VAMP 40 保护电器说明书

VAMP 40 保护电器说明书

Protection01VAMP 40Feeder / Motor Protection RelayVamp 40 protection relays are designed for the selective protection of overhead line feeders, cable feeders, motor feeders, capacitor banks, reactors and busbars. It can easily be applied in distribution substations, power plants, industrial power systems, marine andBesides a comprehensive range of standard protection functions the Vamp 40 also offers measurement, primary circuit monitoring and communication functionality.A unique feature of VAMP relays is the arc fault protection system integrated into the relays. The extremely fast arc fault protection (optional) adds a new dimension to the total safety of the installation and the reliability of the motor protection system.Customer specific configuration is programmed from the inbuilt keypad or by using the VAMPSET software.Following a network fault, the relays support a subsequent fault analysis by providing event sequence recordings (200 events), fault, value registration and disturbance recorder capability.Power quality assessmentMany functions in modern society rely heavily on electric energy and therefore the quality of the energy supply is gaining increased importanceExample of harmonics content obtained from a VAMP 40 relay. The power quality of electrical networks has become increasingly important in modern society. Sophisticated loads, such as computers and automation systems, require an uninterrupted supply of “clean” electricity. The VAMP 40 feeder and motor protection relay provides integrated power quality measurement and analysis functions, which help to identify variations in the quality of the distributed power. The relay supervises harmonics ofphase currents and one voltage from the 2nd to 15th order and the THD (Total Harmonic Distortion). The VAMP 40 offers a complete set of measurement functions to replace conventional metering functions in traditional switchgear and control gearinstallations. The measurement functions provide currents, residual or phase to phase or phase to earth voltages. The voltage measurements vary according to the connected voltage used, either residual voltage ( U0 ), phase to earth voltage ( UL1 ) or phase to phase voltage ( U12 ) connection. The measured information can be read on the inbuilt LCD display, or via the communication bus.In addition, Vamp 40 also encompasses a set of system supervision functions. All current circuits are continuously supervised, as are the trip circuits from the relay to the circuit breaker trip coils. The wear and tear of the circuit breaker is also continuously monitored, providing an alarm when the circuit breaker needs maintenance due to wear.Measurement and monitoring functionsArc flash protectionWhen time-grading or blocking based protection coordination principles are used, traditional protection systems may not provide fast enough protection of the substation faults. Further, high-impedance type faults may cause prolonged operation times of earth-fault relays, leading to the significant release of arc energy. These facts pose a considerable risk to human beings and economical assets. By applying a modern, high-speed arc flash protection system, the damage may be considerably reduced. Such an arch flash protection system is an optional feature that can be incorporated in all current measuring VAMP relays.VAMP relays measure fault current and with the optional arc protection, also measure light via arc sensor channels which monitor the whole switchgear. Should an arcing fault occur in the switchgear the arc flash protectionsystem provides extremely fast tripping of the circuit breaker. The fault will be prevented from spreading and is quickly isolated, which may save human livesand valuable economic assets.FunctionalityIEC 60870-5-101IEC 60870-5-103Modbus TCPModbus RTUProfibus DPSPA-busDNP 3.0DNP 3.0 TCPIEC 61850Human Machine Interface, display Human Machine Interface, PC Notes:1) with zero sequence voltage connection2) with phase to phase or phase to earth voltage connection3) optionTypical applicationsVAMP 40 Typical application with integrated arc flash protectionVAMP 40 Typical applicationVAMPSET is a user-friendly, free-of-charge relay management software for setting parameters and configuring VAMP relays. Via the VAMPSET software, relay parameters, configurations and recorded data can be exchanged between PC and VAMP relays. Supporting the COMTRADE format, VAMPSET also incorporates tools for analysing relay events, waveforms and trends from data recorded by the relays, e.g. during a network fault situation.Using a standard serial cable the PC running VAMPSET connects to the front or rear port of the VAMP relays. The VAMPSET software also supports TCP/IP communication via an optional 10Base-T connection.Featuring true multi-language support thesoftware runs on Windows 7 / Vista / XP / 2000 / NT and Windows 98 / 95 without any need for configuration of the PC.VAMPSET Setting and Configuration ToolThe motor start-up register stores the motor start-up values (start current, duration etc.) significantly facilitating the correct setting of the relay even if critical motor data are unavailable from the manufacturer.Protection setting exampleAs a regular feature of the VAMP relays standard COMTRADE type disturbance recording files can be uploaded for subsequent evaluation of any network event recorded. The phase sequences for currents and residual voltages can be read on-line from the clear and explicit screen windows for easy commissioning of the relay system.