摘要：Operability in measurement is improved and erroneous diagnosis is prevented. An image measurement apparatus which calculates C/A, C/P, and A/P to be used for the diagnosis of compressed fracture from a lateral spine image. Drawn on the lateral spine image displayed on a monitor screen are an anterior auxiliary line (La) connectining the axially upper and lower ends of the anterior portion of the vertebral body being measured, a center auxiliary line (Lc) connecting the axially upper and lower ends of the center portion of the vertebral body, and a posterior auxiliary line (Lp) connecting the axially upper and lower ends of the posterior portion of the vertebral body. In the neighborhood of the ends of the anterior auxiliary line (La), identification codes (51, 52) of “A” are displayed respectively. In the neighborhood of the ends of the center auxiliary line (Lc), identification codes (53, 54) of “C” are displayed respectively. In the neighborhood of the ends of the posterior auxiliary line (Lp), identification codes (55, 56) of “P” are displayed respectively.
