伺服驱动器输出是PWM波,驱动器输出侧如安装有改善功率因数的电容或防雷用的压敏电阻等,易引发伺服驱动器瞬间过 电流甚至损坏伺服驱动器。请不要使用。 ■ 伺服驱动器输入、输出端所用接触器等开关器件

电机机型设置
用户拿到伺服驱动器和电机第一次运行时,请参照适配机型表(如果适配机型表中没有对 应的电机型号,请根据所用电机的额定转速和额定电流,来选择电机机型),确认电机机型设 置是否正确,如果不正确,运行时电机可能会出现振动或误报警现象,不能达到期望的控制效 果。机型参数为Pn223,属于隐藏参数,需要解锁方能进入,在数码管为“run”、”bb”或报 警状态显示界面下,按“上下下下”(一次UP键,三次DOWN键)即可解锁。机型设置正确后, 需重新上电,方可运行电机。以后如果电机型号有变动,则需重新设置。

PL-2303HXD highly compatible drivers could simulate the traditional COM port on most operating systems allowing the existing applications based on COM port to easily migrate and be made USB ready.By taking advantage of USB bulk transfer mode, large data buffers, and automatic flow control,PL-2303HXD is capable of achieving higher throughput compared to traditional UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) ports. When real RS232 signaling is not required, baud rate higher than 115200 bps could be used for even higher performance. The flexible baud rate generator of PL-2303HXD could be programmed to generate any rate between 75 bps to 12M bps.PL-2303HXD is exclusively designed for mobile and embedded solutions in mind, providing a small footprint that could easily fit in to any connectors and handheld devices. With very small power consumption in either operating or suspend mode, PL-2303HXD is perfect for bus powered operation with plenty of power left for the attached devices. Several of the USB descriptors could be modified and stored to the PL2303HXD OTPROM during device startup like Vendor ID (VID), Product ID (PID), Serial Number, Product String, and otherconfiguration descriptors. INSTALLATION GUIDENI CB-37F-LPConnector Block for 37-Pin D-Sub DevicesThis installation guide describes how to install and connect signals to theNI CB-37F-LP connector block for use with devices with a 37-pin D-Subconnector.IntroductionThe CB-37F-LP is a connector block assembly consisting of a printedcircuit board and 40 screw terminals. The connector block assemblyconnects directly to the front panel of National Instruments 37-pin D-Subdevices, eliminating the need for an external cable. It also can be cabledusing a 37-pin cable.The CB-37F-LP allows you to easily connect analog input, analog output,counter/timer, and digital I/O signals to your National Instruments device.The 40 screw terminals allow access to every pin on the connector, plusthree shield screw terminals for use with a shielded cable.Caution The CB-37F-LP is not designed for input voltages greater than 42 V pk, even if youinstall a voltage divider that reduces the voltage to within the input range of the DAQdevice. Input voltages greater than 42 V pk can damage the CB-37F-LP, any deviceconnected to it, and the host computer. Overvoltage also can cause an electric shock hazardfor the operator. No bare wire shouldextend past the screw terminal. General Description
SuperSOT -3 N-Channel logic level enhancement mode power field effect transistors are produced using Fairchild's proprietary, high cell density, DMOS technology. This very high density process is especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance. These devices are particularly suited for low voltage applications in notebook computers, portable phones, PCMCIA cards, and other battery powered circuits where fast switching, and low in-line power loss are needed in a very small outline surface mount package.
