前言
进入新世纪以来,伴随着新材料、新工艺、新设备的不断更新,建筑给水排水工程设计也在马不停蹄的进行着革命性的发展。

从传统的工艺和要求进步到现在的以舒适、安全、和谐为宗旨的新规范和要求,建筑给水排水工程技术的应用获得了长足的进步。

这不仅是学科的自我完善,更是建筑给水排水设计工作顺应和谐社会建设大旗的一个响亮的号角和和谐社会建设要求的最真切落实。

作为设计工作的末端工序,我们对建筑给水排水的进步都表示了最充分的肯定,正是它的尽善尽美,才进一步塑造了新时代工程建设可持续发展的里程碑。

建筑防火设计是事关人民生命财产安全的重要内容,为了切实提高我们建筑的安全使用系数,在设计工作中我们必须坚决把防火规范和要求落到实处。

严把设计工作关口,严格监督施工工作流程,强化工程竣工验收工作制度,以进一步锻造出更加合格、更加安全、更具人性化的工程。

防火设计规范是我们在建筑给水排水防火设计中遵循的标准,对防火规范的严格运用是对我们设计工作的基本要求。

为了保障社会主义建设和公民的生命财产安全,在城镇规划和建筑设计中贯彻“预防为主,防消结合”的方针,采取防火措施,防止和减少火灾危害。

建筑防火设计,必须遵循国家的有关方针政策,从全局出发,统筹兼顾,正确处理生产和安全、重点和一般的关系,积极采用行之有效的先进防火技术,做到促进生产,保障安全,方便使用,经济合理。

针对高层建筑发生火灾的特点,立足自防自救,采用可靠的防火措施,做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理。

社会总是进步的,新要求也总是不断出现的。

所以,我们在立足现行设计规范的前提下,必须积极调研、积极开发,不断修订我们的设计标准,针对建筑使用过程中暴露出的突出问题,制定出更加安全、实用的设计、施工和竣工验收管理规范。

工程名称:临沂市兰庭住宅区10#楼
建设地点:临沂市南枋区,南邻枋河,北临沂蒙十三路,西邻公安局居住小区,东临沂蒙路。

本工程总建筑面积11021.18㎡,其中地下室建筑面积582.96㎡,建筑占地617.26㎡。

建筑层数、高度:建筑层数为地下一层,地上十七层,不含机房层;建筑高度53.15m
建筑结构形式为框支剪力墙结构,建筑结构的安全等级为二级,耐久年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为7度,屋面防水等级为二级
建筑分类和耐火等级:二类二级
建筑功能及规模:地下室为储藏室,一至十七层为高层住宅(顶层为复式),住宅共68户

第一章冷水给水计算
第一节设计说明
1.给水方式选择
给水方式包括直接给水方式、设水箱的给水方式、设水泵的给水方式、分区给水方式等7种基本方式,给水系统根据其水平干管在建筑物内敷设的位置可分为下行上给式、上行下给式、中分式,城市管网不允许直接供水,根据此选用设水泵的供水方式,管网布置形式为下行上给式。

2.给水系统的组成
本建筑的给水系统由引入管、水表节点、给水管道、给水附件、水泵设备以及贮水池组成。

(1)给水管道布置与安装
1)各层给水管道采用明装敷设,管材均采用给水塑料管,采用承插式接口,用弹簧密封圈连接。

管道尽量沿墙、梁、柱直线敷设,管线力求直线,减少工程量。

干管应布置在用水量大或不允许间断供水的配水点附近。

给水埋地管道应避免布置在可能受重物压坏处,管道不得穿越生产设备基础,也不宜穿过伸缩缝、沉降缝,若需穿过,应采取保护措施。

管道不允许布置在烟道,风道和排水沟内,不允许穿大、小槽。

2)管道外壁距墙面不小于60㎜,离梁、柱及设备之间的距离为50㎜,立管外壁距墙、梁、柱净距布小于50㎜,支管距墙、梁、柱净距为20~25㎜。

3)水管与排水管道平行、交叉时,其距离分别大于0.5m和0.15m,交叉给水管在排水管上面。

给水管与热水管道平行时,给水管敷设在热水管下面100㎜。

4)立管通过楼板时应预埋套管,且高出地面10~20㎜。

5)在立管横支管上设阀门,管径DN>50㎜时设闸阀,DN≤50㎜时设截止阀。

6)引入管穿地下室外墙设套管。

7)给横干管设0.003的坡度,坡向泄水装置。

3.管材和附件。
