本节课是⼀节听说课型的新授课。
作为模块的第⼀课,它为第⼆、三单元不仅提供了话题和语境,同时也为学⽣们后来的学习扫清语⾔和⽂化的障碍。
在第⼀单元中,学⽣的听说活动都是围绕科学家已经完成和还未完成的太空任务⽽展开。
本单元通过Daming和Tony 的谈话,介绍了⼈类太空探索的壮举。
通过开展听、说、读等语⾔实践活动展⽰现在完成时态,为第⼆单元的学习奠定基础。
本单元的重点是学⽣对听⼒材料主题和具体信息的捕捉训练。

本节课的话题是太空之旅,学⽣对此话题并不是很熟悉,⼀些术语理解起来也不是很容易。
正鉴于此,本课的创新之处在于⼒图突破传统的对话教学模式,利⽤三轮不同形式的任务,化难为易,化繁为简,结合表格帮助学⽣去理解和体会⽕星探索等太空问题, 突破本课的难点。

Module 3 Journey to spaceUnit 1 Has it arrived yet?一、教材内容分析本模块以人类探索宇宙的行为为背景引入现在完成时的用法,通过人类对宇宙太空所做努力的描述强化现在完成时的表意功能,开展听说读写教学活动。
教学内容为语法的学习和使用提供了必要的感性材料。
本模块的中心话题是介绍航天知识,着重介绍了火星探索计划以及宇宙中太阳系的部分知识。
要求学生能够了解一点航天知识,学会利用现在完成时描述人类已经实施的太空探索计划。
二、学情分析在前一个模块“Experiences”的学习中,学生初步掌握了利用现在完成时态谈论旅游、看电影、看书等经历,学习了现在完成时的一般疑问句及肯定、否定的回答方法。
在本模块中,学生将继续学习yet, already, just等词在现在完成时态中的用法及have been to与have gone to之间的区别。
人类探索宇宙,是否真的存在外星人,太空旅行……这些一直都是学生们非常感兴趣的话题,学生会觉得有话可说。
但是在讨论这一话题时将涉及较多的专有名词,学生掌握的难度较大。
所以如果教材内容处理不当,会导致学生有话想说,却无法用英语来表达的尴尬场面。
因此在具体安排教学内容时,应注意适当降低难度与要求,通过开展生动有趣的活动将航天知识深入浅出的传授给学生。
三、教学目标国家«英语课程标准»指出,教学的开展应该激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。
在教学过程中要努力培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。

【学习目标】
1.知识目标:掌握下列重点单词和词组的意思及用法Earth, Mars, already, just,
model, station, space station, latest, several, month, discover, recently, space shuttle,show, over.
2. 能力目标:To understand conversations about the space mission to Mars.
3.情感目标:让学生收集有关太空探索的信息制作招贴画,培养学生自主学习的意识。
【教学重难点】:

【教学过程】
2.[课前朗读]: 朗读Earth, Mars, already, just, model, station, space station, latest,
several, month, discover, recently, space shuttle,show, over. 根据音标读出单词并了解汉语意思,养成学生自主学习词汇的习惯,促使学生迅速进入学习状态。
[检查词汇预习]:
a.取学生结对、小组互查等形式来检查学生对词汇的预习情况。
b.朗读单词,注意发音。
一、情境导入
教师可问学生:Have you arrived at Mars?这样会调动学生学习本单元的积极性,并以此为情境,导入本课。
二、小听力(自主完成,合作释疑)
听Activity 1 ,并给所听单词标号,使单词得以更好地应用。
三、大听力多层听
1. 听activity 3做activity 2判断句子的正与误。
2. 听activity3,做activity 4的问题,完成后让学生小组内交流答案。
3. 再听activity3检查核对答案。
四、理解意思
1.小组内合作解决activity 3的汉语意思,找出不懂的地方。
2.小组间合作解决不懂的地方,教师适时点拨。
