钽电容耐压值的表示方法钽电容上面标着106F表示: 106是容量为10UfF应是耐压值为2.5V钽电容耐压用不同的字母来标注,如下:F: 2.5G: 4L、J: 6.3A: 10C: 16D: 20E:25V:35T:50在体积一定的情况下,容值越大,耐压值越小。

目前全球主要有以下几个品牌的钽电容:AVX、KEMET、VISHAY、NEC、NICHICON。

市场上的钽电容,分为黄钽和黑钽两种。

黄钽品牌主要是:AVX KEMET 黑钽主要品牌是:NEC、NICHICON。

市场占有方面:AVX远高于KEMET,NEC高于NICHICON。

现在市场上的钽电价格变化比较大。

AVX涨价20%--30% , KEMET涨价15%-20%,NEC涨价10%--20%。

涨价的主要原因个人认为有这么几个原因:1.市场上原料钽价格上涨 2.劳动力成本的增加。

另外可能有朋友要问黄钽与黑钽的区别。

简单来说,黑钽是开模将钽粉压成型,而黄钽,是在表面用聚氧树脂包裹而成。

由于生产工艺的原因,黑钽的部空间没有得到最有效的利用,所以黄钽能做的容量会比黑钽要大,也就是说有些黄钽能做到的规格型号,黑钽做不了。

另外,前面有朋友说到Polymer,Polymer现在主要是 AVX与KEMET在做。

Polymer与比普通的二氧化锰的优势在于:普通的钽电他的实际使用电压一般是50%,Polymer一般在80%以上。

举个例子来说:100uf 10v的普通电容,在实际使用的时候,额定电压不能超过5V,如果使用Polymer材料的电容,那么只需要100uf 6.3v的。

但由于价格问题,Polymer现在在普通的电子产品上用的不是很多。

我所知道的,在笔记本电脑上有些有用到。

AVX与KEMET的优劣:AVX在军用,民用市场上的占有量都很大,在普通电容的市场上,AVX无论品质还是市场占有量都远强与KEMET。

价格上,AVX比KEMET 更贵。

KEMET他主要问题是其电容的耐压值不够,举例说:100uf 10v的电容,测试的电压按道理应该能达到5V,但若真用5V电压去测试的话,很可能会击穿。

概述您的4020型烃类(HC )分析仪是一台具有本说明书所述特性的标准型仪器,用于在氧气(O2)本底气氛中测定甲烷(CH4)浓度。

电源要求本仪器需要220V ,50/60赫芝交流电源。

分析量程4020型仪器的分析量程是在含氧气O 2本底气氛中0-10 ppm, 0-100 ppm 和0-1000 ppm HC (烃类,以CH4计)。

注:您的仪器需要应用40% H 2和60% N 2为燃料气。

请参看管线系统。

信号输出本仪器输出两种与样品中HC 浓度成比例的输出信号(在选定的分析量程内),即4-20mA DC (去耦输出)和0-1 VDC 。

三星(SAMSUNG) 少见的金属盒包装服务完善硬盘质保出现风波后,三星高举三年质保大旗切入市场。

虽然进入硬盘领域的时间较短,但其性能表现一直平稳,较完善的售后服务也是其优势所在。

此外,三星的“黑匣子”采用了少见的金属盒包装,虽然这与硬盘质量不相干,但给人的感觉很精致。

三星硬盘具备了目前较先进的液态轴承马达FDB技术,ImpacGuard磁头防震,SSB抗震外壳和NoiseGuard 抑噪技术等等,用于提高产品综合性能。

SpinPoint系列是其主流桌面硬盘产品,目前市场上销售的主要是SpinPoint P80系列,全系列最大Capability 160GB。

最新一代的SpinPoint P120系列已发布,单碟Capability 提升至125GB,包括200GB和250GB 两款产品,8MB缓存。

值得一提的是其率先采用了Serial ATA II 接口。

第二部分的“X”表示三星硬盘各系列不同转速的产品。

“V”表示V系列硬盘,转速为5400 RPM/分“P”表示P系列硬盘,转速为7200 RPM/分第三部分的两个“X”表示硬盘容量,通常有2位数字,其单位是GB。

“08或者12”就表示为80GB或者120GB的硬盘产品。

第四部分的“X”表示硬盘缓存,0表示缓存为2MB,1表示缓存是8MB(注:为和SATA I 接口区别,SATA II 接口硬盘的该数字为0,缓存也为8MB)。

第五部分的“X”表示硬盘磁头数,我们亦可以据“硬盘单碟容量=2×硬盘总容量/磁头数”这个公式来推算出单碟容量。
