现在进行时态表示正在发生或进行的动作。

它的标志词包括时间状语“now”和“___”，以及句前的提示词“look”、“listen”和“look at…”。

谓语动词的构成是“be + 动词-ing”。

动词-ing的构成规则如下：
一般在动词原形末尾加-ing，如wash → washing，catch