*552P M A V 1L 2L 3L 01--I 1L I 2L I 3L I 105A 1A 1A0.2A/U /U 1L 0I 20~DIet o m e R tn o r F 1:6X 2:6X 3:6X 4:6X 5:6X 6:6X 7:6X 8:6X 9:6X 01:6X 31:6X 41:6X 11:6X 21:6X 51:2X 61:2X 4X 1X X9:1DI1-X9:2DI1+X9:3DI2-X9:4DI2++IF1:2X 3:2X 2:2X T221:2X 11:2X T301:2X 9:2X T48:2X 7:2X T131:2X 41:2X 1A 4:2X 6:2X 5:2X ++U 0Autorecloser matrix Blocking and output matrixVAMP 40Protection functions3I>3I>>3I>>>50/51I >0I >>067N CBFP50BF I >f23I<37T >49I >>247I >st 48ArcI>50ARC N>66U >0>U >059N I >246Autoreclose 79I >0I >>050N/51N51F2/68U>U U >>>>>U>U U >>>>>5927ArcI >0102ArcI >50NARC 32P<P<<I /I >2146R Connection for phase to earth voltage at voltage transformer secondaryUL 1Connection for overcurrent, phase to phase or phase to earth voltage protection) The residual current can be derived from three phase CTs connected in parallel, from a core balance cable CT or it can be calculated from the three phase currents.Connection for phase toearth voltage , at voltage transformer secondary.Main technical dataTests and environmental conditions11VAMP 50 seriesProtection Order codesACCESSORIESV40VAMP 40Protection 1207-2013© 2013 S c h n e i d e r E l e c t r i c I n d u s t r i e s S A S - A l l r i g h t s r e s e r v e dAs standards, specifications and designs change from time to time, please ask for confirmation of the information given in this publication.Design: Schneider Electric Industries SAS - Sonovision Photos: Schneider Electric Industries SAS Printed: Altavia Connexion - Made in FranceNRJED112413ENSchneider Electric Industries SAS35, rue Joseph Monier CS 30323F - 92506 Rueil Malmaison Cedex (France)Tel.: +33 (0) 1 41 29 70 00RCS Nanterre 954 503 439 Capital social 896 313 776 €。

During this time, we recommend that you leave the door open to clear any residual odors.Important: All models without front venting (air opening) are strictly for freestanding only.Recommendations:The location you have selected for your cigar humidor should:•Be well ventilated•Be away from any heat source and direct sunlight•Be in a mostly dry environment (avoid places like laundry rooms, bathrooms, etc.)•Be on a level surface•Be connected to a standard and reliable electricity supply. It is NOT recommended to use a multi-socket or extension cord.•Be connected to a standard 120V electrical outlet.•Placed away from the microwave oven. Certain microwave ovens do not have a wave interference shield. When placed within 3 feet vicinity of a microwave over, the cigar humidor’s operation may be affected.Grounding instructions:The cigar humidor must be grounded in case of wire leakage. Grounding reduces the risk of electrical shock. The cigar humidor is equipped with a power cord having a grounding wire and plug. The cigar humidor plug must be plugged into a properly affixed and grounded electrical outlet.Improper use of the grounding plug can result in the risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or service person if the grounding instructions are not completely understood. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid electrical hazard.INSTALLING YOUR CIGAR HUMIDORUnpack and remove all the protection and adhesive strips from the packaging around and inside the cigar humidor. The cigar humidor must be positioned such that the plug is accessible. The cigar humidor should be installed in a suitable place where the compressor will not be subject to physical contact.Leveling your cigar humidor: cigar humidor must be leveled BEFORE loading your cigar.Your cigar humidor is equipped with 4 adjustable feet to facilitate easy leveling. It is recommended that you tighten the back feet to the maximum and adjust the front feet to level the cigar humidor.OPERATING INSTRUCTIONSTURNING ON YOUR CIGAR HUMIDORPlug in and switch on the appliance by pressing on the power button for 3 seconds. When you use the cigar humidor for the first time (or restart the cigar humidor after having it shut off for a long time), there will be a few degrees variance between the temperature you have selected and the one indicated on the LED readout. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the cigar humidor is running for a few hours everything will stabilize.IMPORTANT: If the unit is unplugged, power is lost or turned off, wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarting the unit. The cigar humidor will not start if you attempt to restart before this time delay.Operating NoisesTo reach the desired temperature settings, our cigar humidor, like all cigar humidors operating with compressors and fans, may produce the following types of noises. These noises are normal and may occur as follows:•Gurgling sound - caused by the refrigerant flowing through the appliance’s coils.•Cracking/popping sounds - resulting from the contraction and expansion of the refrigerant gas to produce cold.•Fan operating sound - to circulate the air within the cigar humidor.CONTROL PANEL INSTRUCTIONSMODE button:Press the MODE button to switch the control function from adjusting the temperature to adjusting the humidity.ON/OFF button:Press the button ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on. Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the unit off. When you turn off the unit, all other functions will turn off except for the LED light. Press again (without delay) and the power turns on again.LED LIGHT button:Press the LED LIGHT button and the light turns on. Press the button again and the light turns off.TEMPERATURE display window:Displays internal temperature.HUMIDITY display window:Displays internal humidity level.UP button:Press the UP button to increase the temperature or humidity by 1 degree Celsius/Fahrenheit or by 1%, depending on which mode the humidor is set to.DOWN button:Press the UP button to decrease the temperature or humidity by 1 degree Celsius/Fahrenheit or by 1%, depending on which mode the humidor is set toCELSIUS/FAHRENHEIT button:Change between Celsius and Fahrenheit.11TEMPERATURE SETTINGS•When you turn on your cigar humidor for the first time, the LED temperature control panel displays the actual internal air temperature by default.