【摘要】Objective WithIlizarov external fixator in the treatment of congenital horseshoe double foot children perioperative observation and nursing key points.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics of 12 cases of the treatment of congenital deformity of the foot with Ilizarov in our hospital, to analyze the perioperative nursing and summary.ResultsOur hospital with Ilizarov frame 12 cases in treatment of children congenital horseshoe foot surgery, through careful treatment and nursing, none of the children care related complications occurred. Conclusion Implement the Ilizarov technique in patients with congenital horseshoe varus foot treatment, and systematic perioperative nursing, ensures the success rate of surgery, doctors and patients satisfaction.%目的：探讨使用Ilizarov外固定架治疗先天性马蹄内翻足儿童的围手术期病情观察及护理要点。

方法回顾性分析本院12例使用Ilizarov架治疗先天性马蹄内翻足病例的临床特点，对其围手术期护理进行分析与总结。

结果我院共使用Ilizarov架治疗儿童先天性马蹄内翻足手术12例，通过治疗与护理，无一例患儿发生护理相关并发症。

结论对先天性马蹄内翻足患者实施Ilizarov技术治疗，并进行系统的围手术期护理，保证了手术的成功率，达到了医生与患者双方满意。
