较广的一个。

任何去欧洲的产品,基本都免不了要经过EN71标准的测试。

以下是欧盟EN71-1-2-3内容提要:
1、EN 71-1:2005+A4-physical &mechanical Test 物理和机械性测试;包括不发声玩具、发声玩具、
耳机发声玩具、玩具柜的7000次开关测试、乘骑玩具、口动玩具;包括跌落测试, 小零件测试, 锐利边缘测试, 拉力测试, 压力测试, 线缝测试,部件测试,耳鼻眼拉力,扭力测试等.
2、EN 71-2: 2006+A1-flammability Test 易燃性测试;包括:1、成品; 2、绒毛织物或绒毛材料;
3、液体闪点测试
3、EN 71-3:1994+A1:2002-Toxic Elements Test (8 Toxic Elements Results) 8种有毒金属含量测试:(铅、镉、铬、砷、钡、贡、硒、锑);限值标准:铅≤90、镉≤75、铬≤60 、砷≤25 、钡≤1000、贡≤60、硒≤500、锑≤60 单位:(PPM)。

玩具安全标准更新E N71-1:2011物理及机械性能安全标准摘要编制 : Q S 部2012年12月前言⏹本欧洲物理及机械性能安全标准 (EN71 Part 1) 于 2011年5月25日由CEN批准。

⏹CEN成员由下列国家(欧洲共同体及欧洲自由贸易联盟国家)的标准化组织组成:奥地利、比利时、保加利亚、克罗地亚、塞浦路斯、捷克共和国、丹麦、爱沙尼亚、芬兰、法国、德国、希腊、匈牙利、冰岛、爱尔兰、意大利、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、卢森堡、马耳他、荷兰、挪威、波兰、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英国。

⏹根据CEN内部规则,以上31个国家需执行本欧洲标准。

註: 本摘要只简述与我司玩具设计有关的安规要求, 内容不是整个安全标准的全部。

1 玩具的定义●所谓玩具, 除了是指明显为14岁以下儿童作游玩时使用的产品外, 还包括为儿童而设计, 但不一定专用作玩耍的产品。

例如:附着锁匙扣的小熊公仔、用作装载物件的小猪布袋●一般而言,玩具是针对特定年龄的儿童而设计制造的。

玩具的特性与儿童年龄及发育阶段有关,并且玩具的使用方式是以发掘某些才能为目的。

玩具的范围- 本标准不适用于以下玩具:1. 公用活动场地的设备2. 供公共使用的自动游戏机,不论是否需要放入游戏币3. 装配有内燃机的玩具车4. 玩具蒸汽机5. 投射器和弹射器- 另外, 本标准不包括下列各项, 这些项目不作为玩具考虑:1. 用于节日或庆祝活动的装饰品;2. 向成人收藏者提供的产品,产品或包装上明显标示供14岁及以上的收藏者使用, 如:- 详细及可靠的比例模型- 详细比例模型组装工具包- 民间玩偶和装饰性玩偶及其他类似产品- 具有历史意义的玩具复制品- 真实武器的复制品;3. 体育设备,包括供体重超过20 kg的儿童使用的双排轮滑鞋、单排直列式轮滑鞋、及滑板4. 设计在公路或公共道路上作体育用或旅行用的自行车、单脚滑行车及其他方式的交通工具5. 计划在公路、公共道路或人行道上作为交通工具使用的电动车辆6. 计划在深水区使用的水上设备和向儿童提供的游泳训练装置,如游泳坐圈和游泳辅助用品7. 500块以上的拼图8. 利用压缩空气的玩具枪和手枪,但水枪和射程超过120cm 的弓箭例外9. 烟火,包括非具体针对玩具设计的雷管10. 使用尖锐发射物的产品和游戏,如具有金属点的飞镖组件11. 功能性教育产品,如电烤炉、熨斗或工作额定电压超过24 V的其他功能性产品,专为成人监督下的教育目的而销售12. “功能性产品”指与计划给成人使用的产品、器具或装置一样使用的产品,也可能是这种产品、器具或装置的1个比例模型13. 计划在学校或其他教育框架内,在成人指导员的监督下用于教育目的的产品,如科学设备等14. 如个人电脑和游戏控制器等用于控制互动软件及相关外围设备的电子设备,除非该电子设备或外围设备具体针对儿童设计,具有本身的游戏价值,如特别设计的个人电脑、键盘、游戏手柄或方向盘等15. 互动软件,计划用作娱乐和休闲,如电脑游戏及CD等存储介质16. 婴儿奶嘴17. 吸引儿童的灯具18. 玩具的变压器19. 非玩耍时使用的儿童饰物4 一般要求4.1 材料玩具生产材料应是新材料或是经过处理、使其有害物质不会超过标准要求的材料, 对材料进行评估时, 应用目视进行观察, 要求无污染(不应通过放大镜观察)。
