摘要

随着中国-东盟自由贸易区加快建设进程的脚步，我国与东盟国家的经贸合作不断深化，双边贸易不断放大。东盟已经跃居中国第三大贸易合作伙伴。在经济发展的道路上，中国与东盟是相似的。加上地缘、文化、气候、经济结构各种的相似，处于同一发展阶段的双方很容易造成市场竞争。例如纺织品、鞋类和玩具等同质化商品共同参与国际市场，竞争激烈。但是，中国-东盟自由贸易区的不断发展过程中，我国市场潜力大、产品生产能力强等优势和东盟拥有我国可依赖的、需要进口的资源丰富，互补性贸易极大地丰富了双边国内市场，机电产品大进大出，区内产品互为产业链。在这种情况下，双边贸易产生了互补互利、互相竞争，长期利润最大化的现象。目前随着自由贸易区的成立，服务贸易得到长足发展，在承包工程和劳务、旅游业、文化交流、人力资源开发和培训等方面交流日益频繁。因此，对中国与东盟贸易互补和贸易竞争进行分析将是潜在投资者最关心的问题。本文旨在分析中国和东盟双边贸易的现状,了解双方经济贸易合作中互补性和竞争性产生的原因及重要影响,并根据未来影响和发展趋势对我国企业提出建议。

China and Asean Trade Complementarities and Trade Competition Analysis

ABSTRACT

With the speeding up of China-Asean Free Trade Area construction, deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Asean countries, bilateral trade is continuously enlarged. Asean has become China's third largest trade partner. China and Asean are similar during the way of economical development. Compareing with geography, culture, and climate, China and Area’s economic structure is extraordinary conform. Due to they at the same level of development, it’s very easy to cause competition in the market. They have some competitive goods such as: clothing, shoes and toys and so on. The homogeneity goods in the international market intensed dog-eat-dog situation. However, in the process of the continuous development of China-Asean Free Trade Area, China's has large market potential, production ability. The association of South-East Asian Nations (Asean) has the advantages can rely on or the rich resource that China needs to import. The bilateral complementary trade have greatly enriched domestic market advantages, because a lager number of mechanical and electronic products import and export. Thus, the products are integrated industrial chain in those area. The phenomenon, which is bilateral trade achieved the complementary, mutual benefit, profit maximization in long-term, and mutual competition happen through combined both of them. Now with the establishment of Free Trade Zone, trade in services develop rapidly. There are some aspect communicated more than before, like in contracted projects and labor service, tourism, cultural exchanges, human resources development and training, etc. Therefore, the trade between China and asean trade complementary and competitive analysis will be the most important issue to potential investors. This article aims to analyze the current situation between Chin a and Asean’s bilateral trade and understand the complementarities in economic and trade cooperation or the causes of competitive and important influence. According to the influence and the future trend of two side, the thesis will propose the advices to enterprises in our country.