•This cigar humidor comes with a memory function. In the event of a power interruption, all previous temperature settings are automatically reinstated, and it will revert to a preset temperature setting.•There is a difference between the air temperature inside the cigar humidor and the actual temperature of the cigar: You will need to wait approximately 12 hours before noticing the effects of temperature adjustment due to the critical mass within a full cigar humidor.•Once the temperature is set, it is strongly advised not to adjust it frequently. The thermostat will maintain the temperature inside the cigar humidor withina +/- 2.5 ºF range, but the actual temperature of the cigar will only fluctuate0.5ºF to 1ºF.NOTES:The cigar humidor temperature control function can keep the best temperature for cigar storage. The recommended range for ideal cigar storage is 60-68 F. Avoid cigar storage at temperature lower than 53 F since that can weaken the cigars causing cigar embrittlement and desiccation. If the temperature is higher 75 F, it will speed up the cigar curing and losing of its taste; increasing chances of tobacco insects infecting the cigars. Avoid putting cigars under the sun or in any closed place with high temperature to dry, instead dry cigars in a dry and cool place.Your cigar humidor should be installed at a suitable ambient temperature between 61-109F. If the temperature is higher or lower the ambient temperature range, it will create temperature fluctuations and the cigar humidor won’t reach its optimal cooling performance.12The cigar humidor has an automatic humidification system that is located atthe bottom of the cabinet and the water- filling box is in the lower left side ofthe humidor. Open the plastic cover of the drawer to add water as shownbelow.Notes:Avoid opening or removing any parts of the humidification system without technical assistance.Avoid filling with unfiltered water since it may cause harm to cigar quality or taste. Check the water-filling box often if you live in an arid climate.1.Open the plastic cover on thebottom drawer following thedirection of the arrow;2.Pull out the bottom drawer in thedirection of the arrow;3.Add water in the opening of the bottom drawerHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM134.Make sure the added water does not exceed the fill line A shown inthe figure below.AUTOMATIC DEFROSTING SYSTEMYour cigar humidor comes with an auto-cycle defrost system. This system will only self-activate if the internal temperature of the humidor falls lower than 53 F for extend periods of time.If frost build up occurs, the defrost function will melt the frost and collect it in a tray located at the back of the cigar humidor next to the compressor where the compressor’s heat will evaporate the water and recycle it into the humidor’s humidification system. This system, when self-activated, helps maintain the humidity level inside your cigar humidor by adding moisture back into the cigar cabinet.NOTE: This cigar humidor is equipped with a double-glazed glass door that has a third internal acrylic layer to minimize condensation on the glass door.HOW TO REMOVE THE CEDAR DRAWER1.Pull the drawer out to reveal the metal latches on either side of thesliding roller rack.2.Lift the left side of the drawer up and out of the latch. At the same time, move the right side of the drawer down.3.Pull the drawer off the sliding roller rack and out of the cigar humidor.HOW TO INSTALL THE DOOR HANDLE1.Take out handle from cabinet, then take out 4pcs 4 * 35 screws from accessory bag2.Pull open door seal from the side of the door, then insert screws into the 2 handle holes on the inside of the door, then put the screws aligned into the hole of handle, tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver, then compress the door seal.CLEANING & MAINTENANCECLEANING YOUR CIGAR CABINETTo clean your cigar cabinet:•Unplug the cigar humidor and remove its contents and trays.•Wash the inside with warm water and a baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.•The outside of the cigar humidor should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water.•Remove the water reservoir and wash with mild detergent and warm water.HOW TO DISPOSE OF YOUR HUMIDOR1.Disconnect the main plug from the main socket.2.Cut off the main cable and discard it.TROUBLESHOOTINGOPERATION MALFUNCTIONSIf your cigar humidor appears to be malfunctioning, unplug it and contact our customers service. Any intervention on the cold circuit should be performed by a refrigeration technician who should carry out an inspection of the circuit sealing system. Similarly, any intervention on the electrical circuit should be performed by a qualified electrician.WARNING: Any intervention performed by a non-authorized technician will lead to the warranty being void.POWER FAILURESIn the event of a power interruption, all previous temperature settings are automatically reinstated, and it will revert to a preset temperature setting. Most power failures are corrected within a short period of time. An hour or two loss of power will not affect cigar humidor’s temperatures. To avoid sudden change of temperature while the power is off, you should avoid opening the door. For longer periods of power failure, take steps to protect your cigars.COMMON USAGE PROBLEMSYou can resolve most common usage problems easily by reviewing and following the troubleshooting information below.19LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTYThis appliance is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
