【摘要】Objective To study and analyze the Ozagrel Sodium injection combined Ligustrazine Phosphate injection for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014 to clinical efficacy analysis of 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients as objects, the sufferer random group, control group the Ozagrel Sodium injection intravenous drip, the experimental group Ozagrel Sodium injection intravenous drip injection combined Ligustrazine Phosphate, two courses of treatment after comparing the two groups of patients with clinical information. Results The average from the vertebral artery and basilar artery blood lfow velocity is to compare and contrast controls curative effect is obvious. 方法从2014年1月～2014年12月来诊的脑梗死患者90例作为疗效分析对象，随机将患者分组，对照组奥扎格雷钠注射液静脉滴注，实验组奥扎格雷钠注射液联合川穹嗪注射液静脉滴注，两个疗程治疗后将两组患者临床资料进行对比。

结果从椎动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度情况来对比，实验组对比对照组疗效明显。

结论奥扎格雷钠注射液联合川穹嗪注射液静脉滴注相比单独奥扎格雷钠注射液静脉滴注疗效好。
