Step1: Greetings and free talk
1. Greetings
T: Class begins.
S: Stand up!
T: Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls.

2. Free talk.
T: I can sing. What can you do??

Ss:…
T: Do you have a friend? Who is he/she?
Ss:
T: Today, I will introduce two friends to you.
揭题:Unit4 Friends(板书)
Step2: Presentation.
1. Look and guess
T: Look, who are they?(人物图片)
Ss: Jack and Bob. (根据课前预习回答)
T: What are they doing? (出示课外第1幅图片)
Ss: They are walking in the forest.
T: Yes, they’re taking a walk in the forest.
(带领学生学习take a walk和forest,要求能认,会读)
What does “take a walkl” mean? (学生结合书后生词表,明确中文含义)
2.Watch and answer
T:Do you want to know what happens to them? Let’s watch (观看视频动画)And tell me what animal do they see?

T: Yes, a big brown bear jumps out of the bushes.

3. Read and find
T: Do you like the story?
