【摘要】指出,汽车动力总成已由单纯的追求性能发展成为目前面向节能、环保、安全及发展循环经济的国际竞争。
分析了中国汽车动力总成节能环保的主要课题,阐述了目前汽车动力总成产品的主要技术,包括汽油直喷技术、汽油增压技术、发动机起停技术、发动机可控配气机构、Downsizing技术、新一代柴油共轨技术、发动机电子控制技术、柴油机后处理技术、多挡自动变速器技术、油电混合动力技术,并剖析了中国第一汽车集团公司的技术对策及产品战略。

【Abstract】The automobile powertrain has changed from performance development to international competition which aimed at energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and developing cycle economy。
In this paper, the main subjects of energy conservation and environmental protection for Chinese automobile powertrain were analyzed,the main technology were discussed,including gasoline direct injection(GDI),gasoline turbo,engine start &stop,VTEC,downsizing,new generation diesel common rail, engine electronic control, diesel after treatment, multi—gears AT and fuel—electric hybrid,finally FAW’s technology and product strategy were analyzed。

基于实测载荷谱的白车身疲劳寿命计算

【摘要】通过六分力轮测试系统实测了某型乘用车在试车场运行的载荷谱数据,以此作为输入,并综合有限元分析、多体动力学分析和疲劳分析等多种CAE手段,对该乘用车白车身在实测载荷谱作用下的疲劳寿命分布进行了计算分析.同时,给出了符合真实工况的试验与虚拟相结合的白车身一体化疲劳分析流程,该流程同样适用于底盘零部件的疲劳分析。

Fatigue Calculation of BIW Based on the
Measured Road Load Data

(State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy Conservation, Tsinghua University)【Abstract】The road load data of a car in the proving ground is measured by the 6—Axis Wheel Load Measurement System, based on it and with the aid of many CAE methods, including FEA, MBD analysis and Fatigue analysis, the fatigue life distribution of the BIW of this car is calculated and analyzed under such measured RLD。
And the integrated fatigue analysis flow, which combined testing according with real condition and virtual analysis,is presented. Such flow can also be used for the fatigue analysis of the chassis parts。

概念设计与FE仿真评估在行人腿部
保护车身设计中的应用

【摘要】综合运用mode FRONTIER和MADYMO软件,以上海汽车集团公司自主研发车型为研究对象,对腿部碰撞区域的接触刚度进行了优化设计,在满足2003/102/EC第一阶段法规要求的前提下,获得了腿部碰撞区域所需的最小变形空间;结合有限元仿真分析评估该车型的行人腿部保护性能,并对车身设计进行了改进。
仿真结果表明,改进后的车身能够满足2003/102/EC第一阶段法规的相关要求。

The Application of Concept Design and FE Simulation

【Abstract】Based on a car developed by SAIC, the optimization design of contact stiffness of pedestrian leg impact areas was carried out with the software mode FRONTIER and MADYMO, and the minimum deformation space required for leg impact areas under the prerequisite of meeting the requirement of 2003/102/EC Directive Phase I was also gotten; combined with FE simulation and analysis, pedestrian leg protection performance was assessed and the modified design of cab was carried out。
The results showed that the modified body could meet the requirements of 2003/102/EC Directive Phase I。

基于分形理论的同步器接触磨损模型

【摘要】基于磨合磨损的分形理论,结合粘着磨损理论和Majumdar-Bhushan 分形接触模型,建立了换挡同步器接触磨损的数学模型,研究了AMT、DCT快速平稳换挡过程中换挡力对同步器磨损的影响。
仿真结果表明,相对于低挡位,高挡位时同步时间短,所需要的换挡力小,所带来的同步齿环磨损深度率小;适当增大换挡力可缩短磨合时间和同步时间,减少同步器磨损量。

A Model for Synchronizer Contact Wear Based
on Fractal Theory

【Abstract】Based on fractal theory of break—in wear,adhesive wear theory and fractal contact model Majumdar—Bhushan, a mathematical model of shifting synchronizer contact wear was established in this paper, and the influence of shifting force on synchronizer wear in the process of quick and steady shifting for AMT and DCT was also studied。
The simulation results showed that the synchronization time was short;the shifting force was small,and the wear ratio of gears was small at high gears position; appropriate increase of shifting force could shorten the break-in and synchronization time, at the same time reduce wear of synchronizer.

