变频器的初级及次级线圈、扼流线圈和散热器上存在有高电压和 高电流。当微波炉得以供能时,在这些电路上工作或接近这类电 路都是十分危险的。 不要测量高压电路的电压,包括磁控管的丝极电压。
剩余烹调时间 (T2 时间) 剩余烹调时间 (T2 时间)可用以下公式计算出: T2 时间 (秒)= T1 时间 x K 因数
注:请记住 T1 时间由 10 秒钟后开始计算。K 的系数已设定在微 处理器内存中,并依从 P1 及 P2 功率列于下列表中。 注:当按动 “加时”或 “减时”键,T2 时间将会因 K 因数不同 而增加或减少。

5操作顺序说明
5.1.
可变功率烹调控制
变频器(U由数据程序电路发出的信号控制输出功率,继电器1(RY1停留于开,但却由变频器发出的信号控制其输出功率。
1.零部件检修或更换之后,应确认炉子各部位的螺丝不松动或没有丢失,如果螺丝没有拧紧,有可能发生微波泄漏情况。
2.把电源插头插入插座之前,应确认所有的电子部件连接牢固。
注意
接近磁控管和对此进行更换时,维修人员应取下手表。
变频器的高压及高温(热力/电力引致的危险。
变频器电路上提供极高压和高电流量给磁控管。尽管,在常规使用中并无危害,但进行维修时务请加倍小心。虽然看似电视的变压器,但电流量极大,其高电流量及高电压亦存在危险。铝制散热器亦存在高压(高热。故当电源插头接上电源时,切勿触摸,因为其中一个IGBT电源装置是与铝制散热器直接连接上,铝制散热器会因热能引致高温;因此,在维修及更换零件时必须加倍注意。
5.将门E轻轻往上提,使门E从腔体铰链上脱出。
更换不良的炉门组成零件以后,在重新进行组装时,请按下列要求正确安装和调整,以防止微波的过度泄漏。
注:无需用力压,门A上部也应紧紧靠住腔体前板。7.6.转盘电机
1.用钳子在下图箭头所示的部位切出8个小孔。
2.从转盘电机上拆除2根导线。
3.旋除固定转盘电机的1颗螺丝。
2.当显示窗上的烹调时间一到,数据程序电路即发出一个控制信号,使微波炉自动关机。
注:当自动再加热结束后,风扇仍将工作1分钟以便冷却炉体和电子元件。

松下维修方式A. KX系列1、KX-F50/90:依次按下:“program”“# ”“9”“0”“0”“0”“*”即可进入测试模式,然后输入“#”“5”“0”“start/copy”可对机器进行程序全清。
对F90输入“# ”“6”“0”“3”“set”可将切纸刀关闭(仅对切纸机器有效)。
2、从KX-F808/818/828/108/118/858/868/32/36/39/23/25到现在的KX-F66/68/82/88等等(别头晕):依次按下“功能FUNCTION(有的机器为菜单MENU)”“#”“9”“0”“0”“0”“*”可进入维修方式,然后输入“#”“5”“5”“0”“启动”(108/118/208/218则是按“选择”“录入”)可对机器进行程序全清。
输入“#”“5”“6”“0”“2”可将切纸刀关闭(仅对切纸机器有效)。
*注:维修代码从“#500”开始,其他代码含义受篇幅所限,此处略过不表。

众所周知, 电焊机不同于家电,大多都处在比较差的环境下工作,因此从客观上讲,电焊机在使用过程中出现一些故障是在所难免的。
究其产生故障的原因,从维修的角度看不外乎以下三种:1。

外部原因3. 人为原因具体来说造成电焊机故障的内部原因主要是:1。
P 板上的元器件损坏。
2. 晶闸管模块损坏。
3。
接触器、控变损坏。
4。
主变、电抗器等器件损坏。

电流互感器损坏。

输入组件损坏.造成电焊机故障的外部原因主要是:1。
外电波动较大,其波动范围超过了焊机正常工作所允许电压范围380V±10% 。
2. 送丝机控制电缆损伤。
3. 输入、输出电缆连接不牢固。
4。
CO2 气体不纯。
5。
环境条件恶劣(露天无防护措施使用,在粉尘、油烟较大或有腐蚀性气体场所使用).6。
动物(蛇、老鼠等)进入机内。
7。
其它金属异物进入机内。
造成电焊机故障的人为原因主要是:1. 运输中损坏(特别是流动作业的用户经常搬运电焊机).2。
使用、保养不当(如操作者或其他人用手拽电缆的方式移动送丝机,导电嘴没拧紧等).3. 修理中P 板上的电位器调乱,或将保险插错位置。
对维修人员来说,在着手检修电焊机时,首先应根据电焊机的故障现象判断故障的起因是在焊机的内部还是外部,然后通过现场观察,向操作者了解和亲自动手检查以便迅速准确地找到故障点。

