【摘要】目的：探讨徐氏疏肝和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察。

方法选取于2014年5月～2015年5月在我院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者共120例，分为观察组和对照组。

给予对照组西药治疗。

给予观察组徐氏疏肝和胃
汤治疗。

观察临床效果。

结果观察组总有效率为95.0%，高于对照组，组间比较
差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论采用徐氏疏肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提升了治疗效果。

%Objective To explore XU clearing liver and adjusting stomach decoction treating liver stomach with curative effect observation
of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods In May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, 120 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were chosen for treatment, divided into observation group and control group.
