根据因材施教的原则,针对我班学生情况,在重难点的确立上也有具体 的要求体现,使不同层次的学生都能学有所得,体会成功的喜悦。
四、学情分析
一次问卷调查的结果显示,我们农村学校有超过半数的学生讨厌英语,这种现象 到了初三更为明显,比例竟达70%,英语成绩优秀的学生更是屈指可数。很不巧, 我所教的学生情况正是如此。首先,相当多的学生认为英语学得好坏无所谓,毕 业只要不出国几乎用不上,在这样的思想支配下,学习起来缺乏动力,没有劲头, 导致上课听讲不认真或者根本不听,久而久之,单词记不住,句子背不下来,语 法就更谈不上理解,直接导致英语学习兴趣的低下。其次,学生学不得法,对所 学的内容没有形成系统的知识结构。新教材英语融合了天文、地理、自然、社会 等各科知识。哪一学科掌握不好,都影响英语的学习。比如,语文课学习的名词、 动词、宾语等语法知识同样适用于英语课,反之,语文学得不好,会影响英语的 学习。到了初三,无论从广度还是深度较初一和初二都有了很大的提高,对学生 的要求也有了相应的提高,因而基础差的学生就容易掉队,学习跟不上自然对英 语就不感兴趣。初三的学生毕竟已经学习英语六、七年了,具有一定的英语知识 和基础,学习能力、理解力、思维能力也都比较强。所以本节课我强调利用多媒 体辅助教学,从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、 参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能 力。
III、学习新单词 、
1. 播放刘翔夺冠的视频录像,提问一两个学生,要求他们谈论对刘翔 的印象和他的成长道路,其他同学可以补充,达到资源共享和扩大知识 面的作用。 2. 学习单词框中的词汇,两人一组用所给词汇谈论图片。 【设计意图】通过看刘翔的飒爽英姿,学生的学习热情和兴趣很容易被 激发起来,通过看图片还能激活学生头脑中已有的知识,为下一阶段的 学习进行知识上的铺垫。本活动设置为本节课的第一个任务目标。通过 个人、整体学习掌握单词。

1.个体阅读课文,并阅读Activity2的三个选项,然后快速浏览全文并选择答案, 小组检查。 2. 精读课文第1-2段,完成PPT展示的任务:①回答问题:As a symbol, what does Liu Xiang represent?②找到被动语态的句子 3.听课文第3-4段,梳理出每个年份发生的事情,完成Activity 3,要求说完整句。 4. 4.读课文最后两小段,用被动语态的句子回答问题:What will he be What encouraged to do in the future? 5.快速浏览Activity 4,再读课文,在意境中加深理解,寻找答案。 6.再读课文,找出课文中的重要词组并且整理下来 7.背诵重要词组及重点句子。 【设计意图】以上活动均以小组活动为主,老师补充完善答案。本环节主要教会 学生用笔记来记录重要信息。在理解文章内容和反复朗读的前提下,学会根据文 章标题和相关图片获取新信息的策略;在阅读的同时继续理解一般过去时的被动 语态的意义,学习一些短语,如 first of all, make sure, set up, be compared with, find out 等。通过阅读训练体现突破重难点。
五、教学策略
以阅读训练为主线,在PPT课件的辅助下,通过看、听、说、演练、等 一系列教学活动,使学生获得最基本的英语听说阅读能力,并在教学中 充分激发学生强烈的学习愿望,在注重学生知识能力发展的同时,特别 强调学生人格的发展和思维的发展。强调学生自主学习,培养学生学习 英语的习惯。如:预习作业的设计――选择一个你最喜欢的体育明星 (如:姚明、科比、刘翔等),收集查找相关资料,如:他的国籍、爱 好、喜欢的人物及奋斗历程等,并能用英语做简单介绍。

本节课主要以小组为单位,采用任务性教学,每个任务根据难易程度,设 置相应的分值,哪个小组既快又准确的完成,加相应的分数,看最后哪 一组最棒,得到小红旗。另外,创建了一个自我评价表,这样学生可以 用它对自己的学习进行评价,充分能体现教师评价,生生评价与自我评 价相结合,注重过程性评价。