安装及使用油枪
1.取下油帽,并将筒油向右旋与油枪连接. *如有松动将会造成油泄漏.
2.拉出锁链并将之锁于开槽内.

3.将筒油套入油缸,并将油缸与油枪旋紧.
4.从开槽内松开锁链,使之收弹回位. *通过油泵挤压几次,确认油已从油枪口 冒出.
马达的电源开关,当手等身体须进入机器里,必须置于OFF 紧急停止键.按下此键,机器处于立即停止.拔出即可复位

为了下面的叙述方便,称这种类型的P板为42PZ700C机P板。
而在42PA7C、42PV70C、42PV700C、42PV80C、50PV80CA这5种机型中,P板电路是相同的,已在以前的文稿中讲解过。
为了下面的叙述方便,称这种类型的P板为42PV70C P板。
上述两种类型的P板电路,差别较大,差别在于42PV70C的P板中,采用的是集成电路为主,而集成电路的电路位号是以IC为开关的。
在42PZ700C机中,P板电路是以厚膜集成电路为主构成的,电路位号是以MC为开头的,简称为厚膜电路,也叫厚膜块。
厚膜块是把IC及外接的R、C、L、三极管、二极管等小的元器件封装在有铜铂走线的陶瓷基板上,也叫二次集成电路。
实践证明:厚膜块在各种电器中的故障率是比较高的。
P板电路由以下电路部分组成:1、 CPU控制电路:用于接收来自DG板、D板内CPU的开关机控制、保护信息,控制P板内电源电路的开启与关闭。
对P板内各个电路进行故障检测,若发现有故障,自动进行关机保护,并报知DG板CPU进行保护关机、并进行灯闪指示故障部位。
CPU的位号是MC701,这是一个厚膜块。
2、 PFC电路:把输入的220V交流电变为390V的直流电,为VSUS电源电路、VDA电源电路供电。
由MC601、MC603、储能电感L603组成。
3、 VSUS电源电路:由MC201、MC202、MC203、T201组成。
4、 VDA/15V电源电路:由MC301、T301、MC401组成。
5、待机电源电路:由IC501、T501组成,产生STB+5V电源。
6、 MC501是市电检测电路:当市电异常时,通知MC701进入保护状态,不开机。
一、待机电源电路的工作原理:1、待机电源的启动:当把电视机的电源插头插入220V电源插座时,220V交流电通过保险电阻RF601加到单相整流桥D501的输入端,整流输出的脉动电压经C503滤波得到290V的直流电压,加到待机电源变压器T501初级线圈P2—P1端,P1端与待机电源振荡块5脚相连。