【摘要】针对天然气发动机特性,分别对CA4SH—NE3型天然气发动机的燃烧系统、配气系统、电控系统、排气后处理系统进行了优化设计,并进行了系统间的匹配研究。
台架试验结果表明,该发动机各项指标值均达到设计目标值,功率、扭矩已达到同类型汽油机水平,从而解决了功率下降问题,排放也达到了国Ⅲ标准。
道路试验结果表明,该发动机性能稳定,未出现动力性、经济性下降现象。

Jilin University)【Abstract】The combustion system, valvetrain, electronically controlled system and exhaust aftertreatment system of natural gas engine CA4SH—NE3 were optimized according to natural gas engine characteristic, the matching for different systems were also researched in this paper. The engine test results show that the engine reached the design object, the power and torque reached the level of gasoline engine, thus solved the problem of power decrease, and emission complied with national standard Ⅲ。
The road test results show that the engine performance were stable, no power or economy decrease occured.

试验模态分析技术在车辆降噪中的应用

【摘要】利用试验模态分析技术对某款轿车的白车身进行了试验分析,根据模态试验结果对该车车内噪声进行预测后,对白车身进行了优化。
白车身优化前、后车辆的噪声测试结果表明,相对于优化前车辆,白车身优化后车辆的车内噪声降低了约3dB(A),尤其是在50~100Hz频段内的低频噪声降低较多,使车内的声品质得到了较大改善。

【Abstract】The body—in—white for a car was analyzed and tested by using test modal analysis technology,and according to the results of the modal test, the inner noise was forecasted,and then the body—in-white was optimized. The comparison test showed that the inner noise for optimized body—in—white reduced 3dB(A),especially there is substantial reduction of low-frequency noise in the 50-100Hz frequency band,thus the acoustic quality in cab improved greatly。

机动车用喇叭声压级测量不确定度分析

(重庆车辆检测研究院国家客车质量监督检验中心) 【摘要】以DL50型机动车用喇叭为试验对象,采用JJG 1059—1999《测量不确定评定和表示》规定的评定方法,对按照GB 15742—2001《机动车用喇叭的性能要求及试验方法》规定进行机动车用喇叭声压级测量时引起的不确定度的各种因素进行了分析和评定.分析结果表明,机动车用喇叭声压级测量不确定度主要来源于试验环境,与被测物体发出声响的频率有关。

【Abstract】With the evaluation method specified in “The evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement”JJG 1059—1999,the factors causing uncertainty in measurement of sound pressure level of horn for motor vehicle according to the stipulation of GB 15742-2001 “The performance requirement and test method of horn for motor vehicle"were analyzed and estimated with the horns for motor vehicle DL50 as test sample。
The analysis results showed that
the uncertainty mainly came from test environment and is related with the sound frequency of measured subject.

基于CATIA二次开发的仪表盘视野校核

根据设计流程,利用CATIA二次开发软件CAA(组建应用架构),设计开发出了能被不同车型共用的CATIA视野校核模块.将该视野校核模块应用在某款新车型上,从运行结果可得出驾驶员在观察仪表盘时视线受到转向盘轮缘、轮辐和轮毂遮挡而在仪表盘上形成的盲区,实现了仪表盘视野的自动校核。

【Abstract】Instrument cluster vision design flow has been established according to car general layout and related rules and standards with car instrument cluster vision as the study object. CA TIA vision checking module that can be used in many different vehicle models has been developed with CA TIA secondary development software CAA (building application structure) in
accordance with design flow. After the module is used on a new vehicle model,the operation data shows that a blind area is formed on the cluster as a r esult that the driver’s vision is obstructed by steering wheel hub,wheel spoke and hub when the driver is observing the cluster, therefore,an automatic checking of cluster vision can be realized.

