行三级安全教育，进行各项安全技术交底，负责各种安全资料的填写、收集和归档。

4、组织做好基坑、脚手架、临时用电和各
类机械设备及各类安全防护设施的检查和验收工作。

5、每日巡视现场，对安全生产情况进行日
常检查，及时纠正和处罚违章指挥、违章作业和违反劳动纪律等行为。

6、负责组织火灾、坍塌等事故的应急预
案的演习，并评估效果和改进。

7、及时填报企业伤亡事故月报表，参加工
伤事故的调查处理，及时总结经验教训，采取措施防止类似事故的重复发生。
