General DescriptionSeries R4V and R6V proportional pressure relief valves feature onboard electronics based on the func-tionality of the digital amplifier PCD00.The digital onboard electronic is situated in a robust metal housing and can be used in rough environments. The nominal values of the valves are factory set.Additionally the ProPxD software permits the editing of all parameters. The software is also used for the digital electronic modules. The cable for connection to a serial RS-232 interface is available as accessory. The electrical connection is available in 2 options:Code 10V: 6 + PE central connection0...+10V command signal (preset) +10V reference voltage output Code 4MA: 6 + PE central connection4…20mA command signal (preset)The proportional solenoid operated pilot stage with in-tegrated electronics controls a seated type main stage. General Description
The XPT2046 is a 4-wire resistive touch screen controller that incorporates a 12-bit 125 kHz sampling SAR type A/D converter. The XPT2046 operates down to 2.2V supply voltage and supports digital I/O interface voltage from 1.5V to VCC in order to connect low voltage uP. The XPT2046 can detect the pressed screen location by performing two A/D conversions. In addition to location, the XPT2046 also measures touch screen pressure.On-chip VREF can be utilized for analog auxiliary input, temperature measurement and battery monitoring withthe ability to measure voltage from 0V to 5V. The XPT2046 also has an on-chip temperature sensor The XPT2046 is available in 16pin QFN thin package(0.75mm in height) and has the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C

Via Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT), machine vibration is directly analysed and represented graphically. The graphical representation can be adapted to the respective vibration mode. In line with the standard ISO 10816, the readings are also evaluated and classified by colours. For machine monitoring, the meter has a route mode for route-based data acquisition and the collected data can be organised via the computer software.3.1 Device1. TFT LCD colour display2. For charging, connect the meter to the power supply via the USB cable. If the meter is turned off and the connection is correct, a red LED will glow during charging.4.2 Start-upTo start the device, press and hold for approx. 3 seconds, until the green LED below the PCE logo starts glowing. The main menu will be shown as start screen. Make the following settings first. To do so, go to “Settings“ by pressing the navigation key and confirm with Enter .4.2.1 Date and timeIn the sub-menu “Settings“, use the keys to go to “Date/Time“ andconfirm with Enter . Press F1 and select the month and year withthe keys. Then release F1 and select the day. Confirm withEnter to get to the time setting.Set the minutes by using the navigation keys . Press the Menu keyto go to …Hours“. When this field has been selected, it will be borderedin red. Set the hours with the navigation keys . Confirm your entryby pressing Enter .4.2.2 SensorsThe sensor setting is only relevant for vibration measurement. In the sub-menu …Settings“, use the keys to go to ”Sensors“ and confirm with Enter . Use the keys to set the sensor used for vibration measurement. You can choose either the IEPE sensor (Sensor1) or a sensor with charge output (Sensor2). Navigate to further settings with the Menu key . “Type“, “S.N“ and “Sens.“ can be changed via the keys and the respective digit of the value can be selected via the navigation keys . Only accepted products are laid directly into the tape in accordance with IEC 60286-3 Type 1a and Type 2a (1).ASSEMBLYThe resistors are suitable for processing on automatic SMD assembly systems.