【摘要】针对汽车安全气囊系统设计了辅助控制系统——乘客识别系统,该系统通过对座椅压力传感器信号进行分析,根据乘员在座椅上的体压分布信息识别乘客体型特征,辅助控制汽车安全气囊的爆发。
在车辆发生碰撞时,若副驾驶位是儿童或小个子乘客,安全气囊将不会爆发。
试验结果表明,该系统可有效识别乘客类型,为准确控制安全气囊爆发提供了保障。

【Abstract】A supplementary control system—occupant recognition system is designed for automotive airbag system that can recognize occupant body type characteristic in accordance with body pressure distribution information of the occupant on seat through analysis of signal from seat pressure sensor and thus assist and control burst-out of airbag。
Whereas the airbag will not burst out if a child or a short occupant is detected on the co-driver’s seat by the system when the vehicle
collides. The test results show that the system can effectively recognize type of occupant,making ensure that the airbag burst out accurately。

汽车AFS前照灯转角动力学建模及仿真分析

【摘要】结合线性2自由度车辆动力学模型建立了车辆转向时的AFS数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了该数学模型的系统仿真模块,得到3组不同变量(不同车速、前轮转角和道路转弯半径)下的前照灯转角变化曲线。
仿真结果表明,车辆动力学因素在汽车转向过程中对前照灯转角有一定影响;基于车辆动力学的AFS能够有效提高驾驶员可视范围,使车辆驾驶更加安全可靠。

Dynamic Modeling and Simulative Analysis of Headlight Steering Angle of Adaptive Front-Light System

【Abstract】By using two—degree—of—freedom vehicle linear dynamics model,AFS mathematical model for the turning operation has been established,a system simulation module of this mathematical model has been established in Matlab/Simulink, and a variation curve of headlamp turning angle are obtained under three groups of different variables (under different vehicle speed, front wheel turning angle and turning radius). The simulation results show that the
vehicle dynamics has impact on headlamp turning angle in the turning of the vehicle;AFS based on vehicle dynamics can effectively improve driver’s range of visibility and improve driving safety and reliability。

油气弹簧可调阻尼阀系设计及特性试验

【摘要】基于某型车辆参数,设计了一种采用电磁阀控制的阻尼可调油气弹簧,并对其结构与工作原理进行了分析。
按照车辆悬架最佳阻尼匹配要求,利用开阀流量、压差和阀开度之间的关系建立了油气弹簧可调阻尼阀系参数模型;利用薄壁小孔节流理论得到了油气弹簧节流孔的设计方法.对油气弹簧可调阻尼阀系参数进行设计并进行了阻力特性试验。
结果表明,该油气弹簧可调阻尼阀系参数设计方法正确,通过电磁阀组合控制实现阻尼三级可调效果明显。

analyzed. According to the optimal damping match requirement of suspension,and the relationships between valve flow, pressure difference and throttle opening,the valves parameters models of oil—gas spring were established; the design methods of orifices was established with the orifices theory,。
The results show that the parameter design method is reliable,and the effect of damping control by use of the solenoid valve is obvious。

全电调节橡胶带式CVT的试验研究

【摘要】在分析现有带式CVT调节方式优缺点的基础上,提出了一种采用双电机分别调节主、从动带轮工作半径以实现速比变化的全电调节方式,并以橡胶V型带CVT为应用对象研制了首台全电调节CVT样机。
通过台架试验对样机进行测试,得到了其速比与执行电机转角的对应关系以及不同速比下其传递转矩和传递效率随带轮动盘夹紧力的变化规律,从而验证了全电调节无级变速的可行性。

【Abstract】Based on the discussion of advantages and disadvantages of the existing actuation systems for belt CVT,an electrical CVT pulley actuation system is presented with the dual motor regulating the working radius of drive and driven pulley,thus realizing variation of drive ratio, and the rubber—V-belt CVT prototype with electrical pulley actuation system is developed。
The
relationship between CVT speed ratio and motor angels as well as the change rule of torque & efficiency transmitted by CVT with clamping force of driven pulley disc are obtained based on the CVT prototype performance tests,and the feasibility of the electrical pulley actuation system for belt CVT is validated.