KX-FHD301(Cause and Countermeasure)As shown in the chart above, the total handshaking time must be reduced, but because of the long distance connection and linking of several stations, the line connection time cannot be reduced. Accordingly, the following countermeasures should be tried.(A)... As the 35 sec. count is started directly after dialing or directly after the START button has been pressed for models with aSTART button, the other party should be called manually, if possible. Another possibility is entering two pauses at the end of the auto dial number on the transmission side. Then the count start time can be delayed for 2 pauses (about 10 sec.).Cause 2:Erroneous detection because of an echo or an echo canceler.(Echo/Echo Canceler)The signal from FAX1 reaches FAX2 via stations 1 and 2, but the reflection signal at station 2 also returns via station 1 (echo).As the distance between station 1 and station 2 is far, the echo returns to FAX 1 at a max of 600 msec after transmission.There is a possibility that this signal is detected erroneously as the signal from FAX2. For a normal call, there is also a possibility that the echo of their own voice will make the call difficult to understand. For this reason, each station (station 1 and station 2) attaches echo cancelers (S1 and S2) for international lines or long distance lines. For the echo canceler, the level of the transmission signal from FAX 1 is compared with the level of the reception signal from FAX2. When the transmission signal is larger, S1 is closed while S2 is opened when it is smaller. The function used to accomplish this is remote programming.First, in order to check the current status of the service code parameter, print out the setup list (code: 991) and the service list (code: 999) from the customer´s fax machine.Based on this, the parameters for the desired codes can be changed.The procedure for changing and listing parameters is described on ENTERING THE REMOTE PROGRAMMING MODE AND CHANGING SERVICE CODES(P.64). Also, before exiting the remote programming mode, it is advisable to obtain a new list to confirm that the changes were made correctly.Hint:Since the connected telephone is in use during the remote programming mode, it may be helpful to ask the customer to switch to the speakerphone. This frees the customer from the need to remain right next to the fax while you are making parameter settings. When finished, inform the customer. But if you have an oscilloscope, you can easily determine the problem site or IC malfunction by checking the main signal lines.Even if you don’t have such a measuring instrument, by checking each main signal line and resoldering it, in many cases the problem will be resolved.An explanation of the main signals (for booting up the unit) is presented below.What are the main signals for booting up the unit?Please refer to DIGITAL BLOCK DIAGRAM (P.68).The ASIC (IC501) controls all the other digital ICs. When the power is turned on, the ASIC retrieves the operation code stored in the FLASH ROM (IC502), then follows the instructions for controlling each IC. All ICs have some inner registers that are assigned to a certain address.It is the address bus by which the ASIC designates the location inside each IC. 1)、切断通向定位器的供气;
2)、从A/M开关铭牌部分拧下固定螺丝(注:拧下螺丝时,小心勿弄丢A/M开关盖板垫圈和防栓垫圈);
3)、从A/M开关转到MAN(手动)位置;
4)、用镊子或其它工具去除夹具,取出旧过滤网;
5)、用铁丝(直径为0.3μm)清除节气喷嘴中的污染物(清除污染物时,勿让油污或油脂弄脏节气喷嘴);
6)、将新过滤网缠在A/M开关上,用夹具将其压到原位;

修理实例Repair Manual【现象描述】开机后立即保护,有的故障是灯闪2下,有的故障是灯闪10下。
【原因分析及思路】灯闪10下是电源板厚膜块MC301损坏所致,灯闪2下是电源板厚膜块MC201损坏所致。
MC201与T201是VSUS 开关电源。
MC301与T301是多用途开关电源,该开关电源产生75V (VDA )、+15V 电源电压。
电源板CPU :MC701有专门的引脚随时监测VSUS 电压、VDA 电压、+15V 电压是否正常,如果开机后在规定时间内上述三路电源电压没有上升到标准值,则CPU 发出保护关机指令,关闭电源板电源,断开电源板继电器,防止故障扩大。
MC201、MC301这两个厚膜块虽然零件编码不同,但内部电路完全相同,因此可以直接互换。
这给判断故障带来了很大的便利。
因这两个厚膜块损坏是该机型的通病,因此,有必要把这个故障彻底弄清,有利于今后快修,提高快修率。
因为该厚膜块价钱较贵,为此,应当尝试修复这个厚膜块,以降低维修成本,提高维修站的经济效益。
实际上厚膜块是由IC 与外围的R 、C 、Q 、D 二次集成的电路板,因此,可维修性较高。
修好的成功率很高。
这个厚膜块的核心是飞利浦公司生产的IC :TEA1611T 。
该IC 是谐振型开关电源控制器,电源的开关管在零电压时切换,实现低功率消耗,提高可靠性。
下图是应用TEA1611T 的开关电源原理图,IC 输出高端驱动输出和低端驱动输出,分别驱动两个半桥大功率MOS 管,两个MOS 开关管驱动谐振电容和谐振电感,输出稳压后的电压。

