Graspthelowerjawonbothsidesofthehead,liftitupwardand

Placeyourmouthov ertheperson’smouthandexhale.
Givetwofullbreaths(1secondforeach).Betweeneachbreathallowlungstorelaxasthepersonexhales.
Keepaneyeonhischest.Trynottoover-inflatetheperson’slungs.
Breathfrequency:8~10times/2mins.400~600ml/time(foradult)
12.OneCPRcycle:30compressions+2breaths,shouldbeperformed5times.
TimeshifforBreathingtoCompressionshouldbelimitedin 5seconds.
5cycles(about2minutes)ofCPR,recheckcirculation.
Ifnocirculation,continueCPRandrecheckcirculationevery2minutes.
pulsesareabsent,ContinueCPRcycleUntilhelparrives.Thewholeprocessatleast30minutes. thefollowingifthepersonhassignsofcirculation:
a.Checkforbreathing
b.Positionthepersoninrecoverypositioniftheperson’sbreathing.
