法和学生的异同之处，因此深受学生喜爱。

我相信，凭借我扎实的职业素养和工作经验，若有幸成为贵校一员，我将能很好地完成学校工作。

Respect leadership,
I am writing to you in the hope of that l may obtain opportunity of teaching post in your school as a senior English teacher. Currently, l am in charge of senior one after teaching the last senior year.
Professionally, I’ve not only passed TEM-8, but obtained a High School Teacher Certificate, which equip me with a relatively mass of courage and confidence to be qualified for this job. What’s more, that having served as a NCE trainer and IELTS assistance in an English training agency, which enable me to have an excellent knowledge of grammar and to communicate with others in fluent English as well as a senior three teacher that requires sufficient experience about NCEE convince me that I am capable of this job, to an extent. Meanwhile, having good command of spoken and written English is also one of my strengths.
Personally, as far as I’m concerned, teaching experience do matters in education field which I desperately starve for because of my ambition of being a qualified and excellent teacher. To have my teaching competence improved, I’m always preparing my lesson plans carefully. My enthusiasm,
devotion, intelligence, diligence, cooperation, and responsibility bring me the popular of students and praises from parents and colleagues.