HVAC风道空气泄漏检测方法研究

【摘要】介绍了一种用于自动控制检测采暖通风与空调(HVAC)总成及风门的空气泄漏量的检测方法。
在HVAC接口的上游建立一个稳压室,利用自动检测与控制方法使稳压室的空气压力稳定在一定范围内,通过稳压室上游接口处的流量传感器来检测HVAC的空气泄漏情况。
与传统检测技术相比,该检测方法具有灵敏度高、压力控制准确、自动化程度高、使用方便等特性。

A Method for Detecting the Duct Air Leakage of HVAC

【Abstract】This paper presents a method for detecting the duct air leakage of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HV AC), which is mainly used to control and test the leakage of HV AC’s assembly duct and throttle automatically. A plenum is established in the upstream of HV AC interface,the air pressure in the plenum is controlled within a certain range with automatic
test and control method. The flow meters in the upstream of the plenum measure the actual air leakage。
The tes method has many advantages compared to the traditional test technology, such as high sensitivity, accurate pressure controlling,high automation and easy to use。

汽车后桥半轴用高性能非调质钢
的开发及应用研究

【摘要】根据某重型货车后桥半轴减重的需求,开发了后桥半轴用高性能微合金非调质钢(FAS2340钢).论述了后桥半轴材料开发中考虑的主要影响因素,对FAS2340钢的各项性能进行了分析及应用研究。
结果表明,由于FAS2340钢优良的强韧性,使得FAS2340钢半轴的疲劳性能比传统用钢半轴大幅提高;在满足重型货车后桥工作承载需求的前提下,减重10%。
高性能非调质钢的应用,不仅实现了节材,同时大幅度降低了半轴生产制造过程的能源消耗.

【Abstract】Based on the weight reduction requirement for a heavy—duty truck semi—axle of rear axle,a kind of high performance microalloy non—hardened tempered steel (FAS2340
Steel) was developed。
The main influence factors in material development of semi—axle were discussed, and the performance and application of steel FAS2340 were analyzed and researched。
The results showed that steel FAS2340 had good tenacity, so the fatigue capability of semi—axle improved greatly compared with the traditional steel semi-axle;at the same time the weight reduced 10%。
The application of high capability non-hardened tempered steel not only saved materials but also reduced energy consumption in the manufacturing process of semi—axle。

锯齿形内齿主动齿轮冷挤压成型技术研究

【摘要】对具有锯齿形内齿的起动主动齿轮冷挤压成型过程中,坯料形状与尺寸选择、坯料的前处理、冷挤压模具的精度控制、齿形冲头的结构和加工质量、模具材料选择等关键技术进行了分析研究。
采用不同形状毛坯进行了冷挤压成型工艺试验,指出了成型缺陷的主要影响因素,确定了合理的毛坯及其软化、润滑工艺条件,成功地冷挤压出符合零件技术要求的高质量、高精度冷挤压件.生产实践表明,该冷挤压成型工艺是一种高效、经济的近净成型加工技术.

Study on Cold Extruding Forming Technology for the Driving Gear of Saw—tooth Inner Gear

【Abstact】In this paper the key technologies including the choice of blank shape and size,pre-treatment of blank,the accuracy control of cold extruding die,the structure and quality of punch pin and the choice of die materials etc in the cold extruding process for driving gear of saw—tooth inner gear were analyzed。
The different blanks were used in cold extruding forming
tests,the main influence factors of forming faults were presented and the reasonable softening and lubricating technical conditions of blank were defined,then the cold extruding parts with high quality and accuracy, which satisfied the technical requirement of products,were produced. It was shown by production practice that this cold extruding process was an effective and economic near—net forming processing technology。
