a bad trip的英语作文
Once, I had a really bad trip. It was like a nightmare come to life. I'd been planning this vacation for months, but everything went wrong from the start.
First, the plane was delayed for hours. I mean, who hasn't been through that, but this time it was ridiculous.
I had to wait in that cramped airport terminal, surrounded by cranky travelers and crying babies. My phone battery died, and there were no charging stations in sight.
Then, when we finally got on the plane, the seat next to me was taken by a guy who wouldn't stop talking on his phone. I swear, he must've had a thousand things to say, and I couldn't even enjoy the in-flight movie because of his nonstop chatter.
The worst part was the food. I'd heard the airline had improved their catering, but apparently, not on my flight. The sandwich tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge
for days, and the coffee was undrinkable. I was starving, but I couldn't bring myself to eat or drink anything.
After landing, my luggage didn't show up. I had to wait in that long line at the baggage claim, only to be told my suitcase was on another flight and I'd have to wait another hour.。
