atextbookaround,so that’s nice。

But another student said,“Idon’t like it because the Internet
sometimesdoesn’t work。
”
Students alsoneed access totheInternet when they are not
at school。
About ten percent of students in Fairfax County donot have a computer or online access athome。
Public libraries in t he county have free Internet。
There are also after-school computer labs as well as computer clubhouses supportedby the county。
Middle school student Slieman Hakim is happy about that.He said,“Myfamily onlyhas one computer;my sister andIbothdo our homewor

The HenryFord Hospital in Detroit,Michigan didthe study.It involved 335 young people,from 14 to 17 years old。
One hundred and thirty-four of the teens were described as“heavy Internet user s”。
Researchers found that outof these 134 teens,26 had high bloodpressure.The researchers say the study is thefirst one to connect
heavy web use with high blood pressure.Other research has connected that heavy Internet use with health problems including anxiety,de pression and obesity。
The lead researcher of the study isAndrea Cassidy—Bushrow。
For the purpose of thestudy,she explains,teens considered heavy Internet users were online on average 25 hours a week.It is important for teens to take regular breaks from their computers or sm artphones and to do somekind of physical activity.She alsosuggeststhat parents limit their children's use of the Intern et to two hours a day,five days a week。
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)says,70 million,or 29%,of American adults have high bloodpressure。
