5.1电力电缆工作的基本要求 Basic requirement for works on cable
1.办理工作票履行工作许可手续;
4.2.1工作地点应停电的设备如下:

4.2.1.2与工作人员在进行工作中正常活动范围的距离 小于表4-1规定的设备。The equipment within the area
mentioned in form 4-1.
2.1.3 无论高压设备是否带电,工作人员不得单独移开或越过遮拦进行 工作;若有必要移开时,应有监护人在场,并符合表2-1的安全距离.
The worker can not remove or step over the guardrail whether the high voltage equipment energized or not. If need to remove the guardrail, the custodian should be on site, and in accordance with the safety operating distance.

1.电缆耐压试验前,加压端做好安全措施,防止误入试验场
所.另一端挂警告牌或派人看守.
Before apply HV test to the cable, carefully prepare the safety procedure on the energizing side to protect someone uninvolved from entering into the test site. Hanging the warning plate or arrange someone to guard on the other side.

Safety measures for the cable construction
1.锯电缆前应核对图纸并用专用仪器 确切证实电缆无电后,用接地的带绝缘 柄的铁钎钉入电缆线芯后,方可工作.
Check the drawing and test the cable with professional device to make sure it’s no power before cutting the cable. Grounding the cable by stick in one steel rod with insulated handle before start the work.
