初一英语演讲稿：梦想成真，让人铭记
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good Afternoon!
Today, I would like to talk to you about the power of turning our dreams into reality. We all have some dreams that we want to achieve in our lives, and the thought of accomplishing them makes us feel fulfilled and satisfied. However, not everyone has the courage or the will to chase their dreams, and as a result, they remain unfulfilled. But, with determination and perseverance, we can all make our dreams come true, no matter how big or small they are.
For as long as I can remember, I have always had a dream of becoming a lawyer. The thought of fighting for justice and defending the rights of people has always intrigued me. However, when I shared my dream with some of my friends and family members, they frowned upon it, saying that it was too difficult and that I should aim for something else. But, I refused to give up on my dream and decided to pursue it with all my heart and soul.
After completing my high school education, I enrolled in
a reputed law school and dedicated myself to my studies. The journey was not easy, and there were many challenges along
the way. But, with hard work and perseverance, I overcame
them one by one and graduated with flying colors.
Today, I am a practicing lawyer, and nothing gives me
more joy than defending the rights of those who cannot defend themselves. My journey was not easy, but it was worth it, and I am glad that I did not give up on my dream.
So, what is the message that I want to convey through my experience? The message is simple 鈥?if you have a dream, no matter how big or small it is, go after it with all your
heart and soul. Do not let anyone discourage you or tell you that it is impossible. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and work hard to make your dreams come true.
In conclusion, I would like to quote the great Walt Disney, who said, "All our dreams can come true if we have
the courage to pursue them." So, my dear friends, let us all have the courage to pursue our dreams and make them come true. Remember, it is the journey that matters, not just the
destination, and the journey of turning our dreams into reality is a journey worth making.
