CIJ13500传感器说明书

1.使用说明1.1目的及应用CIJ13500型电涡流探头,延伸电缆,前置器,组成了依据电涡流原理,非接触式位移-电压测量系统。

与CIJ6600系列旋转机械状态监测系统配合使用,可应用于静态和动态位移以及转速、键相信号的测量。

这意味着旋转机械缓慢地低频段的轴向位移和高频段的径向振动可以被测量,通过将脉冲齿轮或固定在轴上的键相槽(凸或凹),旋转机械的转速就可被测得并且可产生关键的脉冲。

电涡流探头、延伸电缆和前置器配套调试成一个完整的测量系统,可以达到最高的精度。

由于这个原因,电涡流探头、延伸电缆和前置器通常一起配套使用。

CIJ13500电涡流传感器的型号和序列号都标注在探头的电缆和前置器的面板上。

电涡流测量系统的电气特性与旋转机械的主轴材料相关(参考材料:42铬钼,依据标准SAE 4140)。

测量系统的标准灵敏度是依据这种材料调试的。

如果有必要,其他材料可被用于调试,在安装传感器时,传感器探头与测量目标的间隙要调整。

调整的尺度根据前置器的输出信号确定。

CIJ13500前置器被安置在一个屏蔽的金属盒里,这盒子将被安装在安装箱里。

电涡流传感器探头、延伸电缆和前置器采用黄金自锁式同轴电缆接头连接。

电涡流传感器以及测量的电子器件的供电电源电路也包含在前置器中。

CIJ13500前置器供电电压为-24VDC,输出电压号的正常范围(通常被设置为-2~ -18V或-4~-20V)与传感器的测量量程成比例。

如果电涡流传感器有特殊的测量要求,输出电压将相应把调整为其他输出方式(例如:-5V~+5V,0~5V等)驰捷公司可以提供多种型号的电涡流传感器,具体选自那个依赖于测量量程,用于测量的可用空间以及环境温度等因素。

1.2工作原理CIJ13500电涡流传感器的测量连圈通过一根同轴双屏蔽电缆线连接到前置器中的振荡器电路,该振荡器电路产生一个高频振荡信号,因此在电涡流传感器探头的周围产生一个高频磁场。

1. 目的TFTP是一个传输文件的简单协议,它已经基于UDP协议实现了,因此可以在不同网络的主机间进行传送。

此协议设计的时候是进行小文件传输的。

因此它容易实现,不具备通常的FTP的许多功能,它只能从文件服务器上获得或写入文件,不能列出目录,不进行认证,它传输8位数据。

传输中有三种模式:netascii,这是8位的ASCII码形式,另一种是octet,这是8位源数据类型;最后一种mail已经不再支持,它将返回的数据直接返回给用户而不是保存为文件。

可以由协作的主机间自己定义模式。

漂流回水管道分为3段,AC、AD以及AA段。

其中AC、AD段为2根DN2 000 mm的螺旋焊接钢管(Q345B)并排敷设,壁厚为25 mm;AA段为2根DN1 500 mm的螺旋焊接钢管(Q345B)并排敷设,壁厚为20 mm,3段漂流回水管均为埋地敷设,管道最大埋地深度平均为7 m。

2 施工难点2.1 现场环境复杂,吊装难度高施工过程中,吊装场地周边机械设备零星放置、行进道路宽窄不一、地面未夯实硬化、材料堆放场地受限,给汽车吊的站位造成了一定的影响,导致管道无法一次吊装就位,要求后续人工配合进行管道驳运。

其次,吊装的单节螺旋焊接钢管最长为12 m,质量最大为15 t,DN2 000 mm螺旋焊接钢管管路长度近600 m,DN1 500 mm螺旋焊接钢管管路长度近180 m,需施工的管路总质量近850 t,管道搬运工作量巨大,传统方法效率较低。