DIGITAL BOARD SECTIONWhen the unit fails to boot up the system,take the troubleshooting procedures very carefully.It may have a serious problem.The symptom:No response when the power is turned on.(No LCD display,and keys are not accepted.)The first step is to check the power source.If there is no problem with the power supply unit,the problem may lie in the digital unit (main board).As there are many potential causes in this case (ASIC,DRAM,etc.),it may be difficult to specify what you should check first.If a mistake is made in the order of checks,a normal part may be determined faulty,wasting both time and money.Although the tendency is to regard the problem as a serious one (IC malfunction,etc.),usually most cases are caused by solder faults (poor contact due to a tunnel in the solder,signal short circuit due to solderwaste).Note:1. Electrical continuity may have existed at the factory check,but a faulty contact occurred as a result of vibration,etc.,duringtransport. 2. Solder waste remaining on the board may get caught under the IC during transport,causing a short circuit.Before we begin mass production,several hundred trial units are produced at the plant,various tests are applied and any malfunctions are analyzed.(In past experiences,digital IC (especially DRAM and FLASH ROM)malfunctions are extremely rare after installation in the product.)This may be repaired by replacing the IC,(DRAM etc.).However,the real cause may not have been an IC malfunction but a soldering fault instead.Soldering faults difficult to detect with the naked eye are common,particularly for ASIC and RA (Resistor Array).But if you have an oscilloscope,you can easily determine the problem site or IC malfunction by checking the main signal lines.Even if you don’t have such a measuring instrument,by checking each main signal line and resoldering it,in many cases the problem will be resolved.An explanation of the main signals (for booting up the unit)is presentedbelow.What are the main signals for booting up the unit?Please refer to DIGITAL BLOCK DIAGRAM (P.68).The ASIC (IC501)controls all the other digital ICs.When the power is turned on,the ASIC retrieves the operation code stored in the FLASH ROM (IC502),then follows the instructions for controlling each IC.All ICs have some inner registers that are assigned to a certain address.It is the address bus by which the ASIC designates the location inside each IC.And the data bus reads or writes the data in order to transmit the instructions from the ASIC to the ICs.These signal lines are all controlled by voltages of 3.3V (H)or 0V (L).Between the DRAM (IC503),Buffer IC (IC515)signal lines are controlled by voltages of 5V (H)or 0V (L).KX-FHD3012.3.6.1. DIGITAL BLOCKDIAGRAMYou also need to check the signal lines listed here [List 1]when the unit fails to boot up the system.Those signal lines should remain normal.Other signal lines are not directly related to that failure even if they have faults ortroubles.As long as these signals remain normal,once the power is turned on,each IC can repeatedly output 3.3V (H)and 0V (L)(IC503and IC515output 5V(H)and 0V(L)).The following shows NG and normal wave patterns.KX-FHD301NG Wave patternRefer to NG EXAMPLE(P.74).KX-FHD301Normal WavePatternsRemarks:When you use an oscilloscope to judge whether a signal to be tested is normal or NG,perform the signal check in exactly the same order as in [List 1].(If the ASIC fails to access the FLASH ROM,the ASIC cannot access DRAM normally.)The digital circuit actually operates according to the timing combinations of these signals.If the timing of these signals is even slightly delayed,the circuit will not work.Nor will it if the IC is defective and the output voltage level is not normal although the timing of these signals is accurate enough to meet the specifications.(Make sure that your oscilloscope is calibrated before starting a test.)Therefore,it is imperative to confirm whether each IC outputs the signal at the correct level.(See the I/O Pin No.Diagram .)The signal level should be constantly output at between 3.3V (H)and 0V (L)as described earlier.Note:Simply check the output level and make sure if the IC repeatedly outputs the signal at between 3.3V (H)and 0V (L).KX-FHD301I/O and Pin No.DiagramAfter the power is turned on,the ASIC initializes and checks each IC.The ROM,DRAM,and modem are checked.If initialization fails for the ICs,the system will not boot up.In this case,please find the cause as follows.CROSS REFERENCE:NG EXAMPLE(P.74)CHECK THE STATUS OF THE DIGITAL BOARD(P.75)POWER SUPPLY BOARD SECTION(P.79)CROSS REFERENCE:CHECK THE STATUS OF THE DIGITAL BOARD(P.75)Other NG example while the power is ON and the LCD displays the following.2.3.6.2. TOROUBLESHOOTING FLOW CHART2.3.8.3. BROKEN PARTS REPAIR DETAILS(D101,D102,D103,D104)Check for a short-circuit in terminal4.If D101,D102,D103and D104are short-circuits,F101will melt(open).In this case,replace all of the parts(D101,D102,D103,D104,F101).(Q101)The worst case of Q101is a short-circuit between the Drain and Gate because damage expands to the peripheral circuit of Q101. This is due to a very high voltage through the Gate circuit which is composed of R128,R109,D106and IC101.You should change all of the parts listed as follows.F101,Q101,R128,R109,D106,IC101(D201)If D201is broken,the oscillation circuit in the power supply cannot operate.Check it with an electric tester.2.3.9.
