1、开机、打开设备后方的总闸电源,再开启设备操作面板上的电源按钮开启设备,进入系统自检直至操作面板液晶屏进入操作画面。

2、检查、为了有效规避设备的运行风险故在开机后生产之前要进行设备检查;检查点如下:
a、润滑油位检查。

b、切削液液位检查。

c、检查动力头(主轴)及设备私服电机运行是否有异响。

d、检查设备有无三漏现象。

e、检查设备各指示灯有无异常。

3、设备回零、设备回零操作如下步骤;依次是选择设备操作面板上的回零开关,手动开关,xyz轴按钮进行手动回零。
