【摘要】This paper introduced the theory & characteristic of ADS-B system and compared with normal radar system. And also the necessity of ADS-B system in Xisha islands is discussed. After that we give the details about the system frame diagram, configuration and adjustment of ERA ADS-B system installed in Xisha islands. In the end we discussed about the target quality of ERA ADS-B system by analysing the data from the comparison with the radar targets.%文章介绍了ADS-B的原理特点，并与传统的的航管雷达监视系统进行了比较，阐述了在西沙群岛设置ADS-B系统的必要性，同时介绍了引进的美国ERA公司生产的ADS-B系统框架，对系统如何进行相关的设置和对系统接口部分如何进行改进，最后对系统数据进行了相关分析。
